The purpose of this study is to identify reading effect of e-book versus printed book. For this purpose, 8 elementary school students participated in the reading project. The participants of this project read 'A'(printed book) and 'B'(e-book) literary works and were tested reading comprehension. According to conclusion of the study, there is no difference between printed book and e-book on reading effect. It is expected that this result can be used for e-library management and reading education.

전문대학도서관 활성화 정책 방안에 관한 연구

Community colleges are key constituents of higher education in Korea, along with four-year universities. The number of community colleges in Korea also holds significance. However, the main focus of the Master Plan for Library Development decisively lies in university libraries, with little consideration to the poor condition of community college libraries. This study aims to identify problems of community college libraries by conducting a document research on their current standing and, based on that, to present six policy proposals for government support. They are a) to develop library collections based on the school specialty, b) to build theme-oriented libraries, c) to facilitate cooperation between community college libraries, d) to reinforce capacities for library service, e) to improve legal status of community college libraries and develop an evaluation index, f) and to estimate demand and evaluate service quality. 전문대학은 4년제 대학과 더불어 주요한 고등인력 양성기관임과 동시에 수적으로도 막중한 비중을 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고 도서관발전 종합계획에는 전문대학도서관만의 열악한 특성을 고려하지 않고 전체 대학도서관을 활성화할 수 있는 방안들만이 제시되고 있어서 전문대학도서관은 여전히 소외되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문대학도서관들의 현황을 문헌조사를 통해 조사하여 전문대학도서관의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 국가차원에서 지원해 주어야 할 정책을 6가지로 나누어 제안하고 있다. 즉, 전문대학 특성에 따른 장서개발, 전문대학 특성화에 따른 주제전문 도서관 구축, 전문대학도서관간 상호협력 강화, 전문대학도서관 서비스 강화, 전문대학도서관 법적 개선 및 평가지표 개발, 수요조사 연구 및 서비스 품질 평가 등이다.

국립 및 공공도서관 이용자 응대서비스 매뉴얼 개발에 관한 연구

Recently libraries are experiencing an increasing number of difficult patrons because of the increase in the unemployment rate and the problem of mental health in their communities. The problem behaviours of difficult patrons have negative influence to other users and staff in the library. This seems closely associated with the decline in the quality of library services. Therefore, in this study, we developed a how-to-do-it manual for library staff to meet the aforementioned challenges and to enhance the overall quality of library services for both general users and difficult patrons. 최근 도서관에서는 실업률 증가와 지역사회 정신보건 문제 등 총체적인 사회적 현상과 맞물려서 도서관 서비스에 불만을 품거나 이상행동을 하는 이용자들이 도서관으로 유입되면서 많은 문제행동을 일으키고 있다. 일부 이용자의 문제행동은 다른 이용자의 이용만족에 있어서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 도서관직원에게 부정적 영향을 미치고, 이는 결국 서비스의 불만족과 이로 인한 도서관 조직에 악영향을 끼치며 전반적인 도서관 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 도서관서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도를 제고하고, 친절하고 품위 있는 공공서비스 문화의 선진화를 촉진하기 위여 국가 및 공공도서관 직원을 대상으로 도서관 응대서비스 문제점 및 문제이용자 현황과 응대서비스 매뉴얼 개발에 관련된 요구사항을 분석하여 일반이용자 및 문제이용자 응대서비스 매뉴얼을 개발하였다.

