        대학생의 여가활동 유형과 대학생활 만족도의 관계

        This study was designed to find out the relationship between types in leisure activities and college satisfaction of university students. The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the type in leisure activity, namely cultural & mass communication activities, social & hobbies activities and sports & outdoor actiities, on subordinative of college satisfaction such as social life, recognition, compensation, educational, environmental satisfaction. The major findings obtained from this study could be summarized as followings ' Participation in sports & outdoor activities of leisure activity of university students had significantly influences on college student satisfaction rather than that of others such as mass communication & hobbies, cultural & sacial activities of leisure activity of university students. According, there results supported the conclusion that participation in leisure activities such sports & outdoor activities increased the level of college student satisfaction, which improved 'quality of life' of university students.

        고성과 작업 시스템의 내적 적합성과 상황 적합성에 관한 연구

        The research in the field of strategic human resource management argues that one of the sources for competitive advantages of a firm is the human capital in the firm and attempts to find out ways to attain the organizational goals; to increase motivation and job skills of employees and to improve the firm performance. Recently, many studies show the effectiveness of the high performance work systems to increase the performance of firms. By introducing a series of human resource management practices which are complementary to each other, high performance work systems can increase the financial performance such as sales level, net profit, or return on assets as well as non-financial performance such as commitment, satisfaction, or discretionary behaviors of employees. Previous studies on the high performance work systems explain the positive effect of the internal fit between HR practices and the positive effect of the fit between HR practices and organizational situation. However, there are only a handful of studies which investigate these fits empirically in Korea. Based on the categorization of the high performance work systems into three different types of HR practices, such as ability-enhancing HR practices, motivation-enhancing HR practices, and opportunity-enhancing HR practices, this study attempts to show the positive interaction effects between these three types of HR practices on the performance of firms and also show the positive moderating effect of employees` positive perception toward their managers in the relationship between high performance work systems and firm performance. This study uses the data which were collected in the first wave of the `Human Capital Corporate Panel Survey` conducted by Korea Research Institute of Vocational Education & Training. The `Human Capital Corporate Panel Survey` is a long term study of HR practices of firms, their employees` attitudes, and financial performance. Sampling is consisted of `corporate sampling` and `employee sampling`. Corporate survey samples are 441 firms including manufacturing, non-financial service, and financial service corporations and the target of the survey is HR managers in each firm. The results show that financial performance can be increased more when firms introduce different but complementary HR practices at the same time and that the positive perception of employees toward managers strengthen the association level between high performance work systems and firm performance measured by sales level of a firm. Even if there are some limitations, such as the causality issue and the measurement issue, this study has several implications. First, in terms of introducing HR practices, it would be better to choose a series of HR practices which are complementary to each other. The effectiveness of introducing new HR practices can be maximized when organizations attempt to implement HR practices which have similar effects on the behaviors or attitudes of employees. Second, communication with employees and making trust between management and employees are important for the successful implementation of new HR practices.

        우리나라 관세기능의 변화와 신관세정책 방향

        In recent years, the function of customs has been changed, especially the revenue effect(function) has been reduced in Korea gradually. On the other hand, the safety of national life and the national security is more important at the present day. For the more, the importance of the preservation of public security is growing rapidly. Accordingly, the direction of customs policy must be inclined to as follows: First, the mind of the relatives relating to customs must be changed according to the change of customs environment in the concept of customs. Especially the mind of public officer of customs service and the customs brokers must be changed at first. Second, the Korean title of the Customs Service Office and the system must be studied seriously according to the change of the function and the change of the customs environment. Third, the flexible tariff system such as anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty must be used flexibly in the appropriate time. Forth, the function of investigation and observation must be stressed more than before in the era of the FTA. Fifth, the analysis function of international trade goods must be stressed and modernized more than before. Sixth, the international customs cooperation system must be organized for the customs information more tightly and friendly.

        대한상사중재원의 국제경쟁력 강화방안

        The Reinforcement devices of International Competitiveness of the KCAB are as follows: First, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board had better develop the service brand as the Quingdao Arbitration Commission has the servce brand, Friendship Arbitration. Second, the International Marketing Strategy of the KCAB is required to promotion arbitration as well as advertising expert. Third, the medium and long term reinforcement strategies of international competitiveness of the KCAB would be advisable for the KCAB to plan in the South and North commercial arbitration period. Fourth, the structures or activity regions of the KCAB should be expanded in accordance with new arbitration environment. Fifth, the expert committees are desirable to establish as an advisory committee of the KCAB for the KCAB.

        레크리에이션 지도자의 성격 (Personality) 에 관한 고찰

        In this study, surveyed were the 400 college students from five universities in Seoul, among whom certified 200 recreation leaders taught formally at Leisure and Recreation Association in Korea were included. A questionnaire for personality test was designed and distributed to find out their personal traits in which eight items concerned were incorporated : general activity, dominance, emotional stability, impulsiveness, masculinity, objectivity, reflectiveness, and sociability. Major findings of this research are : First, compared with non-certified normal students, certified recreation leaders were found to show more positive and optimistic attitudes towards their life. Second, certified group were much more characterized by a distinct leadership(dominance) over the society than non-certified group were. Third, certified group showed relatively lower performances in the area of emotional stability, masculinity, and objectivity. Finally, however, for reflectiveness score, the recreation leaders were found inferior to normal students in spite of their high sociable characters.
