The Cyclops malformation is a rare developmental anomaly characterized by bilateral symmetrical malformation of head in which there is a single orbital fossa, and a noselike tubular appendage situated above the orbit The name is derived from Cyclops the one eyed giant of greek legend The authors report an autopsy case of Cyclops anomaly associated with trisomy D, polydactyly umbilical hernia and uterine didelphys from a 27 year-old priming ravida The baby was delivered at 36 weeks of gestation due to rupture of membranes followed by labor Because of the relative rarity of this malformation this case is reported with reviewing of literatures.

Cebocephalus is a very rare congenital malformation which is closely related to the cyclopia deformity. The orbits were small and shallow but not fused. The nose had a single opening. Recently we experienced a case of cebocephalus associated with hydramnios, hydrocephalus and normal karyotype. We report this case with a brief review of its liteature available.
