체육교사와 학생간의 유대관계 형성이 체육수업 만족도와 교육성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 체육교사와 학생간의 유대관계 형성이 체육수업 만족도와 교육성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는 연구이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 익산의 남자 고등학교, 대전의 여자 고등학교에 재학 중인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문을 바탕으로 체육교사와 학생간의 유대관계 형성이 체육수업 만족도와 교육성과의 차이를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 유대관계에는 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남학생보다 여학생이 체육교사와의 유대관계를 더 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 1,2학년에 비해 3학년에서 유대관계에 중요성이 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 특성에 따른 체육수업만족도에는 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 만족도에서 학년에 따른 유의미한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났고, 남학생보다 여학생에서 더 높은 체육수업만족도로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성에 따른 교육성과에는 차이가 나타났다. 교육성과 또한 여학생이 남학생보다 교육성과 면에서 더 높은 연구결과가 나왔다. 특히 1,2학년에 비해 3학년에서 교육성과가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 유대관계는 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 체육교사와 학생간의 유대관계는 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유대관계의 긍정적 하위요인 중 친밀감보다 의존성이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 유대관계는 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 체육교사와 학생간의 유대관계는 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유대관계의 긍정적 하위요인 중 의존성이 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 체육수업만족도는 교육성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 체육수업만족도에서 높은 만족도를 느낀 학생들이 교육성과에서도 높은 성취감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 유대관계와 교육성과의 관계에서 수업만족도는 매개효과가 부분적으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 친밀감과 갈등에서 만족도의 매개효과는 없었지만, 교육성과와 의존성의 관계에서 만족도는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study examines how the formation of bonds between physical education teachers and students affects the satisfaction of physical education and educational performance. To achieve this goal, 310 students attending boy’s High School in Iksan and a girl’s High School in Daejeon were used for the analysis. The tools used for analysis are questionnaires, and the statistical techniques used in this study were derived using reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, SPSS 21.0 and multiple return analysis techniques, dispersion post-test, as follows: First, there was a partial difference in ties according to general characteristics. Girls are more positive about their relationship with physical education teachers than boys. In particular, the importance of ties was higher among third graders than those of first and second graders. Second, there were some differences in the satisfaction level of physical education classes according to the general characteristics. There was no significant difference between grades of satisfaction and higher satisfaction in physical education in girls than in boys. Third, there was a difference in educational performance according to general characteristics. Educational performance and the results of a study showed that girls were more educated and satisfied than boys. In particular, the results of education were higher among third graders than those of first and second graders. Fourth, it has been shown that bond affects class satisfaction. The bond between physical education teachers and students has been shown to affect the satisfaction level of physical education classes. In particular, among the positive subcomponents of ties, dependence rather than intimacy has an effect on satisfaction. Fifth, ties have been shown to affect educational performance. The bond between physical education teachers and students has been shown to affect educational performance. Dependency among the positive sub-factors of ties, in particular, has been shown to affect educational performance. Sixth, the satisfaction level of physical education classes was found to have a partial impact on educational performance. Students who felt high satisfaction in physical education class also felt a high sense of achievement. Seventh, in relation to ties and educational attainment, the class satisfaction level was partly mediated. There was no mediated effect of satisfaction in intimacy and conflict, but satisfaction in the relationship between educational performance and dependency showed effect.
