과업특성과 정보시스템 집중화간의 적합성이 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the fitness between the task and the centralization of information system makes a significant influence on the information system performance. The task is defined as two sub-constructs of number of the exception and the analyzability. User satisfaction was used as a surrogate variable of the performance of information system, and computer self-efficacy was used as a control variable. Field research method using questionnaires was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the variables. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. The fitness between the task and the centralization of information system produced a significant effect on the user satisfaction. Under highly exceptional or less analyzable task environment, high user satisfaction was achieved when the information system was less-centralized.

It can be said that nowadays, customers don`t recognize that only good quality product as selection attribute regarding product quality can satisfy them. The case in dental medical services is also the same. Georgette(l997) says that health medical service quality is most affected by the criteria that patients themselves evaluate, emphasizing that even though doctor conducted an accurate diagnosis and treatment by using cutting-edge technologies, if patients didn`t recognize it or felt displeasure arising from other factors, good quality services couldn`t be seen to have been provided to them. In order to perform these objectives efficiently, we drew up questionnaires based on study on the literature, surveyed customers using the dental clinics during June 1-July 21, 2010 at 7 dental clinics located in the Seoul and metropolitan area, and collected 220 copies of questionnaires from them. Collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS v.15 for the concrete proof analysis and the results are as follows; First, Medical service quality works as an important factor on customer`s behavior, Second. Relationship quality serves as a mediated role between medical service quality and customer`s behavior. Given the above study results, the shift of service quality into the society must be the tide of unavoidable change under fierce struggle for existence. Customers expect much higher and more consistent services. To improve relationship quality that is mutual relationship with customers with customer-centered thinking to extend market share is, a prerequisite for meeting such customer`s expectations, which directly leads to increased profit arising from enhanced competitiveness and is thought to be greatly conducive to regular reuse and new customers attraction by intention by word of mouth in the long term.

국내 토양 미생물로부터 효과적인 카탈라제 생산 미생물을 이용하기 위하여 전라남도 벌교 토양 시료로부터 카탈라제 생산량이 높은 균주 (BKBChE-1, BKBChE-2, BKBChE-3)를 분리, 생화학 실험과 전자현미경을 통한 균주의 형태 관찰 및 16S rDNA 유전자 서열분석 등을 통해 미생물을 동정하여 각각의 균주는 99% 이상의 상동성으로 Bacillaceae bacterium BKBChE-1, Bacillus sp. BKBChE-2, Bacillus flexus BKBChE-3로 명명하였다. 선별된 세 가지 균을 배양하여 얻은 카탈라제 효소의 온도와 pH 변화가 효소 활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 토양에서 분리한 세 가지 균주가 생산한 카탈라제 효소는 60℃ 이상의 온도에서도 약 50% 가량의 활성을 유지, pH 7.0 이상의 알칼리 조건에서 pH가 증가함에 따라 활성이 증가하다 감소하는 경향을 보여 pH 13.0의 강한 염기 조건에서 약 20% 가량의 활성을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 4℃에서의 장기 저장 안정성 실험에서는 Bacillus flexus BKBChE-3이 생산한 카탈라제를 제외한 나머지 두 가지 미생물이 생산한 카탈라제 활성 실험의 경우 20일이 지난 후에도 40% 이상의 활성이 유지되는 것을 조사하였다. 상기 결과는 세 가지 미생물이 생산한 카탈라제가 생산량의 측면에서 Costa 등 [21]이 바실러스로부터 얻은 카탈라제 활성의 결과와 비교하여 높은 카탈라제 활성을 보일 뿐만 아니라, Yang 등 [9]이 곰팡이로부터 얻은 카탈라제의 pH 실험 결과와 비교하여 보다 높은 알칼리 조건에서도 안정하여 그 활성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 이들 결과를 근거로 고온의 호알칼리 과산화수소 제거 공정에서 분리한 미생물 사용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. This study investigated the production of catalase from Bul-kyo soil bacteria through fermentation process. Isolation and selection of bacteria was performed through chemical and physiological analysis. Catalases were produced from bacteria which belong to 3 different species (Bacillaceae bacterium BKBChE-1, Bacillus sp. BKBChE-2, Bacillus flexus BKBChE-3) confirmed by using 16S rDNA sequence method. The catalases were found to be stable in the temperature range of 30℃-60℃ for BKBChE-1, BKBChE-2 and BKBChE-3 and also in the pH range of 9.0-12.0 for BKBChE-1 and BKBChE-3. Long-term stability of the catalases was about 20 days at 4℃. However, BKBChE-2 has kept its activity over 30 days at 4℃.
