본 논문에서는 생산운영관리 학습을 위한 각 사례연구 별로 다양한 가상의 동적인 시나리오를 구성하여 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 시행하고 학습자들이 토론하여 의사결정을 내리는 교육 방식의 효과성을 파악하였다. 본 교육 방식을 위해 6개의 사례연구를 만들고 다양한 시나리오를 구성하여 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 하는 방식의 혁신 교육을 4년간 수행하였다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 공급사슬관리 관련 사례연구에 포함되어야 할 내용과 제품 제조 관련 사례연구에 포함되어야 할 내용에 대한 프레임?p을 만들었다. 이러한 프레임?p에 기초하여 사례연구에 동적인 시나리오를 추가해가며 ERP 시뮬레이션 실험을 하는 교육 방식이 생산운영관리 실무교육의 성과를 향상시키는 대안이 될 수 있음을 파악하였다. 또한 학습자들이 실제 상황과 유사한 환경 하에서 의사결정을 경험할 수 있도록 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 할 수 있는 사례연구의 가상시나리오에 대한 예를 들고 어떠한 내용들이 가상 시나리오에 포함되는 것이 바람직한지 제시하였다. 그리고 시나리오 별로 ERP 시뮬레이션 실험을 활용하는 구체적인 방법을 제시하였다. 학습자들은 프로세스 최적화 관점에서 문제점을 분석하는 능력과 최적 생산운영관리를 위한 해결역량을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 대학 강의와 기업체 강의를 통해 NCS의 각 능력단위별 성취도로 평가한 프로세스에 대한 이해도와 강의평가를 통한 몰입도와 만족도 향상, 그리고 ERP 전문업체와 ERP 사용업체로의 취업률 향상 등 측면에서 학습자들의 성과를 파악할 수 있었다. This study suggests we need to use ERP simulation for the virtual dynamic scenarios of specific case studies and the discussion based on the simulation results to improve the performances for the practical education of production and operations management. 6 case studies and various scenarios were made and innovative education have been executed for 4 years using the case studies and virtual scenarios. Based on these education experiences, the framework of case study for supply chain management and the framework of case study for product manufacturing are suggested in this study. ERP simulation for the specific case studies based on these frameworks can provide the learners with prctical knowledges rather than abstract knowledges. Through the education methodology, examples of virtual scenarios are provided and contents of scenarios are suggested in this study. Education methodology of the specific case studies combined with ERP simulation have increased the process operating abilities and problem solving abilities. Through the completion degree of job capability in NCS, the degree of understanding of process were evaluated and proved the effectiveness of the education methodology. Not only education evaluation of learner s involvement and satisfaction but also the raised employment rate for the firms using ERP suggests that educarion methodology by ERP simulation experiments for the virtual scenarios can increase the performances for the practical education of production and operations management.

MRP 실습강의 효과성 제고 방안

본 연구는 MRP를 개념적으로만 강의하지 않고 실습을 통하여 이해력을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. MRP를 개념적으로만 강의하는 것은 MRP를 정확하게 이해시키지 못하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SAP ERP로 실습하기 위해 가장 적합한 MRP 교육시나리오 점검리스트를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 MRP 강의에 필요한 내용, 적합한 BOM 구조, MPS의 단위구간, 로트결정 방법, 초기 재고 및 기발주 주문을 제시하고 ERP에 있는 MRP를 실행시킨 후에 실습 결과를 MRP도표와 비교 라는 것이 주요 내용이다. 또한, 기업현장에 필요하면서도 학생들이 MRP에 필요한 교육용 시나리오 점검리스트를 제시했다는 측면에서 교육담당자에게 많은 시사점을 제공하지만, ERP 등 교육용 시스템의 뒷받침이 없을 경우, 그 효과가 반감할 수 있다. 그리고 현재 개발되어 있는 국가직무능력표준의 자재관리나 공급망관리의 능력단위와 MRP교육시나리오 점검리스트를 매칭시켜 NCS 교육 체계로 발전시켜 나가면 보다 산업에서의 적합도가 높은 교육체계가 될 것이다. This study devoted the effective method on teaching MRP through practices not just teacing the concepts and the theories. Lecturing MRP based on the concepts and theories make the students understand the parts of MRP processes. Therefore, this paper proposes the checklist of MRP education scenarios by understanding the whole MRP processes and utilizing SAP ERP System for the practices which professors or SCM instructors will deliver the MRP contents effectively. This research proposes the suitable contents of MRP processes, suitable 3 level BOM alternatives, effective time bucket of MPS, lot sizing technique and initial stock including open orders. Theoretical MRP worksheet is compared with the practical MRP list screens from the results of MRP. However, this research has the limit that MRP education scenario without ERP System will not support the efficient MRP lecture scenario. The proposed checklist of MRP education scenarios would be helpful on the practical industry if the checklist is developed by mapping with material management or supply chain management competency unit of National Competency Standards.

