Nowadays vehicle is getting more power and faster. Tire is only one part of vehicle which contacts the road surface as the first role of vehicle traction and stability, the tire development & engineering become more important. The road surface is very changeable, unpredictable on a high speed. If it's wet or even slippery condition, the role of tire becomes more essential. When it rains or meets water pool all of sudden, the hydroplaning condition is the one of most dangerous factor. It is not easy to control vehicle on hydroplaning. Because there is no efficient contact to steer vehicle heading direction and get traction to decelerate vehicle speed. Ahead to reduce Hydroplaning, it needs to make the test tool of Hydroplaning. In this report, we have researched the method to take the real photo of Hydroplaning and the way to analyze Hydroplaning with the photo. In addition, this includes the investigation of main factor of Hydroplaning.

This paper presents collision avoidance maneuver based on a model predictive control method which can control vehicles velocity and steering angle simultaneously. Collision avoidance maneuver that didn"t consider vehicle dynamics may not avoid obstacle or can be damaged by other causes. In this paper, collision avoidance maneuver is designed to consider limitation of maximum steering and maximum acceleration with vehicle dynamics. With vehicle kinematic model, NMPC predicts vehicle position next N time steps later trom present and calculates error that composes cost function fram desired line. NMPC calculJates control input which minimizes this cost function. The performance of proposed collision avoidance maneuver is tested on the simulation with stationary vehicle collision avoidance scenario.

지역 전통식품 중소기업의 대중국 수출활성화 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 자본과 물량측면에서 대기업에 비해 뒤지는 지역 전통식품 중소기업들이 대중 국 수출에 어려움을 겪고 있는 현실을 파악하고, 지역 전통식품 중소기업의 품질 우수성을 강조할 수 있는 틈새시장 진출과 지역 전통식품 중소기업의 대중국 수출 확대에 기여함을 그 목적으로 한다. 중국의 경제성장과 한류 문화의 확장, 한국 식품류에 대한 선호도 증가 와 더불어 장류, 장아찌류, 한방 가공식품류 등의 한국 전통식품들의 대중국 수출도 점진적으로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이에 우수한 품질을 갖춘 지역 전통식품 중소기업들도 고부가 가 가능한 우수 식품들을 수출할 수 있도록 수출 확대방안 마련이 필요한 것이다. 본 연구 에서는 이를 위해 전통식품을 제조하는 지역 중소기업의 실 수출 사례를 연구하고, 나아가 대중국 수출 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시코자 하였다. 본 연구는 지역 소재 전통식품 제조 중소기업의 수출 확대 방안으로 첫째, 사전조사를 통한 틈새시장 공략. 둘째, 조직화와 규모화 추구. 셋째, 품질 신뢰성 확보. 넷째, 철저한 현지화 전략. 다섯째, 수출에 대한 적극적 대응자세를 제시하였고, 이와 더불어 관련된 정책적 지원 방안을 연계하여 결론으로 제시하였다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to establish the export expansion plans to China of Korean traditional food local SMEs. With the expansion of China's economic growth and Korean culture, Chinese preference about Korean food products is greatly increasing in recent years. In addition, Exports to China of Korean traditional food products such as soybean sauce, pickles and herbal food products are increasing gradually. So, Korean traditional food local SMEs producing the excellent quality food products should be need to establish the export expansion plans of the high value-added superior products. Research design, data, methodology : This paper examines export cases to china of Korean traditional Food local SMEs and analyzes the problem. Results : According to this analysis, it is found that Korean traditional food local SMEs has essential problems such as small capital and scale, export manpower shortage, absence of export information and limit of overseas marketing skills compared to large companies. Conclusions : In this study, As the plans for export expansion to china of Korean traditional Food local SMEs, First, target a niche market through pre-investigation about Chinese market. Second, pursuit of organization and large-scale. Third, ensure reliability of quality. Fourth, thorough localization strategy. Fifth, Aggressive response posture for export were presented. In addition, policy support plans were drawn to the conclusion.
