예비보건교사의 역량중심 교직과정 개발을 위한 FGI 연구

이 연구에서는 예비보건교사를 위한 역량중심 교직과정을 개발하기 위해 질적 연구 방법 중 초점집단 면담(FGI)을 사용하였다. 초점집단 면담에는 G광역시에서 근무하는 보건교사 총 5명이 참여하였으며, 인터뷰 결과 보건교사들은 역량 있는 보건교사 양성 교직과정을 위해 교과내용에 전문지식과 사회적 변화에 대한 대처역량을 키워주는 것이 필요하다고 답하였다. 두 번째, 비교과영역에서 역량 신장을 위한 방안으로 학생들에게 문제상황에 기반한 문제해결학습, 프로젝트학습을 운영할 것을 제안하였다. 세 번째, 최근 보건교사의 업무와 관련하여 새롭게 강조되어야 할 영역으로 감염병 대처능력, 의사소통능력, 비대면 수업능력을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 사항이 예비보건교사를 위한 역량기반 교직과정에 포함되기를 희망하였다. In this study, we used focus group interviews (FGI) as one of the qualitative research methods to develop competency-based teaching courses for pre-health teachers. The focus group meeting involved a total of 5 health teachers working in G Metropolitan City, and the results of the interviews showed that it was necessary for health teachers to develop their expertise in the curriculum and their ability to cope with social changes in order to educate competent health teachers. Second, as a way to increase competence in the area of extracurricular areas, it was proposed that students should participate in problem-solving learning and project-based learning based on problem situations. Third, we recently proposed new areas of emphasis in relation to the work of health teachers such as infectious disease coping skills, communication skills, and non-face-to-face teaching skills. It was hoped that such matters would be included in the competency-based teaching process for pre-health teachers.
