Many researchers in South Korea have conducted regarding the safety climate and concluded that the safety climate effect on the safety performance. However, the survey tools that were used in domestic research were developed by individuals or designed by reconstituting, translating from previous studies. In addition, the safety climate as a low factor of organizational culture showed up in different types depending on business scale. In order to solve this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the safety climate level of construction company depending on business scale in South Korea. first, the survey is conducted by NOSACQ-50 for construction workers. Second, it is analyzed how organizational culture affected the safety climate. Finally, the improvements are suggested on the level of safety climate. In the future, this study will be used as a baseline for the effects of the safety climate on the safety performance in construction site based on business scale.
교육시설물의 LEED 인증유무에 따른 공사비 비교를 위한 기초연구

Currently, the environmental certification such as BREEAM and LEED has been improved for the sustainable development and related research is conducted continuously. Especially, in the respect of economy, it is reported that the construction costs of the certified buildings are more increased than non-certified buildings. However, the report has not focused on the educational building but the residential and commercial buildings. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the difference of construction costs between LEED and Non-LEED educational buildings. To achieve the objective, the buildings data are collected in 21 universities then T-test is used for examining the construction costs. As a result, it shows that the construction costs of LEED buildings are increased by 3.8% comparing with non-LEED buildings.

The domestic construction industry is changing its preference for demand and supply along with urbanization and economic development. Accordingly, initial risk assessments is more important than before. Currently, the research related to risk analysis except for apartment studies is insufficient. Therefore, the objective is to suggest a basic study on financial analysis model development by applying optimization method in residential officetel. To achieve the objective. first, the previous studies are investigated. Second, the causal loop diagram is structured based on the collected data. Third, the financial model is developed by using optimization method. In the future, the proposed model can be helpful whether or not conduct execution of an officetel development project to the decision makers.
