      • 음식관광동기에 따른 음식관광 행동의도의 영향요인 분석 : 확장된 목표지향적 행동모형을 중심으로

        Recently, there has been an increasing tendency for food tourism, and it has become a fundamental and direct motive for tourism. Foods reflect local identity and play an important role in increasing tourism revenues as an important factor that attracts tourists. As such, food tourism reflects the cultural resources of local communities and can be a significant tool for revitalizing regional economies. However, there is a lack of study on factors influencing tourists' food tourism behavior and motivation that is the psychological origin for food tourism behavior. The purpose of this study is to identify and predict the behavioral intentions of food tourists by food tourism motivation, and Model of Goal-oriented Behavior(Perugini & Bagozzi, 2001), which is widely used in socio-psychological researches, was employed for analysis. To this end, the concept of each concept was reviewed and established through review of previous studies. Based on this theoretical foundation, the hypotheses and models of the research were summarized. For the purpose of empirical analysis, tourists who have visited or planned to leave for food tourism within three months were selected for this study, and survey was conducted for eight days from September 15, 2017 to September 22, 2017. Of the total 541 samples gathered, after removing noisy data and unreliable responses, 458 samples were obtained and analyzed, and the results are as follows. First, factors affecting food tourism motivation were identified as core food experience, escape from routine, learning knowledge, and trend-setting. The analytical results revealed that the factors influenced food tourism motivation in the order of esape from routine, core food experience, trend-setting, and learning knowledge. Second, the attitude of food tourism, the subjective norm of food tourism, and the positive anticipated emotion of food tourism had a positive effect on desire of food tourism, with the anticipated emotion of food tourism having the greatest influence. On the other hand, negative anticipated emotion of food tourism, perceived behavior control of food tourism, frequency of past food tourism did not show significant influence on desire of food tourism Third, the perceived behavior control of food tourism, the desire of food tourism, and the frequency of past food tours were to have a positive effect on the behavioral intention of food tourism. It has been revealed that desire of food tourism has the strongest relationship with behavioral intention of food tourism. The results of this study have the following implications and significance. First, the key factors of food tourism motivation were identified and the motivating factors that influence the formation of food tourism attitude were verified. They contributed to confirming decision-making process to understand tourists' food tourism behavior. Also, understanding of food tourism motivation provided baseline data for revitalization and creation of demand of food tourists. Academically, this study serves has stepping stone to future research on behavioral analysis of food tourists and food tourism motivation. In the aspect of business, it is noteworthy that this study suggests strategy for attracting and creating demand for food tourists.

      • 식생활 라이프스타일이 로컬 푸드의 위험 지각과 구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 수도권 지역을 중심으로

        Recently, there has been a growing public interest in consumption of organic foods which are relatively safe and trustable. It is attributable to the frequent incidents related to food safety hazards in Korea. As the demands of consumers for the reliable groceries increase, the concept of local foods, which satisfies the needs of consumers for sustainable food and agriculture, has emerged. In this study, the effects of the food related lifestyle, the risk perception of the local foods and the purchase intention were analyzed based on literature reviews. To evaluate the hypothesis, canonical correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed and the frequency, the reliability and the factor analysis were also carried out for more detailed analysis to meet the proof of this study. The results of this study suggested that the safety-oriented, the health-oriented and the taste-oriented factors are the three major factors determining food-related lifestyles, while the social and psychological risk, the financial risk and the functional risk were the three contributing factors for risk perception of the local foods. There was no relationship shown between the food-related lifestyle and the awareness of local food safety. In the study of relationship between the food-related lifestyle and the intension of purchasing local foods, the safety-oriented, the health-oriented and the taste-oriented factors was found to be the most important factors, while the safety-oriented factors was the most important factor and the taste-oriented factors was the least important factor. It is also suggested that the intention of consuming the local foods was only affected by the functional risk factor when the effects of the awareness of food safety and the intentions to consume the local foods were analyzed. In conclusion, the advertisements and the education of the local foods are strongly recommended. Because consumers pursue the food safety and the functional risks, the legal improvements of local foods are required and it will allow consumers to purchase the local foods with their confidences.

