      • 소성실험을 통한 청자의 물리적 특성 변화 연구

        This study is to be investigated through firing experiment in studio in order to reveal a physical properties of celadon according to change firing temperature. The results can be briefly summarized as below; Firstly, in measurement of color chromaticity, samples of first firing in body were effective in differentiating of changed color in samples from each other but there of second firing were not. The color of the glaze was more effective change than that of the body. Secondly, bulk density of body was increased with temperature and it was attained highest point in $1200^{\circ}C$ Additionally, water absorption ratio was most rapidly changed between $1000^{\circ}C$ and $1200^{\circ}C$Thirdly, in the microstructural analysis, body of samples in first firing have not specific characteristics in the changed patterns of microstructure. body and glaze of samples in second firing have many that. Consequently, we knew that this experiment can be provided researcher with physical properties and firing mechanisms of celadon.

        일교차가 10도 이상 나는 날씨가 계속되면 우리 몸의 생체리듬이 혼란을 겪게 된다. 공기를 마시고 내뱉는 호흡기는 이 같은 기온 변화에 굉장히 민감해 환절기에는 감기 등 호흡기 질환에 걸리기 쉽기 때문에 특별히 건강관리에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 특히 감기와 독감은 증상이 비슷하지만 원인이 되는 바이러스는 전혀 다르므로 치료방법이나 그 대응도 달라야한다.

        양측폐에 발생한 종괴

        A 64-year-old male was admitted due to weight loss of 5kg during a month. Chest X-ray showed two large, lobulated masses on both lower lobe. Chest CT showed ill-defined, multilobulated mass on left lower lobe and irregular, relatively homogenous mass with air-bronchogram on right lower lobe. Left lower lobectomy and right lower lobectomy was performed sequentially with three months interval. Microscopic findings showed squamous cell carcinoma of both mass. It was thought that this patient had synchronous double primary lung cancer.

        의치상용 열중합 레진의 Curing방법에 따른 파절 강도의 비교실험연구

        For this study, self curing resin and heat curing resin used for existing usual resin denture base in the denture industry were chosen by manufacturer. Curing tests for 30-minute, I-hour, 2-hour and 3-hour were conducted to know the strength of the resins and conduct analysis to get other necessary information. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Heat curing resins show a little differences among the manufacturers. However 30-minute curing resin shows great difference as shown in the fracture strength test. 2. The effect from the granularity of the resins on the fracture strength was found insignificant which means there is no difference between coherence and strength. 3. To summarize the results from each time level, the longer the time is, the more the minute cracks on the surface, which is the cause of reduced strength. From this test, it was identified that in making the denture base for patients in dental clinics, 30-minute curing is most efficient and effective in reducing discoloration and monomers, although long-time curing has been considered to be the principal.

        1인당 쌀 소비량이 80kg 이하로 급감하고 미국 · 중국 · 태국산 식용 수입쌀이 본격 시판되고 있다. 만성적인 국내 쌀 시장의 과잉 공급 기조 속에서 정부 · 농협 · 민간의 수급 조절 및 소비 촉진 노력이 이뤄지지 않는다면, 국내 쌀산업의 여건은 급속도로 악화될 것이다. 이 때문에 최근 정부와 학계 일각에서는 쌀 의무자조금 제도의 도입과 관련, 세부적인 정책 추진계획까지 논의중이다. 국산쌀 소비 촉진을 위해 쌀 자조금 제도 조기 도입이 필요하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다는 것이다. 그러나 쌀 의무자조금 도입에 관련된 논의는, 국내 쌀 산업 전체의 시장 구조가 지닌 특성은 물론 핵심 종사자인 350만 농업인들이 처한 현실 조건을 최우선적으로 감안하여 보다 신중하고 체계적으로 이뤄져야 마땅하다

        ALBC3 합금의 쇼트피닝 분사거리에 따른 해수 내 캐비테이션 손상 평가

        Marine equipment exposed to harsh environments requires not only excellent corrosion resistance but also improvement of physical characteristics against natural material degradation. With growing interests in ocean energy resources, the higher reliability for marine equipment has become more important in terms of material characteristics. ALBC3 alloy represents excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in corrosive environments. However, cavitation damage occurs frequently due to its poor durability in high flow rate of marine environment. In this research, shot peening technology was employed as a surface modification with shot peening stand-off distance to mitigate cavitation damage. The effects of shot peening on extent of cavitation damage and weight loss were evaluated for both shot peened and non-peened specimens. The results revealed that the application of shot peeing decreased cavitation damage for all experimental conditions in comparison with the non-peened specimens. The optimum stand-off distance was determined to be 10 cm, since more than 35 % of cavitation damage reduction was observed.

      • 일원오악도 안료에 대한 과학적 분석

        From the ancient to these days, there have been used many kinds of pigment which have two types that are inorganic pigment and organic pigment. At the ancient times, natural pigment had been used but the artificially mixed pigment has been used in modern times. By the way, searching for studies has been studied recently, it would be said the ancient pigments such as Danchung, Wall painting and Mural painting are the mainthema. However, studies about the pigments used in modern pictured relics have rarely can be found. Therefore, this analysis of Ilweolokdo would be important at the point of the pigments used in pictures of royal family in modern times and the results can be briefly summarized as below; Firstly, the results of qualitative analysis of the pigments that base or all pigments of picture was detected components of Ca, Fe and As, this results meaning that picture was used filler and basic paint. Secondly, a result of the analysis on the composition elements of the pigments shows that the main components in their composition are ;White - Lead Cyanamide($2PbCO_3$.$Pb(OH)_2$) or Titanium Oxide($TiO_2$)Blue - Ultramarine($2(Na_2O$.$Al_2O_3$ .$2Si_O2$).$Na_2S_2$)Green - Emerald green($C_2H_3A_s3Cu_2O_8$)Gold - Gold(Au), Red-Red Lead($Pb_3O_4$) or Cinnabar(HgS)Black - Carbon(C)Thirdly, X-ray diffraction analysis of crystalline structure for the blue and green pigment peeling off in picture shows that the components of blue pigment is Ultramarine($2(Na_2O$.$Al_2O_3$ .$2Si_O2$).$Na_2S_2$) and green pigment is Emerald green($C_2H_3A_s3Cu_2O_8$). Especially, microcrystalline structure of the green pigment was the shape like a cross section of wood. Consequently, we knew through the analysis of qualitative and microcrystallinestructures seen on the cross section of analyzed pigments layer that the all pigments used in the Ilweoloakdo is possible to use synthetic pigments in modern.