독서치료 프로그램이 어린이 게임과몰입 극복에 미치는 효과 연구

본 연구는 게임과몰입 어린이의 심리 변인 분석을 통해 이를 극복할 수 있는 독서치료 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 게임과몰입에 영향을 주는 심리요인과 인터넷 중독 관련 독서치료 프로그램 등 기존 연구 분석을 통하여 초등학교 1-2학년, 3-4학년, 5-6학년 중 게임과몰입 학생을 대상으로 12차시 게임과몰입 극복 독서치료 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 효과성 검증을 위하여 문제적 게임이용 진단척도, 자아존중감, 자기통제력, HTP 진단을 시범 운영을 통해 사전-사후 검증하였다. 검증결과 참여자 다수에게서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 고학년보다는 저학년에서 더 효과성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 독서치료 프로그램 시범운영에 대한 정성적인 평가에서도 프로그램 진행 초반에는 수업에 집중하지 못하고, 산만하였으나, 점점 독서에 대한 흥미도가 높아지고 게임에 대한 올바른 이해와 자신 및 타인의 심리적 이해를 통해 자신의 마음을 전달하고 표현하는데 도움이 되었다고 밝히고 있어 프로그램에 대한 만족도 및 효과성이 많은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of bibliotherapy program to overcome of the excessive absorption on games for children. A 12-week programs were developed and managed in 1-2 grade, 3-4 grade, 5-6 grade for the elementary school student. Also MGUS (Maladaptive Game Use Scale), Self-Esteem Inventory, Self-Control Inventory, and HTP(House, Tree, Person) Diagnosis Tool were measured prior to the bibliotherapy and post-tests were followed to the participants statistically by t-test. According to analysis results, the bibliotherapy program was effectiveness to overcome of the excessive absorption on games for children.

국내 독서치료 연구동향 분석 연구

This study is to examine the research trends of bibliotherapy in Korea through an analysis of databases(monograph, master's and doctor's dissertations, and journal articles) in National Assembly Library and to analyze the citations and documents in various aspects(year, field, object, pattern). The study is to present basic data for bibliotherapist and researcher and to indicate the direction of their study in the future. 본 연구는 현대사회에서의 독서치료의 중요성을 인식하여 현재 국내에서 수행되어지고 있는 독서치료 연구동향을 단행본, 학위논문, 학술잡지 기사를 대상으로 연도별, 학문영역별, 대상자별, 연구유형별 등 다각적으로 조사분석하였다. 본 연구는 독서치료 관련 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것이며, 향후 독서치료 연구자에게 연구방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

어린이·청소년 독서문화 진흥 선진화 방안 연구

어린이·청소년기부터 체계적인 독서문화 활동을 통해 독서습관을 배양하여 평생교육으로 유도하는 국가적인 독서문화 진흥 방안이 절실하다. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이·청소년으로 하여금 독서의 즐거움을 통한 독서의 생활화를 유도하고 건전한 독서문화가 전개될 수 있도록 보다 조직적이고 효율적인 민․관 협력체계의 제도적 기반 구축을 통한 국가적 차원의 선진적 독서문화 진흥 모델 정립하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 문헌조사, 2) 사례조사, 3) 설문조사, 4) 전문가 회의 및 공청회 등의 연구방법을 채택하였으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 어린이·청소년 독서문화 진흥 기본 정책 방향 수립, 2) 어린이·청소년 독서문화 환경 인프라 구축, 3) 어린이·청소년 독서문화 진흥 전담조직 구성, 4) 어린이·청소년 독서문화 진흥을 위한 비전, 목표, 추진전략 및 과제 제시. The purpose of this paper is to suggest advanced methods for the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults. For this purpose, the study investigated and analyzed domestic and overseas reading policies and activities, and collected extensive opinions from public officials, teachers, librarians, activists of reading campaign, parents, children, and young adults. Based on the results, this study proposes the following: to establish the basic policy direction, to build the infrastructure of reading culture environment, to set up the dedicated organization, and to suggest the vision, goal, strategies, and tasks on the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults.

외국 독서치료 연구동향 분석 연구

독서관련 자격증 운영 현황 분석 및 운영 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 독서관련 자격제도를 살펴보고, 독서관련 자격증의 발급 현황과 교육과정을 면밀히 조사 분석한 결과, 278개 과정의 독서관련 자격증은 모두 민간 비공인으로 운영되고 있으며, 교육내용의 질적 제고의 노력과 체계적인 관리체계가 요구되었다. 이를 토대로 민과 관이 협력하여 독서관련 자격증의 질적 제고를 위한 운영방안을 제시하고, 독서문화진흥 정책의 참고자료로서 활용할 것을 제언하였다. This study looks at the reading related qualifications that examine the issues into the curriculum of reading-related qualifications specifically. The results of analysis, 278 reading related qualifications are both operated by the private non-accredited. And reading related qualifications system was required the effort and systematic enhancement of the quality management system of education information. On the basis of the survey, It is proposed operational plans for the quality of reading-related qualifications by cooperation of the private and government that are utilized as a reference in the promotion policy.

