최근 몇 년 동안 중국은 심리 건강 문제에 대해 이미 중시하게 되었다. 이 때문에 심리 치료에 대한 접근 방식도 점차 보완되고 혁신되고 있고 해외에서도 치료법이 속속 도입되고 있다. 연극 치료는 연극과 심리 등의 학문적 지식을 결합해 감정 전이, 투사, 공감과 모방 등을 통해 개체의 성장과 변화를 촉진하는 데 목적이 있다. 연극치료는 일종의 심리 치료 방법으로서, 심리 질환의 치료 수단으로 삼을 뿐만 아니라, 일반 사람들의 정서 관리 능력과 심리 건강 수준을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는, 잠재력이 있는 효율적인 심리 건강 교육 수단이라고 본다. 중국도 연극치료를 점차 도입하고 있지만 아직 널리 확대되지는 않고 있다. 따라서 비교적 젊고 혁신적인 치료법을 내국인이 빨리 받아들이도록 하려면 내국인에 맞는 치료법을 찾아야 한다. 경극은 국극으로서 중국에서 널리 전해지고 있으며, 그 표현은 연극과 매우 유사하다. 이것은 역할을 맡아서 내적 감정이나 갈등에 대한 표현하는 것이다. 본 연구는 경극의 기원, 예술적 특징, 행의 분류, 검보의 역할과 동작의 표현에 대해 경극과 연극치료의 연계성을 모색하고, 연극치료에 활용할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 논의한다. 중국인에게 적합한 극적 치료 방식을 연구하고 탐구하며 앞으로 연극치료의 현지화 발전에 기여하기를 바란다. In recent years, China has begun to pay attention to mental health. That is why psychotherapy is gradually improving and innovating. Gradually, various treatments were introduced from abroad. Combining the knowledge of drama and psychology, drama therapy aims to promote individual growth and change through emotional transfer, projection, identity and imitation. As a psychological treatment, theatrical therapy not only can be used as a treatment for sick people, but can also effectively improve people s emotional management ability and mental health. It is a potentially efficient means of mental health education. China is also gradually introducing theatrical therapy, but it has not yet been widely extended. Therefore, it is necessary to find a cure suitable for the native population if the treatment is to be accepted quickly by the younger and more innovative. As a national drama, Peking Opera is widely circulated in China, and its form of expression is very similar to that of drama, all of which are expressed in a role-playing manner to the inner feelings or contradictions. This paper explores the relationship between Peking Opera and theatrical therapy and the possibility of living drama therapy in terms of its origin, artistic characteristics, classification, function of facial makeup and expression of action. The research explores ways that are appropriate for Chinese theatrical therapy and hopes to contribute to the development of localization of theatrical therapy.
