교류분석을 활용한 ‘좋은 엄마 되기’ 프로그램이 임산부의 스트레스 및 우울과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석 부모교육을 활용하여 재구성한 ‘좋은 엄마 되기’ 프로그램이 임산부의 임산 관련 스트레스, 우울, 그리고 자기효능감에 어떠한 변화가 있는지에 대해 검증하는 것이다. ‘좋은 엄마 되기’ 프로그램은 교류분석 부모교육을 활용하였으며, 자신의 의사소통패턴, 아동발달의 이해, 부모 됨의 준비, 자녀와의 관계에 대해 초점을 두었다. 총 15명이 참여하였으며, 총 5회기로 구성되었다. 각 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 실험집단과 비교집단을 구성하는 유사실험설계를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 임신관련 스트레스, 우울, 그리고 자기효능감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 향후 정신보건영역에서의 임산부프로그램 개발과 활성화 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 남편을 포함하여 부부가 함께하는 임산부프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째, 임산부프로그램에 참여자들의 자조모임이 활성화될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 정신보건사회복지사의 역할이 정신건강 문제를 넘어서 일반적인 생애주기의 변화에 대한 개입으로 확대되어야 한다. 나아가 정신보건영역에서의 임산부프로그램의 활성화를 위한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the program for pregnant women about stress related pregnant, depression, and self-efficacy. ‘To be a good mom’program is based on the Transactional Analysis Theory and Transactional Analysis Parent education, focused on the analyzing pattern of communication, attitude of life, the understanding of child development, preparing to be a parent, and the relationship between kids. Fifteen pregnant woman have been completed in this study, the group was composed of 5 session. A quasi-experimental design where a non equivalent control group pretest-post design has been implemented in order to evaluate the program effectiveness in terms of the stress related pregnant, depression, and self-efficacy. As a result, in the experimental group, there was a significant decrease in stress related pregnant, depression, and an increase in self-efficacy. Based on those findings, we have to develop pregnant programs, make pre-parenting programs with spouses and self-help group is useful.

본 연구는 특수학교에 재학하고 있는 시각장애학생을 대상으로 수학에 대한 전반적인 태도를 성과 연령, 학교급, 학습매체, 장애시기별로 분석하여 구체적인 태도를 파악하고, 시각장애학생들의 수학적 영역별 인식을 알아보고, 적합한 교수 및 학습 방법을 마련하여 수학학습에 대하여 긍정적인 태도와 자신감을 가지도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 전국 12개 시각장애 특수학교 중 동의를 받은 10개에 재학 중인 중학교와 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애학생의 수학에 관련된 전반적인 태도를 보면 수학에 대한 인식, 수학에 대한 동기, 수학에 대한 자아개념, 수학에 대한 불안, 수학학습에 관한 여건의 다섯 가지 영역에서 수학에 대한 인식이 가장 부정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시각장애학생의 배경변인에 따른 수학에 관련된 전반적인 태도는 성별로는 수학에 대한 인식과 수학에 대한 자아개념에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 시각장애학생의 수학영역별 난이도에 서는 도형과 함수를 가장 어려워하고 선호도에서는 확률 및 통계와 수와 연산을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 시각장애학생의 수학과 난이도와 선호도에서도 각 변인별로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. This study was conducted on students with visual impairments currently attending 10 different schools among twelve particular schools for visually impaired students in special education. The surveys consisted of basic questionnaires, overall attitude of the visually impaired students, and preference and difficulty level of the area in mathematics. Results of the study are as follows. First, the overall attitude of the visually impaired students showed the most negative identification in these categories of mathematics: the five fields of awareness, motivation, self-concept, anxiety, and condition of learning. Second, the results showed a statistically significant difference in the attitudes of awareness and self-concept of mathematics depending on the gender. Third, the visually impaired students showed they felt awareness of the difficulty level on figures and function and that they preferred probability, statistics, numbers, and calculation instead. Fourth, there was a significant difference shown in the field of number, calculation, function, statistics, and probability according to the background variables and, in general, it was indicated that female students felt more difficulty than male students in mathematics.
