Brown sauce is very frequently used for western meat dishes, and this study aims to develop brown sauce for Asians and Koreans by adding jujube concentrate which has natural sugar and is used in Chinese medicine. The ingredients and sensory characteristics of brown sauce added with jujube concentrate were examined and the results are as follows. First, the moisture content increased with increased amount of jujube concentrate added, while the pH decreased. In the results of the sensory evaluation, the sample added with 5% jujube concentrate had the highest score, and the one added with 9% jujube concentrate had the lowest score in color. In the flavor evaluation, the sample added with 5% jujube concentrate had the highest score, and the one added with 9% jujube concentrate had the lowest score. In overall acceptability, the sample added with 5% jujube concentrate had the highest score, and the scores were high in order of 3%, 7%, and 9% concentrates when the samples were heated for 16 hours. Also, when making brown sauce made with beef leg bones, their ingredients continued to flow out even heated for more than 10 hours. Therefore, it was considered that more delicious and healthier sauce could be made by adding jujubes when making beef leg bone brown sauce. Based on these results, even though brown sauce originated from western foods, it can be used to Koreans` taste by adding Korean ingredients. Moreover, more recipes can be made from the brown sauce added with jujube concentrate for more Asians including Koreans to enjoy.
기업결합심사에서의 효율성 효과 판단: 방법론과 정책적 함의

The merger guidelines in many countries recognize efficiency effects and the possible increase of consumer surplus by proposed mergers. Thus, they accept the idea that merger efficiencies may, in appropriate circumstances, be used as a defense to rebut a prima facie case of anti-competitive effects. However, the difficulty to prove cognizable merger efficiencies makes efficiency criterion seldomly reflected in the real decision by competition authorities. This paper examines both qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate efficiency effects in merger analysis. We discuss various elements of cognizable efficiencies in the US and EU merger guidelines, such as merger-specific efficiencies, verifiability, pass-on requirement, etc. Models of Froeb & Werden, Werden, and Farell & Shapiro are analyzed to compare the quantitative ways of assessing efficiency and anti-competitive effects by proposed mergers. We also derive some policy implications to improve merger guidelines and analysis in Korea.
전산 열해석 및 적외선 열화상을 이용한 볼베어링의 동적하중에 따른 진단 계측에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 적외선 열화상 카메라를 통하여 베어링의 온도변화를 분석하고, FEM 수치해석을 통하여 모델러에 대한 정상상태에서의 시뮬레이션을 통해 베어링의 열적분포를 해석하였다. 전산 열해석을 위한 유한요소 해석과 열화상 실험을 서로 비교분석하였고 유한요소 전산해석을 통하여 열화상 실험의 정확도를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 적외선 열화상 실험은 실시간으로 베어링의 상태를 감시할 수 있어 다른 진단방식보다 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 작업 현장에서 베어링 파손 상태 유무 확인과 파손 방지를 위해서 현장 작업조건을 적용한 유한요소 해석 결과를 비롯하여, 하중조건 회전속도조건, 볼 손상조건, 내외륜 손상조건 등에 따라, 열화상 카메라로 실시간으로 베어링을 감시하면 베어링의 파손을 진단 검출할 수 있다. With the modern machinery towards the direction of high-speed development, the thermal issues of mechanical transmission system and its components is increasingly important. Ball bearing is one of the main parts in rotating machinery system, and is a more easily damaged part. In this paper, bearing thermal fault detection is investigated in details Using infrared thermal imaging technology to the operation state of the ball bearing, a preliminary thermal analysis, and the use of numerical simulation technology by finite element method(FEM) under thermal conditions of the bearing temperature field analysis, initially identified through these two technical analysis, bearing a temperature distribution in the normal state and failure state. It also shows the reliability of the infrared thermal imaging technology. with valuable suggestions for the future bearing fault detection.
