This study aims to conduct preparatory research for the establishment of adaptation methodology. Literature has intervened in various stages of the process where the motion picture develops into the movies. Interchange between novel and movie constantly occurs in aesthetic standpoint on receivers. This phenomeono expanded the province of a popular culture on mutual text. However. the two texts differentiated other aspects by specific of two different media. consequently, this manuscript aims to examine a discrimination by media conversion process of the text. The imagimation for the marrative filling-in should be continuously esercised in the process of reorganizing the fabula based on the syuzhet of the original and also in the subsequent adaptation process where the new syuzhets are produced. 이 논문은 소설에서 영화로의 매체 전환 연구를 통해 서사 변화의 동력을 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 소설과 영화가 지닌 매체의 상이함은 동일한 주제의식을 지녔더라도 변화를 수반하게 된다. 이와 반대로 상이한 주제의식으로 각색할 때에는 ``주어진 상황``을 변화시킴으로써 인물의 성격과 내러티브의 골격도 달라진다. 따라서 각색 작업에 있어서 주지해야 하는 사실은 문자언어와 영상언어의 변별점을 인식해야 한다는 것이다. 본고의 분석 텍스트는 최인호 소설 < 내 마음의 풍차 >와 김승옥 시나리오 < 어제 내린 비 >이다. 소설이 유동적 근대성에 직면한 주체가 자아 정체성을 찾아 가는 과정을 그리고 있다면 영화는 한 여성을 향한 이복형제의 사랑을 담아내고 있다. 앞서 언급했듯이 주제의식의 변화를 통해 인물들의 성격과 관계가 변화되었다. 또한 소설의 자유로운 내적 서술들을 다양한 소도구를 통한 미장센으로 영상화하였다. 청년영화에서 핵심적 역할을 했던 김승옥의 각색 작업에 관한 연구는 각색과정에 나타난 동학뿐 아니라 당대인들의 인식을 확인해 볼 수 있는데서 의의를 지닌다. 김승옥이라는 작가의 각색이 대중성을 확보한 것은 고진이 말한 자의식이 곧 시대의식이라는 맥락과 동일하다고 볼 수 있다.

Among various dermatological entities, toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a rare but potentially fatal delayed hypersensitivity reaction to numerous medications. A 38-year-old male presented with systemic hypersensitivity reaction, such as high fever, pain in the eyes, and diffuse pruritic erythematous maculopapular eruptions with multiple targetoid plaques that became vesicular and bullous. Oral mucosa and conjunctivae were involved. The first sign appeared about 1 week after taking methazolamide (50 mg twice a day) for the management of glaucomatous eyes. Although methazolamide was discontinued, blistering and skin denudation progressed to affect up to 80% of the body surface area and a positive Nikolsky sign was noted. High fever also persisted. Skin lesions started to improve after 2 weeks of management and fever subsided. Cutaneous lesions improved with minimal permanent sequele 2 months later. HLA-B*5901 was found by high-resolution genotyping. The lymphocyte activation test performed 6 months after r mission showed a positive response to methazolamide challenge. This is the first case of methazolamide-induced TEN in which methazolamide was confirmed as a culprit drug by the lymphocyte activation test. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2016:4:301-304)
