        Cu-Cu<sub>2</sub>O계 공융액상을 활용한 Cu/AlN 직접접합

        In the DBC (direct bonding of copper) process the oxygen partial pressure surrounding the AlN/Cu bonding pairs has been controlled by Ar gas mixed with oxygen. However, the direct bonding of Cu with sound interface and good adhesion strength is complicated process due to the difficulty in the exact control of oxygen partial pressure by using Ar gas. In this study, we have utilized the in-situ equilibrium established during the reaction of $2CuO{\rightarrow}Cu_2O$ + 1/2 $O_2$ by placing powder bed of CuO or $Cu_2O$ around the Cu/AlN bonding pair at $1065{\sim}1085^{\circ}C$. The adhesion strength was relatively better in case of using CuO powder than when $Cu_2O$ powder was used. Microstructural analysis by optical microscopy and XRD revealed that the interface of bonding pair was composed of $Cu_2O$, Cu and small amount of CuO phase. Thus, it is explained that the good adhesion between Cu and AlN is attributed to the wetting of eutectic liquid formed by reaction of Cu and $Cu_2O$.

        공익사업 손실보상에 따른 원주민의 이주자 택지 만족도에 관한 연구

        공익사업이 증가하면서 원주민들은 이주․이농․폐업 등으로 생활기반을 상실하게 되는 경우가 빈번하였고 주거 및 환경에 대한 문제가 원주민의 생존권문제와 직결되었다. 그러나 현행 원주민을 위한 이주대책은 사업시행자의 재량에 의존하므로 여러 문제점들이 노출되어있다. 이주대책은 공익사업의 시행으로 인해 주거지를 상실하게 된 자를 위하여 사업시행자가 이주정착지를 조성하여 이전의 생활로 회복시키기 위해서 이주자 택지등을 공급하여 생활의 안정을 도모하기 위함이 목표이다. 본 연구에서는 공익사업으로 인해 삶의 터전을 잃어버린 원주민들이 「토지보상법」의 제도적인 제약 안에서 불합리하다고 느끼면서 지금까지도 사업시행자와 대립을 거듭하여 사업이 지연되고 있는 실태를 보면서 서로 만족도를 높일 수 있는 요소가 무엇인지를 거듭 고민하게 되었다. 결론으로 도출된 시사점들을 보완하고 개선할 수 있는 방안을 사업시행자와 원주민이 원활한 의사소통을 통하여 택지를 공급받는 이주자의 만족도를 높임으로써 성공적인 사업을 완료하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존 연구들은 공익사업에 따른 손실보상 전반의 대한 내용에 국한 되어있다. 이에 본 연구는 공익사업 손실보상에 따른 원주민의 이주자 택지 만족도를 중점적으로 분석 하였다. 원주민의 손실보상현황과 이주대책실태를 조사하고 이주자 택지 공급지역의 사례분석을 통하여 시사점을 도출하고, 이주자 택지를 공급받은 원주민 295명의 설문을 바탕으로 실증분석을 통해 원주민의 이주자 택지에 대한 만족도를 연구하였다. 공익사업으로 인한 손실보상을 받는 원주민의 만족도를 증가시키면서 사업지연이 없는 계획된 공익사업을 완료하는 것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 이주자 택지를 공급받은 원주민에 한정되어 실증연구를 하면서 원주민의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 기존의 연구와의 다른 차별성을 가지고 있다. 전국의 다양한 공익사업 개발지역의 상황을 골고루 반영하지 못한 점과 개인 신용정보문제로 인하여 설문조사 대상자가 현재 사업 시행지 인근에 거주하고 있는 원주민에 치우친 점 등이 연구의 아쉬움으로 남는다. As the public utility services increased, the living base of the indigenous peoples such as migration, farming, and closure was often lost, and the problems of housing and environment were directly linked to the problem of the indigenous people s right to live. However, there are many problems because the current migration measures for the indigenous people depend on the discretion of the project implementer. The migration measures are to provide a migrating settlement for those who have lost their residence due to the implementation of public works projects and to return them to their previous lives for those who have lost their residence. The existing studies are limited to the contents of the overall compensation for losses due to public works projects, so this study focused on the satisfaction of indigenous residents residential land according to the compensation for losses in public works projects. The current status of loss compensation and the actual situation of migration measures for aborigines were investigated and the implications were derived through the case analysis of the migrant housing supply area and, based on the questionnaires of 295 native residents who received migrant housing, the satisfaction of native residents migrant housing was studied through empirical analysis. The purpose of this study is to complete the successful project by enhancing the satisfaction of the migrants who receive the housing site through smooth communication between the project implementer and the indigenous people. Through empirical research, It is regrettable that the study did not reflect the various public service development areas nationwide evenly because it is limited to the indigenous people who have been supplied with migrant housing and the fact that they are biased toward the indigenous people who live near the project site because of their personal credit information.

      • 엘더베리 복합추출물이 함유된 프로바이오틱스 효능 평가

        Since COVID-19 pandemic, interest in lactic acid bacteria is increasing as a major health functional food as people recognize the importance of enhancing immunity in terms of physical and mental health of humans as well as pets. We aim to evaluate the efficacy of probiotics that can help improve immunity formulated using elderberries, chicory, bananas, and grains in vitro. Elderberries, chicory roots, and banana complex extracts were fermented using lactic acid bacteria and grains were added to use as samples for this study. The antioxidant activity, cell viability, NO production, and inflammatory cytokine production were measured by ABTS radical scavenging activity, MTT assay, and nitrite (NO2-) measurement using LPS-stimulated raw264.7 cells. For evaluating the antioxidant efficacy using ABTS scavenging ability, it was confirmed that the radical scavenging ability was excellent performance depending on the concentration of the sample and the MTT assay performance result also did not affect the cell viability. The NO production inhibitory effect was confirmed depending on the concentration of cells induced by LPS. In addition, the expression amounts of TNF-α and IL-1β decreased as the indicators of cell anti-inflammatory efficacy. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the sample used in this study can be identified, and it seems that it can be used as a material with the function of an immune-enhancing aid against diseases such as reduced immunity.

        폴리카보실란으로부터 제조된 탄화규소 중공사의 미세구조제어

        SiC hollow fiber was fabricated by curing, dissolution and sintering of Al-PCS fiber, which was melt spun the polyaluminocarbosilane. Al-PCS fiber was thermally oxidized and dissolved in toluene to remove the unoxidized area, the core of the cured fiber. The wall thickness ($t_{wall}$) of Al-PCS fiber was monotonically increased with an increasing oxidation curing time. The Al-PCS hollow fiber was heat-treated at the temperature between 1200 and $2000^{\circ}C$ to make a SiC hollow fibers having porous structure on the fiber wall. The pore size of the fiber wall was increased with the sintering temperature due to the decomposition of the amorphous $SiC_xO_y$ matrix and the growth of ${\beta}$-SiC in the matrix. At $1400^{\circ}C$, a nano porous wall with a high specific surface area was obtained. However, nano pores grew with the grain growth after the thermal decomposition of the amorphous matrix. This type of SiC hollow fibers are expected to be used as a substrate for a gas separation membrane.
