BSC 성과관리시스템 운영실태와 성과에 대한 사례연구 : 한국관광공사 사례

본 연구에서는 한국관광공사에서 채용한 BSC의 도입과정, 운영내용, 운영성과 등을 분석ㆍ평가하고, 특히 도입운영과정에서의 애로요인과 그것을 극복하는 과정을 검토하였다. 이 과정에서 성공요인의 분석과 함께 현재 잔존하고 있는 문제점을 파악하고, 여기에 대한 향후 대처방안 등을 살펴봄으로써, 관광공사 자체의 자기평가의 기회를 제공하고 다른 공공기관이나 비영리단체들이 BSC를 실행하는 데 있어 이정표가 될 수 있는 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. This study analyzed and evaluated the adoption process, operational details, and the performance of the BSC (Balanced Scorecard) system that Korea Tourism Organization adopted for the organizational performance evaluations. We especially examined the hurdle factors in the adoption and operation process, and the experiences of overcoming them. By doing so, the study analyzed the success factors of the BSC adoption and any problems that the organization still has to cope with. and eventually provides the self-review opportunity for Korea Tourism Organization and useful information for other public/governmental and not-for-profit organizations that may have plans to implement the BSC system.
