위험과 커뮤니케이션: 원자력의 사회적 수용에 미치는 커뮤니케이션의 효과

이 연구는 원자력과 같이 위험을 수반한 과학기술의 사회적 수용에 미치는 커뮤니케이션의 효과를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식 모형에 따른 경로분석을 수행하였다. 일반 국민들은 원자력과 같은 과학기술의 위험성을 직접적인 경험이 아니라 언론보도와 같은 커뮤니케이션 경로를 통해 얻은 간접적인 정보를 바탕으로 판단하는 경향이 있다. 때문에 원자력에 대한 커뮤니케이션이 어떻게 이루어지느냐에 따라 원자력에 대한 태도가 달라질 가능성이 높다. 경로분석 결과 원자력에 대한 커뮤니케이션은 원자력에 대한 일반 국민의 태도와 사회적 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 원자력에 대한 커뮤니케이션은 일반 국민들의 위험인식 형성에 영향을 미치고, 이는 다시 수용성을 낮추는 요인으로 작용한다. 원자력과 관련한 언론보도가 주로 사건이나 사고 등 부정적인 내용을 담고 있어 국민들의 불안감을 증폭시켰기 때문이다. 둘째, 원자력에 대한 커뮤니케이션은 원자력 관련 기관의 신뢰성에 영향을 미친다. 또한 신뢰성이 높아질수록 원자력에 대한 수용성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This study conducts a path analysis using structural equation model to analyze communication effects that technologies accompanied by risk such as nuclear power affect social acceptance. The public tends to judge risk such as nuclear power by information through indirect communication routes such as mass media rather than direct experience. Thus, having an effect on factors of social acceptance such as perceived risk, perceived usefulness, and confidence of related institution might depend on how to communicate. As the final outcome, perceived risk of nuclear power does not huge influence on social acceptance. This is because it intended for the public who were not taken an interest in nuclear power directly. Confidence tends to increase social acceptance that affects perceived usefulness rather than perceived risk. Communication considerably affects confidence and perceived risk, but it does not affect perceived usefulness. In its final analysis, communication about nuclear power has an effect on social acceptance of nuclear power in the manner of increasing confidence and perceived usefulness, decreasing perceived risk.
쐐기프레임의 저항력이 레일클램프의 압착력에 미치는 영향

컨테이너 크레인용 쐐기형 레일클램프에서 조 패드의 초기 압착력은 라커의 물림각 설정 후 라커를 체결 시 주요 부품의 변형량에 의해서 결정된다. 이때 여러 인자들로 인해 쐐기 프레임의 저항력이 발생하게 되면, 인장봉의 변형을 감소시켜 초기 압착력 설정을 위한 라커의 물림각이 변하게 된다. 이러한 쐐기 프레임의 저항력은 롤러와 쐐기사이의 편심거리와 쐐기 프레임과 외곽 프레임 사이의 틈새에 따라 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 초기압착단계에서 인장봉에 전달되는 인장력을 실험을 통하여 측정함으로써 쐐기 프레임의 저항력이 라커의 쐐기형 레일클램프의 압착력에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 한다. The clamping force of a jaw pad is determined by the displacements of main part when two lockers are locked, after the clamping angle of a locker was set up in the wedge type rail clamp for a container crane. In this time, if the resistance of wedge frame generates due to serveral factors, the clamping angle of a locker to display the initial clamping force will be changed because of the reduction of displacement of extension bar. This resistance is determined by the eccentric distance between the roller and the wedge, and by the gap between the wedge frame and outer frame. In this study we measured the tensile force of both extension bar through the performance test of the prototype rail clamp in order to evaluate the effect of the resistance of wedge frame on the clamping force of the wedge type rail clamp.

LMTT (Linear Motor based Transfer Technology), which is a new type transfer system used in the maritime container terminal for the port automation, is driven by PM LSM (Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor), and largely consists of a controller, shuttle car, and rail. The shuttle car is divided into the frame part, the driving part, and wheels. Because the shuttle car is supported by four wheels in opposition to have five times length for the width of it, a larger deflection than other transfer system using the linear motor occurs. This deflection changes the gap between the mover and the stator, and then brings on an ununiform thrust force. So in this study, we dealt with the structural design for the mover of the shuttle car to generate the uniform thrust force for the efficient control of it. For the investigation, the thickness for each beam of the mover was adopted as design variables, the weight of the mover as objective function, and stress and deflection of the mover as constraint condition.

이동식크레인의 과부하방지장치용 광각도 핀형 로드셀의 창의적 설계

An overload limiter is used to prevent its overturning accident during an operation of a movable crane. Recently the indirect measuring method, which measures hoisting load and overturning moment of overload limiter, demands instead of the existing method, which measures only hoisting load. The indirectly measuring method is how to conduct the hoisting load and overturning moment as measuring the load of hydraulic cylinder for a luffing driving of boom. So we need to develop the multi-angular pin type load cell with the measuring angle of ±10 degree instead of the existing load cell with the measuring angle of ±2 degree. In this study the finite element analysis is conducted to evaluate the effect of the aspect ratio of measuring cross section on the measuring limit of the load cell to develop the many-angular pin type load cell. For this investigation, the aspect ratio of measuring cross section and load applying angle were adopted as design parameters and the stresses of measuring part were evaluated for each parameter.