      • VoiceXML을 이용한 간단한 음성정보 서비스 설계 및 구현

        현재의 음성서비스는 사용자에게 미리 녹음된 음성이나 합성어로 음성정보를 들려주고, 사용자의 명령을 전화버튼의 숫자를 통해 신호를 받아들여 서비스를 제공하고 있고, 음성정보 서비스 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 많은 인력과 비용이 소요되는 단점이 있어 서비스 유지와 콘텐츠개발에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 VoiceXML을 이용한 음성정보 서비스에 제공될 응용서비스를 설계 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 음성인식 및 합성기술이 100(현재 95)%라는 가정하에 XML에 기반을 둔 VoiceXML을 이용하여 음성정보 서비스 시스템에서 사용될 간단한 VoiceXML 응용서비스를 설계하고 구현하였다. VoiceXML을 이용하면 음성정보 서비스 콘텐츠 개발시 음성 입출력의 기술적인 문제에 대해 거의 알 필요가 없고, VoiceXML 애플리케이션 문서에 내용만 수정, 추가하여 콘텐츠를 개발할 수 있어 적은 인력과 비용으로 음성정보 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

        'Byeoljihwa' uses a variety of materials such as sinsu(physical sesation received through the senses), animals, natural objects, and religious contents. It is believed to prevent supernatural forces or natural disasters, and lead the well-being and affluent life of this world and the future. This is in line with the ancient religious art. Prehistoric art largely deals with animals as its theme, and it demonstrates a realistic, and at the same time abstract expression. The fact that many animals are described on the walls of caves which are difficult to be found by humans shows people’s wish for a successful hunt and a prosperous life. Caves might have been chosen because they are thought as sacred places and the murals would have been painted with magical rituals. Ancient tombs dating back to the era of the Three States contain various paintings of Sashin, Bicheon and landscapes on their walls or ceilings; today, it has established itself as it has appeared in more diverse forms with religious symbolism. In this way, Byeoljihwa refers to the decorative paintings on Dancheong expressed as separate designs, colored pictures, or ink-and-wash(black-and-white) drawings which illustrate mountains and water, flowers and birds, animals, and celestial people. ‘Byeoljihwa’ is painted in areas with wide margins, such as in the middle of wooden materials or walls of a wooden structure with Dancheong. However, it involves not only a decorative meaning to fill the empty space, but also an instructive and narrative meaning. The materials of ‘Byeoljihwa’ include 1) auspicious animals such as dragons, phoenixes, giraffes, lions, turtles, 2) portraits of Buddha, Bodhisattvas, Nahan, and Bicheon, 3) plants such as lotus flowers, peonies, and sagunjas, and 4) scenes depicting the contents of Buddhist scriptures. The style of ‘Byeoljihwa’ in Dancheong displays its own originality and specificity. The coloring technique is not limited to Byeoljihwa of temples, but unlike Dancheong, which is uniformly painted at a designated location, ‘Byeoljihwa’ uses various painting techniques that have been traditionally used. Byeoljihwa has changed its form along with Korean history; the subject matter of Byeoljihwa has varied and it has reflected the local culture and spirit of the times. Byeoljihwa is not just a practical art limited to wooden architecture but a creative and new genre of formative arts which inherit the traditional designs, mateirals, and painting techniques. So far, the followings have been covered in this study : 1) types of Byeoljihwa from ancient times to this day and 2) the original expression of Byeoljihwa in wooden architecture. This study has categorized a variety of Byeoljihwa; in addition, rearrangement of the newly adapted drafts of Byeoljihwa has been conducted so as to specify the diversity and decorative nature of Byeoljihwa. This study identifies the types and contents of Byeoljihwa, one of the various artistic cultures that has succeeded to traditional Korean culture. I, as a researcher of this field, sincerely hope that various forms and meanings of Byeoljihwa could be conveyd to the next generation.