직무분석을 통한 공공도서관 사서 직무에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사회 환경 변화에 따른 공공도서관사서의 직무를 DACUM이라는 직무분석기법을 통해 핵심업무를 도출하였고, 또한 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 전문사서에 대한 수요를 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 공공도서관 업무중에서도 정리업무가 많이 축소되었으며, 반면 독서 활동서비스, 문화 평생교육서비스, 정보자료서비스의 이용자서비스가 전체 업무 수의 40.8%를 차지하며, 핵심작업순도 정보자료서비스(21.1%), 독서활동서비스(16.9%), 문화 평생교육서비스(14%), 운영관리(14%) 순으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템관리 업무의 경우는 중요도 및 난이도가 매우 높게 나타났다. 또한 공공도서관에 있어 전문사서의 필요성에 대해 98.2%가 필요하다고 나타났으며, 전문사서 유형은 기능별 4종(독서지도전문사서, 문화프로그램(평생교육)전문사서, 대외협력전문사서, 전산전문사서)과 대상별 1종(어린이전문사서)으로 제안하였다. The purpose of this study are to analyze tasks of the public librarians through Job Analysis ('DACUM') and to survey the demands of professional librarian (professional librarian types), As the results, In public libraries, technical services (classification, cataloging etc.,) is reduced, while reading, culture (continued education), and information service are increased. Also, we identified 5 types of professional librarian which is composed 4 function oriented types, and 1 user oriented types, is suggested : reading coach, cultural service librarian, external work librarian, computing support librarian, children librarian.

경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업에 대한 성과 분석 및 개선방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Gyeonggi province book sharing regular delivery project for pre-schoolers in 2021, analyze the problems of the project, and suggest improvement measures to help the preparation of policies for the promotion of reading culture in Gyeonggi province. As a result of the survey, the necessity and satisfaction of the project were found to be very high for both the caregivers and the reading coaches. In particular, in the case of caregivers, the higher the amount of reading after the project, the higher the need for and satisfaction with the project. It was found that they wanted to participate in programs such as regular book delivery. Even in the convergence of expert opinions, it was evaluated that there was a positive change in the perception of parenting by reading by caregivers, and that the necessity and satisfaction of this project were very high due to the development of infant-parent interaction. However, in the self-evaluation of the project manager and the implementing organization, it was evaluated that better results could be achieved only when the project was carried out through thorough planning and preparation in advance. Through this, for the continuity of Gyeonggi province regular delivery of children’s book packages, improvement plans were presented and Gyeonggi-do’s reading culture promotion policy was proposed. 본 연구는 2021년도 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 성과를 도출하고, 사업의 문제점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하여 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책 마련에 도움을 주고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이 사업의 성과 분석 및 개선방안 제시를 위해 양육자와 독서코칭사를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 전문가 의견수렴과 사업주관자 및 수행사업자를 대상으로 자체 사업 평가를 실시하였다. 만족도 조사 결과 사업의 필요성 및 만족도는 양육자 및 독서코칭사 모두 매우 높게 나타났으며 특히 양육자의 경우 사업 후 독서량이 많이 증가할수록 본 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났고 사업이 중단될 경우에도 지속적으로 책꾸러미 정기배송과 같은 프로그램에 참여하고 싶어하는 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 의견 수렴에서도 양육자의 독서육아에 대한 긍정적인 인식 변화가 있으며, 유아-부모 상호작용 발달로 이 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 매우 높다는 평가를 하였다. 다만 사업주관 및 수행기관의 자체 평가에서는 사전에 철저한 계획적인 준비를 통해 사업이 진행되어야 더 좋은 성과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 평가하였다. 이를 통해 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 지속성을 위해 그 개선방안을 제시하고 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책을 제안하였다.
