        Drug delivery system(DDS) applied to various field such as medicine, cosmetics, agriculture and necessities of life. Among these application fields, DDS is often used as the method of drug dosage into the epidermic skin. We investigated characters of transdermal therapeutic system(TTS) and the skin permeability of that with applying DDS. Chitosan was selected as material of TTS. We investigated the permeation of chitosan ointment containing drug in rat skin using horizontal membrane cell model. Permeation properties of materials were investigated for water-soluble drug such as riboflavin in vitro. We used glycerin, PEG 600 and oleic acid as enhancers. Since dermis has more content water(hydration) than the stratum corneum, skin permeation rate at steady state was highly influenced when glycerin was used in water-soluble drug. The permeation rate of content enhancer and drug was found to be faster than that of content water-soluble drug only. These results showed that skin permeation rate of drug across the composite was mainly dependent on the property of ointment base and drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering drug was found to be important in controlling the skin permeation rate.

        Gum Films were prepared by solution blending in the weight ratio of natural gums(Xanthan, Locust bean and Guar) for the purpose of useful bio-implants. The possibility of bio-implants, which prepared from natural gums as a skin substitute was evaluated by measuring biodegradability. This biodegradable films were inserted in the back of rats and their of biodegradability were investigated by hematological change evaluation as a function of time to the bio-transformation. These values of biodegradable films, which prepared from natural gums measured in this study were some stable results at short period with those of ideal skin bio-implants.

        pyrethroid계통의 살충제 Acc 222705를 합성하기 위한 기초 단계로 폐놀과 파라-크레졸에 대한 0- 메탈화반응을 시도한 결과 반응이 순조로이 진행되었다. 그러나 이들 화합물을 염소화반응과 벤질화반응을 시켰을 때는 반응이 진행되지만 분리하기가 힘들었고 또 분리한 화합물을 확인한 결과 여러가지 혼합물이 썩여 있었으며 이들 중에는 폴리마 성질을 갖는 혼합물들이 존재하였다. The reactionof the o-methylation of phenol and p-cresol was conducted as the fundamental step for synthesizing ACC222705 insecticides in synthetic pyrethroid. This reaction proceeded smoothly. When these compound was chlorinated and benzylated the reaction also proceeded. However, the separation of the resulted materials was very difficult. This materials were consist of the mixture of many compound and furthermore were contained the compounds which had polymes properties.

        The electrochemical oxidation of 2,6 Dimethylaniline has been investigated in aqueous media. The products formed were found to depend on 2, 6, - DMA concentrations and the time of electrolysis. At low concentration (10?? M∼10?? M) and low pH, the main products formed was benzidine. (?) The electrochemical oxidation and its mechanism was qualitatively and some what extent quantitatively elucidated by the cyclic voltametry and other electrochemical techniques. The electrolysis product was identified through the spectroscopic data (i.e., UV and IR) and cyclic voltagram.

        With purify Nitrogen gas, sodiumborohydride and lithium chloride was dissolved into the THF solution. This mixture was agitated with triphenoxyboran to be the turbid solution. Hydride was examined from this supernatant liguid depending upon both the change of reaction time and the change of reaction temperature. It was proposed that hydride was consumed by THF. The result was that lithium chlide helped the Boran compounds to act the Lewis acid.

        A new practical method is described for the synthesis of (Z)-7-eicosen-11-one(1) and (Z)-7-nonadecene-11-one(2), the active principles of the sex pheromone of the peach fruit moth. In benzene solvent, 2-undecanone was refluexed with cyclohexylamine and p-toluenesulfonic acid to afford undecane-2-cyclohexyimine, which was reacted with LDA and allylbromide and then refluxed in methanol presence oof acid catalyst to afford 1-tetradecene-5-one. 1-tetradecene-5-one oxidized with OSO4 and then added NaIO4 to afford ketoaldehyde, witch treated witting reaction afford target compound.