기업 맞춤형 경영학 교육을 위한 ERP교육 프레임웍 개발

본 논문에서는 효과적인 경영학 교육에 ERP를 활용하는 것이 필요하며, 기업 맞춤형 경영학 교육을 하기 위한 ERP 교육 프레임?p을 제시하였다. 또한 ERP교육 프레임?p에 기초하여 수주-출하 시나리오에 대한 ERP강의 점검리스트의 예제를 구성하고 제시하였다. ERP 교육 프레임?p과 ERP강의 점검리스트는 기업과 대학 환경에서 모두 사용될 수 있다. ERP를 활용한 경영학 교육은 ERP 기능실습과 숙련, ERP 기능과 개념 파악, 이론적 제반 모형 이해, 기본 커스터마이징 역량, 상황별 부서별 시뮬레이션, ERP구축 방법론이 모두 포함되었을 때 가장 효과적이다. 이러한 ERP교육 방식은 다른 팀과 경쟁하며 학생들이 생산, 마케팅, 구매와 재무부문의 상호관계에 대해 파악할 수 있게 해주었다. 이러한 ERP 교육 프레임?p과 ERP강의 점검리스트의 예를 활용하여 훈련을 함으로써 집단의 역량이 강화될 수 있다. 그 이유는 실시간 정보가 동적이고 불확실한 환경에서 통합되어 공유되는 상태에서 각 집단이 공통의 목표를 강화시킬 수 있기 때문이다. ERP를 사용하는 기업들도 이제는 단순한 사용방법만 교육하는 전통적인 교육방식에서 벗어나 정보 공유의 개념과 정책, 즉각적으로 결정해야 하는 행위 그리고 통제시스템을 교육하는데 더욱 향상된 방법론이 요구된다. This study suggests we need to use ERP to achieve successful business educations. ERP teaching framework is developed for designing enterprise-oriented business education. The sample checklist for ERP education on order to delivery process scenario is also suggested based on ERP teaching framework. ERP teaching framework and checklist for ERP education can be used at both companies and universities. The business education based on ERP should include practices and trainings on ERP functions, understanding of ERP transactions and theories, understanding models on forcasting, MRP and waiting theories etc, capabilities of basic configurations, simulations depending on situations in perspectives of several departments and methodology for ERP implementations. By competing other teams using ERP, students could identify the interrelationships of production, marketing, purchasing and financial management. The notions of policies, actions and control systems are basic elements of ERP systems and therefore are emphasized in the ERP teaching framework.

ERP 활용 교육을 위한 경영사례 모듈 개발

본 논문에서는 ERP를 도구로 사용하는 교육의 효과성을 높이기 위하여 경영사례를 활용하는 효과적인 방안을 연구하였다. 경영사례에서 발생하는 자재관리부분에 대한 시나리오에 대한 프로세스를 총 7개의 모듈로 제안하고 이에 대한 예상 결과들을 파악하였다. 구체적으로는 [모듈 1] 두 개 이상의 부문이 관련된 상위 수준의 정책 결정, [모듈 2] 고객 주문에 대한 가용성 및 납품일정 확인 후 주문수행과 연관된 정책 결정, [모듈 3] MRP 수행방식 또는 예측모형 사용의 차이에 따른 성과 차이, [모듈 4] 고객 주문변경 허용에 따른 구매비용과 재고 증감 파악, [모듈 5] 가용재고의 변화상태 분석, [모듈 6] 가용성 수량에 따른 고객문의 대응 방법, [모듈 7] 구매 및 입고 그리고 송장검증 후 회계 처리로 나누어 제안하였다. 이를 통해서 학습자들에게 사례기반 교육을 통하여 구매 관련 의사결정, 재고 관련 의사결정, 시장 관련 의사결정에 대한 진단평가 점수가 향상되었으며 사례연구의 시나리오와 ERP프로세스 구현을 통한 전반적인 프로세스 이해도 관련 진단평가 점수도 향상되었다. 이러한 효과 이외에도 학습자의 태도향상 및 만족도 상승, 실무에 투입되었을 때의 적용 가능성 증가라는 결과를 예상할 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a modularization of the process for the scenario of material management that occurs in enterprise resource planning into 7 modules and identify the expected results. Specifically, [Module 1] High-level policy decision making involving two or more sectors, [Module 2] Policy decision making related to order fulfillment after confirming availability to promise and delivery schedule for customer orders, [Module 3] MRP execution method or forecasting model Performance differences due to MRP models and forcasting models in usage, [Module 4] Identification of purchase cost and inventory increase/decrease due to acceptances of customer order changes, [Module 5] Analysis of changes in available stock, [Module 6] Response to customer inquiries according to availability quantity, [Module 7] Accounting processings after purchase, goods-receipt and invoice verification were proposed. Through this, rhe diagnosis assessment of the students results in improving especially in the decision making related to purchasing, inventory and market demands and also improving overall process understanding. It can be expected that case-based education using ERP improves the attitude and satisfaction of learners and also increases the adaptation to organization when put into practice.

