주민등록번호 제도가 도입된 이래 주민등록번호는 효과적인 국가 개인식별체계의 역할을 해왔다. 하지만 정보화 사회의 도래로 주민등록번호를 포함한 개인정보가 대규모로 수집됨에 따라 개인정보 유출사고 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 주민등록번호는 모든 영역에서 개인과 일대일로 대응되는 강력한 개인식별값이자 본인확인 수단으로 유출될 경우 큰 피해로 이어질 위험이 있으나, 주민등록번호는 변경할 수 없다는 문제가 있어 이러한 피해를 경감할 수 있는 대책이 없는 실정이다. 우리나라의 경우 개인정보가 주민등록번호를 중심으로 하여 기록 및 관리되는 것이 일반이므로, 유출된 주민등록번호와 개인정보의 연결성을 끊음으로써 국민의 개인정보를 보호할 필요가 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 주민등록번호의 종속성을 제거함으로써 주민등록번호 및 개인정보 유출에 대한 피해를 방지할 수 있는 독립적인 난수기반 개인식별번호 체계를 제안하고, 체계의 도입 시 발생할 수 있는 쟁점사항을 식별하고 해소방안을 제시한다. The Resident Registration Number(RRN) system has been effectively acted as a national identification system since it was enforced. On the other hand, there are some problems such as leakages of personal informations including RRNs on a large scale and each RRN makes a pair with each person in all areas of the society. Nevertheless leakages of them might cause a big damage, there is no radical countermeasure for they are never changed in actual fact. In Republic of Korea, a RRN acts as a primary key of a database, so it has to be protected by severing the connectivity between leaked RRNs and the other personal data. In this paper, the Unconnected Random Personal Identification Number system is proposed for preventing damage of data spills by removing a dependency which the RRN has. Furthermore, this paper suggests the solutions against some potential issues in the system.

PUP 사례 분석을 통한 소트프웨어 개발자의 인터넷 윤리 의식 개선

소비자들의 소프트웨어 불법 복제와 불법 다운로드 행위는 소프트웨어 개발자들의 수익을 좀처럼 보장하지 않고 있기에 상당수의 소프트웨어 개발자들은 PUP(Potentially Unwanted Program)라는 비윤리적인 소프트웨어 개발을 통하여 돌파구를 찾으려는 유혹에 노출되어 있다. 그러나 이러한 현상은 소프트웨어 개발자의 가치관, 특히 인터넷 윤리 의식이 상당부분 취약함을 드러낼 뿐 그 어떤 명분으로도 정당화될 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 PUP라는 특정 영역 안에서 그동안 발생해온 다양한 사례들을 분석하고 이를 개발해온 소프트웨어 개발자들의 의도를 파악해봄으로써, 국내 소프트웨어 개발자들이 가지고 있는 인터넷 윤리 의식의 현주소를 규명하여 그 개선 방안을 제시한다.

어패럴 CAD SYSTEM 을 이용한 남자 두루마기의 자동제도 및 그레이딩에 관한 연구

This study was designed for automated pattern drawing and grading a man's Durumagi, Korean traditional coat in order to reestablished and grade the pattern by Apparel CAD SYSTEM. For the study, AM-250 systems of Gerber as the computer and Macro program as the automated drawing were used. Also, PDS(Pattern Design System) was used for the grading of the original Durumagi pattern. Results were followings; First, the size data that could be standardized by reestablishing the pattern of a man's Durumagi by each size was presented. Second, The pattern was developed by each size. Third, new design was propose for mass production with the traditional design of the DURUMAGI Fourth, The time for making DURUMAGI pattern and the cost through the automated drawings by using the Macro program were reduced. Moreover, was presented the basic data for a ready to made garment like the Western garment. Five, A maxis DURUMAGI by CAD System was graded that could be applied to ready to made Hanbok
