Experiments about the influence of air-fuel ratio on the engine performance by attaching the LPG fuel system to a gasoline enging are studied.<br/> The max torque is occurred in the vicinity of excess air factor 1. 0~1. 1.<br/> When the excess air factor is about 1.1~1. 4, the brake thermal efficiency is the largest.<br/> When the engine speed increases, the excess air factor of the minimum specific fuel con-sumption decreases from 1.4 to 1.1.

Enoxacin[1-ethyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid, ENX is a new quinolone antibacterial agent. The method is based on the highly colored charge-transfer complex formation of this drug as a pi-electron donor with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) or chloranil(CL) as pi-acceptors. The colored products were measured spectrophotometrically at 842nm and 552nm for TCNQ and CL, respectively. The different experimental conditions are optimized. The linearities for TCNQ and CL were 1.6mcg/mL~32mcg/mL and 6.4mcg/mL~160mcg/mL, respectively and colors were produced in non-aqueous media. This report describes a simple and rapid method for the analysis of enoxacin.

The potential response of mefenamic acid selective electrode using Cu(II)-neocuproine- mefenamic acid ternary complex as a counter ion was examined. 2-Nitrophenyl octyl ether(NPOE), benzyl nitrophenyl ether(BNPE) and fluorophenyl nitrophenyl ether(FPNPE), dioctyl sebacate(DOS), dioctyl phthalate(DOP), trioctyl phthalate(TOP) and tricresyl phthalate (TCP) were used as plasticizer. BNPE plastized membrane were more selective and sensitive than others. That membrane electrode showed the slope of -59.2 mV/dec., the linear range of 10-2 M ~ 5x10-5 M and correlation coefficient of 0.997. Optimal working pH range was 8.0 ∼ 10.0. The result obtained with direct potentiometry showed a good recovery of 97.5% with relative standard deviation of 2.6%. This proposed method could be applied for the determination of mefenamic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.
