      • 탑 해머 드릴 마스트의 강도 개선을 위한 연구

        When drilling, mast module of drilling machine to support the load is a main member that is requires high strength. Because mast module attached to end of equipment, to improve operational efficiency and rollover stability of equipment, research on reducing weight and improving strength of the mast is needed. In this paper, to assess the strength of the mast module, all part and sub-assembly modeling and structural analysis were performed. In addition, the working condition of drilling equipment was analyzed and boundary conditions of mast module were drawn. About this, analysis is performed by each case and examined how to improve mast. for enhance of mast, the material of the mast was changed to extruded aluminum and shape of cross-section has been changed to suit the working conditions. Through in analysis results, weight was reduced by 35% and strength was improved by more than 53%.

        실험설계법을 이용한 다운더홀(DTH) 해머의 최적화

        광물시장 성장과 함께, 고효율 DTH 해머 필요성이 함께 증가되고 있다. 그러나 DTH 해머는 지하 천공이라는 작동조건의 특성 때문에, 실험 데이터의 직접 취득이 어렵고, 실제 테스트를 하기 위해서는 DTH 드릴 리그와 많은 운용비를 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 DTH 해머의 제품개발 시간과 비용의 문제점을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 해결하고자 하였다. 이전 연구에서DTH 해머구조와 동작 원리를 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 이용한 표준 모델을 제시하고, 그것을 실험과 비교 검증하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 실험설계법을 이용하여DTH 해머의 타격에너지와 효율에 관한 제어인자를 도출하고, 이에 관한 최적화를 시도하였다. 그 결과 타격에너지를 14.9% 효율은 3.3% 높이는 결과를 얻었다. Research and development of mineral-resource-related products has progressed with the increased need to develop mineral resources. The DTH hammer is a resultant product. However, owing to particular work conditions of underground drilling, it is difficult to obtain direct data on the DTH hammer. A DTH drill rig requires a significant amount of money and time for actual testing. This thesis aimed to resolve this problem by using CAE. In a previous paper, the structure of the DTH hammer and its movement were analyzed, and a standard model based on simulation was proposed. Then, experimentation and comparison verification were conducted. In this paper, by using an experimental design method, we derived a control factor of the impact force and efficiency of the DTH hammer and attempted to optimize the design. As a result, the impact energy increased by 14.9%, and the efficiency increased by 3.3%.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 서보밸브 유압실린더-부하계의 위치제어

        The open loop response of a single-rod linear actuator controlled by an electro-hydraulic servovalve is investigated for unloaded conditions by applying the self-excited identification method. A quasi model reference control approach is proposed for adapting the controller structure to variations in system parameters. The Neural network is trained off-line and on-line respectively by simulation and the effectiveness of this method is verified through real-time experiment. Experimental results of Artificial Neural Network control method are also compared with those of PD control method.

      • 전달관로 모델링을 이용한 유압제어 시스템의 설계 및 해석

        In this paper, simulation methods that uses the transmission lines are studied and realized, which can be very helpful in design and analysis of hydraulic control systems. The basic idea of this method is that system components are separated by transmission line elements prior to simulation. The PI-controller can keep inductance level as low as desired. It can also handle nonlinearities and discontinuities without flag signal when restarting integration. Parallel hydraulic circuits are simulated using a parallel processing algorithm. By applying variable timestep size for each subsystem, simulation time can be reduced. Simulation results of transmission line modelling method are compared with those of Runge Kutta method.