NCS에 기반한 공급망관리 실무인력 양성을 위한 ERP교육 방안 및 내용

본 연구는 NCS 체계를 반영한 SCM교육을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법을 'ERP 시스템을 활용한 능력단위별 프로세스 적용 방안'으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 교육담당자가 현장에서 필요한 SCM 이론과 시스템 운영 능력을 효과적으로 학생들에게 전달하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 방안을 다음과 같이 정의하였다. 첫째, SCM교육을 위해 NCS 능력단위를 교육 시나리오로 정의하여 이를 업무 중심의 프로세스로 구성한다. 둘째, 능력단위별로 SCM교육 시나리오를 구성한 후, 수행준거에 근거하여 ERP 내의 각 프로그램과 매핑함으로써 시스템 중심의 NCS SCM교육을 준비한다. 셋째, NCS 수행준거에 근거하여 NCS 교육 체계 반영 및 수행성과를 측정한다. 본 연구는 프로세스를 정의하고 ERP 시스템을 활용하여 NCS 기반의 SCM교육 방법을 제안했다는 점에서 의의를 가지고 있다. 또한, 기업 현업업무 중심의 교육을 시나리오로 제시했다는 측면에서 교육담당자에게 많은 시사점을 제공하지만, ERP 등 교육용 시스템의 뒷받침이 없을 경우, 그 효과가 반감할 수 있다. 그리고 ERP 시스템 상에서 제공되는 계량화된 지표를 통해 학습 결과를 측정할 수 있어서 교육성과를 측정할 수 있을 것이다. 향후 ERP 시스템을 활용하여 SCM을 수행하는 많은 기업들에게 이러한 교육을 받은 학생의 업무 수행 및 만족도를 평가함으로써 교육 효과에 대해 장기적으로 분석할 수 있을 것이다. This study firstly devised the effective SCMeducation curriculumbased on theNCS and ERP system. This research is on amethodology of SCM education that reflects the NCS Structure in the university by utilizing ERP System and mapping the process per competency unit. With this SCM methodology, Professors or SCM instructors will deliver the SCM contents and enhance students' system operation competency that are critical competency in the industry. And this methodology covers End-to-End SCMCurriculumfromthe planning to the assessment of the vocational core competency. We defined the SCM education methodology by defining the SCM process using ERP system. Because ERP system is the backbone system of many companies and fitted well to the operation levels of SCM. ERP system will be the best solutions for the SCM eduction based on NCS. First, SCM processes should be mapped with Scenario that will cover Competency Unit. Second, SCM Competency Unit should be covered with the ERP Transactions that will performERP functions. The findings show that SCM Curriculum that are mapped with performance criteria in NCS and ERP Programs is efficient and fit with the business requirements. This study is meaningful in presenting the effective education model of SCM Curriculum with ERP System and NCS Guidelines. Practically, Without ERP System, this model will not support the scenario based curriculum efficiently. Future study to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of the SCMcurriculumbased on theNCS will be promising.

디지털 경영혁신 사례연구를 바탕으로 한 경영학 교육 적용 방안

4차 산업혁명은 전 산업의 디지털화를 가속화시키며 디지털 트랜스포메이션이라는 새로운 개념을 등장시켰다. 산업에서의 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 요인을 도출하기 위해서 기업(마켓컬리, 쿠팡, 아마존, 스타벅스, 현대자동차)의 디지털 경영혁신의 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 유발할 수 있는 요인으로 기초 데이터에 대한 디지털화가 필요하며 이후 프로세스에 대한 디지털화가 중요하게 설명될 수 있다. 이때 데이터와 프로세스를 이용하여 문제를 해결함으로써 시스템에 대한 고도화를 통해 궁극적인 성과향상에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 본 연구에서는 3가지 항목인 데이터의 디지털화, 프로세스의 디지털화, 데이터와 프로세스의 디지털 고도화로 구체화하였다. 추출된 요인을 바탕으로 경영학 교육에서 전 분야에 확대할 수 있다. 학생들 간 사례를 분석하고 토의함으로써 실제 실무에서 큰 어려움 없이 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 해당 요인은 창업교육에서도 충분히 적용될 수 있기 때문에 다양한 방면에서 해당 연구결과를 활용하여 교육에 적용하고 이해를 증진시킬 수 있다. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has accelerated the digitization of entire industries, giving rise to a new concept known as digital transformation. To identify the factors driving digital transformation in industries, this study analyzed cases of digital management innovation in companies such as Market Kurly, Coupang, Amazon, Starbucks, and Hyundai Motor. The analysis revealed that a crucial factor triggering digital transformation is the need for digitizing foundational data, followed by the importance of digitizing processes. It was observed that leveraging data and processes to solve problems contributes to advanced system enhancements, ultimately leading to performance improvement. In this study, three specific elements were identified as crucial factors: digitization of data, digitization of processes, and the digital advancement of data and processes. Based on these factors, the study suggests that these insights can be expanded across various fields in business education. Analyzing and discussing real-world cases among students can enable them to solve practical challenges seamlessly. Given that these factors are also applicable in entrepreneurship education, the research outcomes can be widely applied in education to enhance understanding and application.

According to research analyzed relative time dependent efficiency, using Time Window Analysis. And for company group and the other firm within the each same Industry, the relative effectiveness of each company group establishment was compared using DEA.
