본 연구는 「실질적 의미의 유아교육법」의 개념 정립을 통한 유아교육법의 법원(法源) 및 유아교육법 체계 정립에 관한 연구로서 유아교육법 내용을 좀 더 체계적으로 이해하고자 하근 목적에서 수행되었다. 본 연구는 「실질적 의미의 유아교육법」을 ‘유치원 교육을 중심으로 한 교육에 관한 제 주체들의 권리ㆍ권한을 보호하고 의무를 강제하며 유치원과 그 운영을 규율ㆍ지원ㆍ관리하는 법’ 이라고 정의하였다. 이를 탐색도구로 하여 현행 우리나라 법령집에서 각종 법률과 명령 판례 등에 산재해 있는 100개를 훨씬 상회하는 유아교육에 관한 관계법을 유아교육법이란 관점에서 찾아냈다. 이렇게 찾아낸 유아교육법의 법원을 다시 「실질적 의미의 유아교육법」의 개념을 근본으로 크게 ‘유아교육의 근거 및 기본원리에 관한 법원’ ‘유아교육 주체의 권리ㆍ권한ㆍ의무ㆍ책무에 관한 법원.’ ‘유치원의 설치ㆍ운영 등에 관한 법원’ 그리고 ‘보칙과 벌칙에 관한 법원’으로 나누었다. The purpose of this study is to consolidate the understanding of the early childhood education law. Understanding the early childhood education law requires to find sources and establish the legal system. It can be done by building up the concept of the early childhood education law in the material meaning. This study describes how to build up the concept of the early childhood education law in the material meaning. The early childhood education law should protect the right and the competence of the principal body of the kindergarten education and enforce their obligation. Furthermore, the law should observe, support, and control over establishment and administration of a kindergarten. Based upon these established concepts of the early childhood education law in the material meaning, the acts, orders, and precedents were found from the code in force. The total number of these is above a hundred. These sources of the early childhood education law were classified into four different categories; the sources of the early childhood education law about the fundamental principles of early childhood education, the sources of the early childhood education law about right, competence, obligation, and responsibility of the kindergarten education principal body, the sources of the early childhood education law about establishment and administration of kindergarten, and the sources of the early childhood education law about supplementary rules and punitive provisions.

그림책을 매개로 한 또래와의 상호작용 중심의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 지도 프로그램이 유아의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에서의 그림책을 매개로 한 또래와의 상호작용 중심의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 지도 프로그램이 유아들의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 만5세 남녀 유아 37명(실험집단 18명, 통제집단: 19명)이며, 실험집단은 그림책을 매개로 또래와의 상호작용을 촉진시키는 읽기ㆍ 쓰기 지도 프로그램을 실시하였고 통제집단은 대그룹으로 그림책 읽기 활동만 실시하였다. 유아들의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 능력은 읽기 검사, 쓰기 검사, 그림책에 대한 이해도 검사로 나누어 평가하였다. 연구결과 그림책을 매개로 한 또래와의 상호작용 중심의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 지도 프로그램은 유아들의 읽기ㆍ쓰기 능력 및 그림책에 대한 이해 능력 모두 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence that literacy programs, which is focused on the interaction with peer group, have on young children' literacy ability. Subjects are 37 young children which are five years old (experimental group: 18, control group: 19). The experimental group were given literacy programs using picture books that encourage interaction with peers, while the control group were given activities in which young children only read picture books in large group. Young children's literacy ability were evaluated through reading test, writing test, and comprehension rest The results are as follows: literacy reaching programs using picture books that are focused on the interaction with peer group had influence on young children's literacy ability and comprehension ability.
