Various Dynamic objects on roads, such as foward collisions or roadkill site, are the main causes of unexpected accidents. In addition, for the development of fully autonomous driving vehicles, building a dynamic object map remains a big challenge. Therefore, there is a need for a platform that can be quickly applied to the current infrastructure situation and collects information in a wide range and at a high speed. Through this study, we proposed and built a dynamic object collection platform using black boxes used by many vehicles at present to remedy the shortcomings of information collection devices such as CCTV, which was a fixed type, so that a wide range can be covered without blind spots. The main purpose of the study is to prevent accidents by allowing drivers to recognize risk factors on the route in advance in real time and to contribute to the construction of Local Dynamic Map (LDM), which is the core of future autonomous driving technology.
