최근 정보 커뮤니케이션 기술의 발전과 스마트 기기의 대중화로 인해, 일반 시민들에게 스마트서비스에 대한 인지도는 높다. 하지만 지역 커뮤니티 내에서 사용자에게 유의미한 정보를 제공하기 위해 개발한 서비스의 현실은 이용률 저하 또는 폐기되는 상황이다. 사용자가 지능적으로 다양한 스마트 서비스를 선택, 이용할 수 있을 것이라는 잘못된 판단 때문이다. 결국 사용자의 체감도가 떨어지는 상황과 사회적 비용이 과다하게 발생하는 문제를야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 정보 커뮤니케이션 기술 도출 및 서비스 유형화를 하고, 사용자 체감도 향상을 위한 단계별 구축할 수 있는 스마트서비스 프레임워크를 구성하고자 한다. 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 사용자의 수요와 요구를 분석·검증하는 상향식서비스 도출 프로세스를 범위로 한다. 서비스 유형 개발과 구현은 서비스 플랫폼과 연계하여야 하며, 자생적이고 지속적인 서비스 운영·관리의 기초로서 활용되기를 기대한다. Due to the popularity of the development of information communication technology and smart devices, general citizens have a high awareness of smart services. But the reality of the development services in order to provide meaningful information to the user in local communities are lowered utilization or disposal. Because the determination that the citizens can choose and use the smart service intelligently is caused. Eventually it is problems that causes a citizen’s experience fall situation and excessive social costs. Therefore, in this study, I configure the deriving of information communication technology and services typology for activating the local communities, the smart services framework that can be built step by step for enhanced its citizen’s experience. The range of study is the citizen``s demand and request analysis by bottom-up process for activating the local communities. Type of services development and implementation are to be linked with the service platform and expect to be used as the basis of indigenous and ongoing service operations and management.

승강장 대기행위에서 나타나는 어포던스의 속성과 유형의 분석결과, 승강장의 한정된 공간 내 대기를 위한 인간 대응은 개별적 이용 주체를 중심으로 승강장 공간자원 종속형, 이용자 자기인적자원 활용형, 이용자 자기 물적자원 활용형의 하위 6가지 상세타입으로 제시되었다. 그 중 스마트 폰 등의 조작형 매체를 중심으로 하는 자기 물적 자원 활용형의 발생 빈도가 가장 높았는데, 이 같은 행위의 특성은 선자세로 매체를 활용하는 경우가 빈번, 주변의 벤치등과 같은 편의시설의 활용도가 감소하는 특징을 보이며, 공간내 혼잡도가 완화되면 행위빈도도 함께 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 이는 선로를 향한 단 방향의 대기선이 형성되는 승강장내 이용 패턴에 더하여 전방 이용자와의 적절한 시선처리를 위해 자유롭게 활용가능한 자기자원의 활용이 촉진된 결과로서, 특히「지하의 섬식 승강장에 스크린 도어같은 전락방지 시설이 설치된 안전하고 시각적 패쇄감이 높은 환경」에서 자기 매체와의 상호작용이 공간 자원보다 강하게 작용하는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 이같은 대기행위의 지속적 증가의 대비를 위해서 승강장내 시선처리와 관련된 시 환경과 행태의 상호성을 토대로 하는 개선방안의 모색이 필요한 시점으로 생각되어 진다. Analysis of the properties and types of affordance observed in people waiting on the platform yielded six subtypes of human response to the act of waiting in a limited space of the platform deck. Of them, Type 3 based on self-operable medium such as smart phone was analyzed to have the highest frequency. This type of waiting behavior was characterized by the use of medium predominantly in the standing position, resultant decrease in the use of amenities within the waiting space such as benches, and its decreasing frequency as the space became less crowded. This waiting behavior, in addition to the use of platform for waiting itself while lining up in a unilateral direction facing the rails, can be interpreted as a gaze control maneuver on the platform vis-a vis the person standing just in front with the aid of a freely available individual resource. This interaction with one``s own portable medium was confirmed to have a higher attraction than the resources existing within the platform deck, especially in "safe and visually well-shielded environments with drop prevention structures such as a screen door on an underground island-type platform deck." Taking these findings together, it is considered necessary to refurbish the platform space to improve its environments to meet the needs of the increasing number of waiting space users, thereby extending the design interest to the interaction between the gaze control-related visual environments and affordance-related waiting behavior on the platform.

