Recort was made on four cases of granulosa cell carcinoma in Korean females that were observed at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Presbyterian Hospital. Taegu. Korea. during the period of October. 1960, to May, 1964. The age incidence ranged from 33 to 44. with a parity range of 3 to 7. All of the four were unilateral, two being of diffuse form and the remaining folliculoid and cylindroid. respectively. Two out of the four showed luteinization. Three months after operation there was recurrence in one out of four granulosa cell tumors.

골반통과 하지통을 호소하는 자궁암환자 9예와 정형외과 환자 1예에 대하여서 척추강내 phenol-pantopaque 주입법을(마취) 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치료결과 우수 3예(30%), 양호 4예(40%), 불량 3예(30%)였다. 2. 조영제 pantopaque를 이용함으로서 X-선 투시하에 목적부위에 정확하게 phenol을 작용시킬 수 있었다. 3. 사용하는 phenol의 양을 가감함으로서 효과의 정도범위를 조절할 수 있다. 4. 본법은 만성통, 소생희망이 희박한 환자의 동통의 대증요법으로서 이용가치가 있는 방법이다. To relieve the chronic severe pelvic pain 225-450 mg, of phenol in iophendylate (Pantopaque... 3 cc) was injected intrathecally to 10 patients (9 cases of carcinoma of cervix and one case of pelvi-fracture). Of the 10 cases, 3 cases had complete relief of pain, 4 cases had a fair result after injection. It was concluded that this procedure was quite simple and worthwhile to try on patient suffering from severe pelvic pain.