      • Naphthoquinone diazide 유도체의 합성과 특성 연구

        Naphthoquinone diazide derivatives members of quinone diazide compound that are utilizable as photosensitive polymer material were synthesized, and photoresist were prepared by mixing these derivatives with a matrix resin at various weight ratios. Photosensitive characteristics of photoresist were studied by examining UV and IR, relative sensitivity using a Gray scale method, and SEM to analyze if they can be used as photosensitive material in printing process. Experimental results showed that, by UV, NQD derivatives were photo-converted and developer-soluble photoresist were produced. The mixing ratio of 1 : 4(by mass) of NQD+ ballast and m - cresol novolak gave rise to the highest dissolution rate. In addition, photoresist obtained at this condition resulted in the most superior sensitivity and contrast.

        Transdermal delivery system(TDS) is often used as the method of drug dosage into the epidermic skin. Natural polymer were selected as ointment material of TDS. We investigated the permeation of natural polymer ointment containing drug in rat skin using horizontal membrane cell model. Permeation properties of materials were investigated for water-soluble drug such as oxiniacic acid in vitro. These results showed that skin permeation rate of drug across the composite was mainly dependent on the property of ointment base and drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering drug was found to be important in controlling the skin permeation rate. This result suggests a possible use of natural polymer ointment base as TDS of antihyperlipoproteinemic agent.

        다양한 기능성 도판트로 도핑된 가용성 폴리티롤의 용매화 효과 및 특성

        극성 작용기와 비극성 작용기를 동시에 갖는 기능성 도판트인 sodium di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (DEHSNa), sodium dioleylsulfosuccinate (DOSNa), sodium butylanphthalenesulfonate (BNSNa)을 사용하여 극성 용매(DMSO, DMF, NMP 등)와 비극성 용매(클로로포름, dichloromethane 등)에 가용성인 폴리피롤(Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-NBS)을 합성하였다. 극성 작용기로 도핑된 가용성 Ppy-DEHS 분말의 용해도는 상대적으로 비극성 용매보다(~ 6 wt%/vol.) 극성 용매에서(~ 11 wt%/vol.) 더 높게 나타났고, 이들 용매로부터 제조된 필름의 진기전도도도 또한 극성 용매에서 제조된 필름이(4 S/cm) 비 극성 용매에서 제조된 필름보다 (2×10^-2S/cm) 더 높게 나타났다. 그러나, 비각성 작용기를 갖는 도판트로 도핑된 가용성 Ppy-DOS, Ppy-BNS의 경우, 상대적으로 비극성 용매인 클로로포름내에서 용해도가(6~9 wt%/vol.) 극성용매 (DMEO, DMF etc. 3~4 wt%/vol.)인 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 다양한 유기용매에서 제조된 Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-NBS 필름의 전하전달은 모두 3차원 VRH model{σ_dc(T) = σ_0 exp[-(T_0/T)^1/4]}에 부합하였다. Polypyrroles (Ppy-DEHS, Ppy-DOS, Ppy-BNS, etc.) soluble in polar (DMSO, DMF, NMP, etc.) and non-polar (chloroform dichloromethane, etc.) organic solvents were synthesized using functional doping agents that have both polar and non polar functional groups: sodium di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (DEHSNa), sodium dioleylsulfosuccinate (DOSNa), and sodium butylnaphthalenesulfonate (BNSNa). Soluble Ppy-DEHS powder doped with polar functional group dopant showed a higher solubility in polar solvent (~11 wt%/vol.) than in non polar solvent ( ~6 wt%/vol.). Free standing film (4 S/cm) cast from polar solvent showed a higher electrical conductivity than that cast from non polar solvent (2 × 10^-2 S/cm). Soluble Ppy-DOS and Ppy-BNS powders doped with non polar functional group dopant showed a higher solubility in non polar solvent (chloroform, 6~9wt%/vol.) than in polar solvent (DMSO, DMF etc. 3~4 wt%/vol,). For the Ppy-DEHs, Ppy-DOS and Ppy-BNS films cast from various organic solvents, Three Dimensional Various Range Hopping model (3D VRH {σ_dc(T) = σ_0 exp[-(T_0/T)^1/4]} was used to fit the results of temperature dependence of electrical conductivity measurement.

        Ethylene diamine과 carbon disulfide와 가성소다로부터 일차적으로 Ethylene-bis-dithio carbamate를 합성하고 이것을 PH=2로 맞춘 황산아연(그외 ??의 가용성염)용액과 반응시켜 살충효과를 갖는 Zine ethylene-bis-dithiocarbamate(이하 Zineb라 칭함)을 간편한 방법으로 합성하였다.