도시공원은 생태계 보호 및 도시의 환경을 개선하고, 도시민에게 쾌적한 쉼터를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 도시민의 삶의 질을 결정하는 현대도시의 핵심적인 사회간접자본으로 인식되고 있다. 최근 도시공원은 다양한 도시민의 요구사항에 대응하기 위해 생태환경 기능, 유희 기능, 사회 문화 커뮤니티 기능 등을 강화하여 스마트하게 진화하고 있다. 특히, 서울과 같은 메가 도시의 경우에는 새로운 공원을 조성하기보다 기존의 도시공원의 기능을 강화하여 스마트하게 진화될 필요성이 있다. 하지만, 공원계획이 거시적 측면의 물리적 확충에만 머물러 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 도시공원의 기능을 개선하기 위해 이용자 요구사항을 반영한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 프레임워크를 연구한다. 기존 도시공원의 기능을 개선하기 위한 스마트 파크의 필요성 및 방향을 설정하고, 도시공원의 기능과 이용만족도 영향요인을 분석하여 서비스 요소를 도출하였다. 이용자의 요구사항을 수집한 후, 도시공원에 적용 가능한 서비스 프레임워크를 제시하였다. Urban park is to improve environmental protection and urban ecosystems, provide a comfortable shelter for citizens. It is recognized as a critical infrastructure of a modern city that determines the quality of life. Recently, in response to various requirements of citizens, smart urban park has evolved to strengthen the ecological environments, play, social and cultural communities function. In the case of the mega city like seoul, there is a need to evolve smart that enhance the function of an existing urban park than create a new. but, it remained only physical expansion of the macro side in park planning. In this paper, we study a service framework to provide services that reflect the user`s requirements in oder to improve the function of existing urban park. we have set the needs and goals to improve the function of existing urban park, and derived service elements to analyze the function and factors influencing user`s satisfaction. After collecting the user`s requirements, we proposed a service framework that could be applied to a urban park.

논문 : 유휴공간 재생을 활용한 도농교류 활성화 방안 연구 -지역 단위농협 양곡창고 중심으로-

도농 간 불균형 해소를 위한 사회구조적 해결방안으로 도시공간의 생활영역을 확장하고, 농촌의 잠재된 콘텐츠 발굴 및 서비스 개발로 도시와 농촌간의 교류·매개 기능을 강화시킬 수 있는 변화가 요구된다. 도농교류 활성화를 위해 지역(도시-농촌) 협동조합의 조직화, 사회적·경제적 콘텐츠 발굴,하드웨어적인 공간 형성인 양곡창고 재생 방안을 순차적으로 조사·분석하였다. 본 논문의 대상인 유휴공간 중 농촌의 단위농협의 양곡창고를 중심으로 지역의 생태계를 지속 가능한 모델로서 공간을 활용하는 주체자인 지역공동체의 자발적 참여와 상설 프로그램을 운영할 수 있는 요소를 도출하여 도농교류 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 생산자의 농촌조직화 중심으로 한 농촌 지역의 사회적 경제 콘텐츠 도출을 할 수 있는 프레임워크 3가지인 장소 기반의 공간 기능, 체험·경험적 기능, 공동체 형성 기능을 강화 방향의 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 도농교류의 참여 당사자의 실질적 공동 이익을 추구하고 배분을 통해 참여를 유도할 수 있는 방안을 이해하는데 사회적·경제적 시각을 제시한다. As a social structural solution for eliminating disparities between urban and rural areas, it is required changes that could enhance the exchange and parameter functions urban and rural area by expanding the living area of the urban space, discovering a potential contents and developing service of the rural. To activate the urban-rural exchange program subsequently was investigated and analyzed the local cooperative organization, excavation of social and economic contents, planning of the grain warehouse regeneration. Focusing on the grain warehouse of nong-hyup in the rural area, it seeks to urban and rural exchange program revitalization that can induce the voluntary participation of the farmers to take advantage of the space to a sustainable model of local ecosystems, derive the operating a permanent program. The framework for the social and economic contents derived in rural areas are as follows: space based capabilities, experience and community formation. Thus this study is to pursue a substantial social co-benefits of participants to the urban-rural exchanges and understanding for ways to engage with the distribution by social and economic perspective.
