대학생 커플의 갈등 원인 및 반응에 대한합의적 질적 연구

The aim of this study is to explore the causes and responses of conflicts experienced by college student couples to understand conflicts in their relationships and to seek appropriate interventions. For this purpose, we interviewed 5 pairs of college student couples (10 people) and analyzed the interviews by the consensual qualitative research(CQR) method. The results of this study are as follows. First, the factors that cause conflicts in college student couples were driven as communication difficulties (tone, misunderstanding communication, lack of communication ability), negative attitudes (self-centered attitude, avoidant attitude), and interpersonal differences (difference in characteristics, difference of opinion, difference in experience). Second, the responses due to conflicts in college student couples were driven as behavior (attempts to solve problems, avoidance) and negative emotions (elevated emotions, and depressed emotions). These results are significant in that we conducted interviews and qualitative analysis on college student couples and examined both causes and responses of conflicts in their relationship, in a situation where research on college student couples is needed. 본 연구는 대학생 커플의 갈등을 이해하고 적절한 개입을 모색하기 위해 대학생 커플 내에서 경험하는 갈등의 원인과 갈등으로 인한 반응들에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 커플 5쌍(10명)을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하고 합의적 질적 연구(CQR) 방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 커플 관계에서의 갈등을 일으키는 요인으로는 의사소통의 어려움(말투, 의사소통 오해, 의사소통 능력 부족), 부정적 태도(자기중심적 태도, 회피적 태도), 개인 간 차이(특성의 차이, 생각의 차이, 경험의 차이)가 도출되었다. 둘째, 대학생 커플 관계에서 갈등으로 인한 반응으로는 행동(해결 시도, 회피), 부정적 정서(격양된 정서, 침체된 정서)가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학생 커플 연구가 필요한 상황에서 대학생 커플을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 질적 분석을 실시하고 기존 선행연구들과 달리 대학생 커플 관계에서의 갈등 원인과 갈등에 대한 반응을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
