Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) film deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) is known to supply excellent surface passivation properties on crystalline Si surface. The quality of passivation layer is important for high-efficiency silicon solar cell. double-layer structures have many advantages over single-layer materials. Al2O3/SiNX passivation stacks have been widely adopted for high- efficiency silicon solar cells. The first layer, Al2O3, passivates the surface, while SiNX acts as a hydrogen source that saturates silicon dangling bonds during annealing treatment. We explored the properties on passivation film of Al2O3/SiNX stack layer with changing the conditions. For the post annealing temperature, it was found that 500 ℃ is the most suitable temperature to improvement surface passivation.

The French philosopher Yves Michaud has asked about the nature of contemporary art and aesthetic experience all along from his first book, “Artist and commissionaires”. He comprehends that the paradigm of the Modernism is not more available for the contemporary art’s situations and observes how the new paradigm of art relates to the work of art and products the new forms of aesthetic experience. He observes “the double movement between vaporization of art and aestheticization of societies” invading our life in the whole aspects like science, politics, art, architecture, fashion, cooking etc. He describes the process of this ‘double movement’ and its consequences that consist of the new paradigm of art and aesthetic experience in our time. The position as analytic philosopher adopted by Michaud is more flexible than that of ontology or historicism. Because the ontology is inclined to set something forth as a premise and the historicism to recognize the only one dominant form. For Michaud, one of the most proper means to explain the art might be to observe, analyze and diagnose as exactly as possible the new paradigm of art.
태극문양을 응용한 공예문화상품 개발 -장신구를 중심으로-

태극문양은 고대로부터 우리 선조의 세계관과 종교관, 정치적 통치이념, 벽사와 길상의 상징문양으로, 또한 조선시대 이후 우리나라를 상징하는 공식 도안으로 우리 문화 역사에 깊게 자리 잡고 있다. 태극문양은 우리나라를 대표하는 문양임에도 불구하고 태극의 형이상학적인 개념과 강한 상징적 이미지로 인해 공예문화상품에 있어 이를 적극적으로 활용한 예를 찾기 어렵다. 그러나 태극문양은 우리 민족의 고유한 가치를 전달할 수 있는 상징이므로 태극의 의미와 조형적 특징을 이해하여 이를 현대인의 생활과 감각에 맞게 적용한 공예문화상품의 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태극의 의미와 태극문양의 상징에 대한 연구를 바탕으로, 우리나라의 유물·유적에 새겨진 태극문양을 응용하여 장신구를 중심으로 한 공예문화상품을 개발하였다. 개발된 장신구들은 평면적인 태극문양의 입체적 변형 과정을 통해 제작되었는데, 원과 곡선으로 구성된 태극문양의 방사대칭과 회전하는 듯한 운동감은 태극의 상생과 순환의 개념을 더욱 구체적으로 보여준다. From ancient time, teageuk pattern has represented our ancestor`s view of the world, religion, ruling principle and a symbol of amulet and has been used as an official design for Teageukki, the national flag of Korea. In spite of teageuk pattern`s national reputation, its pattern is not abundantly represented in various cultural product because of its metaphysical symbolism and emphatic image. However, since teageuk pattern is a symbol of transmitting our indigenous culture and value, it is necessary to develop cultural product that engages not only the traditional idea and aesthetic characteristic behind the pattern but combined with contemporary people’s needs and taste. On this study, I researched the fundamental idea and origin behind teageuk, then develop cultural product jewelry based on teageuk patterned relic and artifacts. The series of jewelry is designed through the process of changing teageuk patter from 2-dimension to 3-dimension. Actinomorphic and revolving image of Teageuk pattern composed of circle and curve present idea of circulation, the essential principle of teageuk.
