세차기 수요의 최근 경향은 점차 대형화, 자동화, 전문화되어 가는 추세에 있다. 수요량의 전량을 수입에 의존해온 대형 세차기 중에서 대표적이라고 할 수 있는 Conveyor Type 연속세차기의 국내 상품화 성공으로 막대한 수입대체효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 향후 제품의 안정화를 이루었을 때 기존의 수입국으로 역수출까지 가능하다고 보며, 이에 따른 외화획득이 기대된다. 제품설계 완료 후에 외관의 디자인을 적용하던 제품 개발 프로세스를 개선하여 제품 설계단계에서 디자인을 적용하여 신제품을 개발하는 디자인 우선적인 제 품을 개발하게 되었다. 또한 엔지니어들이 접근하기 힘든 디자인의 문제를 해결하여 제품의 경쟁력을 확보하게 되었고 기계적인 임지를 탈피한 새로운 이미지의 제품을 개발하게 된 결과 동종업계에 디자인개발에 대한 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 전망된다. Recently the demand tendency of car wash system asks for being large, automatic and specialized. the conveyor type is reprehensive model in full sized car wash system that has been wholly imported. it is commercialized in the inferior of the country to obtain the huge effect of import substitution. If it is full developed, we are able to counter export to established exporting countries, then acquire lots of foreign currency. Generally design of external appearance has been fulfilled after product lay out has done. However as we applied it to product lay out to develop design product. We solve problems that engineers are difficult to access if product obtaining competitive power. we design the new image of product by emerging from mechanical image. these our attempt are expected to promote the same industry.
