The purpose of this study is to enhance the design capability of textile industry in Kwangju-??nnam regional area. Presently, the regional textile industry has been in deep recession and threatened its survival. Hence this study is directed to search fundamental problems of this industry, and to propose specific development programs in matched with regional circumstances. Specifically, home furnishing product design development and regional culture-oriented product development were proposed. Human development through design education is required to strengthen the infrastructure of textile industry. New design education curriculum and class teaching methods were presented through benchmarking of leading foreign education institutes. Finally, various cooperation mechanism between industry and university were presented and effective cooperation operations were also recommended. Also, four levels of cooperations between industry and university were identified and their respective operational programs were also suggested.
利尿劑가 Sulfadianzine의 藥物動力學的 效果에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

For the purpose of investigation in the process of absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion, sulfadiazine was administratrated with Diuretics such as Hydrochlorothiazide, Furosemide, and Acetazolamide. These studies were made on the biopharmacokinetics of Sulfadiazine by examining the serum concentration of rabbit which had been administrated them alone or compounded with Diuretics. The results were summarized as follows: 1. When Sulfadiazine concomitant administrated with Diuretics, the serum concentration of Sulfadiazine was increased by Furosemide or decreased by Acetazolamide. Therefore, elimination rate of Sulfadiazine was reduced by Furosemide and accelerated by Acetazolamide, Hydrochlorothiazide. The Biological half-life of Sulradiazine prolonged by Furosemide and reduced by Acetazolamide, Hydrochlorothiazide, ADC of Sulfadiazine was increased by Furosemide, Hydrochlorothiazide and decreased by Acetazolamide. 2. When the Sulfadiazine administrated 2 hours before or after with Diuretics, elimination rate, half-life and AUC of Sulfadiazine was no difference. 3. When the Acetylsulfadiazine, which is Sulfadiazine metabolite, was measured, metabolism rate of Sulfadiazine was increased by Furosemid, Hydrochlorothiazide and decreased by Acetazolamide.
