조직시민행동의 이론적 고찰 : 호텔산업에의 적용성을 중심으로

In this study, literature on employee citizenship performance was reviewed. This review provides justification for the theoretical reliance on a recent conceptualization of citizenship performance derived from political philosophy. Further, it comprises the relevance of understanding the citizenship performance of contact employees and developing a citizenship measure specifically for this unique organizational position. It also includes the need for empirical research on the relationship between contact employee citizenship and service effectiveness. The next section reviewed literatures on citizenship rights and responsibilities and social exchange. Importantly, this review provides a basis for the inclusion of the independent variables in the future empirical study. It also provides the theoretical background for two competing theoretical models of citizenship performance. The last section of the literature review discussed relevant conceptual and empirical research on each of the independent variables in the future empirical study. This review provides an overview of previous research on each independent variable and further presents evidence concerning two competing theoretical models.

The purpose of this study is to verify the usefulness of macrosegmentation approach as alternative of microsegmentation approach in market segmentation. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the sample were selected from foreign visitiors of five tourist areas of Korea. Through the statistical analyses of discriminant and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) between macrosegmentation criteria and microsegmentation criteria, the usefulness of macrosegmantation approach was verified as alternative of microsegmentation approach. In future research, more vaviables should be added and more refined research techniques should be adopted.

This paper focuses on the relationship between the image of '2001 Andong MaskDance Festival as perceived by tourists and their behavioral intentions, and between that same image and the post visit envaluation of '2001 Andong MaskDance Festival.. The results of the empirical study show that festival image is a direct antecedent of perceived quality, satisfaction, intention to return and willingness to recommend the festival. The role of image as a key factor in festival marketing is thus confirmed. With reference to the other relationship, on the one hand, it is confirmed that quality has a positive influence on satisfaction, intention to return and willingness to recommend the festival. On the other hand, it is confirmed that satisfaction has a positive influence on intention to return. However, the influence of satisfaction on willingness to recommend cannot be corroborated. In this sense, further research could be necessary

The urpose of this study was to prove the causal relationshi of perceived risk of the firm to that of the employee. Also this study investigated the source of perceived risk of the firm by proving the relationship. The samples of this study was the firms that newly bough over 3 personal computers within five years from the survey period. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. In order to achieve the aim of this study, this article deduced hypotheses from the existing theories and evidences in analytical world as well as in empirical study. The statistical method of testing hypotheses were the regression analyses and correlation analyses. The research findings are as follows ; 1. The perceived risk of the firm affected the perceived risk of the employee. 2. The higher in management level, the closer to the perceived risk of the firm. 3. The perceived risk of information system/data processing department was close to the erceived risk of the firm. Based on the following research findings, industrial marketers of personal computer should approach to higher level of management and the employee of information system data processing department, if possible.

The purpose of this study was to prove the sausal relationship of perceived innovativeness of the firm to that of the employee. Also this study investigated the source of perceived innovativeness fo the firm by proving the relationship. The perceived innovatineness of the firm affected the perceived innovativeness of the employee. 2. The perceived innovativeness of the firm more affected the perceived innovativeness of the employee in case of not having standariged policy. 3. The higher in management level, the closer to the perceived innovativeness of the firm. 4. The perceived innovationess of information system/data-processing department was close to the perceived innovativeness of the firm. Based on the following research findings, industrial makreters of personal computer should approach to higher level of management and the employee of information system/data-processing department, if possible.
