분포형 모형의 다지점 보정 모듈 개발 -GRM 모형을 중심으로-

분포형 모형은 유역내에서 공간 분포된 임의 지점의 유출해석 결과를 손쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 이때 다양한 특성을 가지는 소유역으로 구성된 유역의 경우, 소유역에 대해 신뢰성 있는 유출량을 얻기 위해서는 소유역별로 보정된 모형을 적용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 관측 유량자료가 있는 소유역별로 모형을 보정할 수 있는 다지점 보정 기술을 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 다지점 보정 대상 매개변수의 선정 및 적용 방법과 소유역 네트워크 정보를 설정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 다지점 보정 모듈을 구현하기 위한 클래스를 설계하고 GUI를 개발하였으며, 소유역별로 설정된 매개 변수를 이용한 유출해석 절차를 정립하였다. 다지점 보정 모듈을 낙동강 수계 선산 유역(977㎢)에 적용하였다. 적용결과 다지점 보정 모듈은 유역내 소유역에 대한 모형의 보정에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있었으며, 다지점 보정에 의해서 소유역의 유출해석 결과를 향상시킬 수 있었다. A distributed model can easily obtain discharge at any grids spatially distributed in a watershed. But if there are subwatersheds which have various characteristics in a watershed, it is needed to apply a model calibrated at each subwatershed to obtain reliable simulation results for each subwatershed. In this study, a multi-site calibration module that can calibrate a distributed model at each subwatershed using observed flow data was developed. Methods to select multi-site calibration parameters, to apply subwatershed parameters, and to set subwatershed network information are suggested. Classes to implement multi-site calibration technique are designed and a GUI was developed, and procedures for runoff modelling using subwatershed parameters were established. Multi-site calibration module was applied to Sunsan watershed(977㎢) of Nakdong river basin. Application results showed that the multi-site calibration technique could be applied effectively to model the calibration for each subwatershed, and the simulation results of subwatershed were improved by the application of multi-site calibration.

Papular elastolytic giant cell granuloma is an unusual variant of annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma, characterized by the development of asymptomatic, multiple, small erythematous papules on both sun-exposed and non-sun-exposed area. Histopathologically, it shows a granulomatous infiltration, accompanied by the absence of the elastic tissue and phagocytosis of elastic fibers by multinucleated giant cell. An 83-year-old man was presented with a 1 year history of multiple erythematous papules on his abdomen and lower legs. Histopathologic finding showed a non-palisading granulomatous infiltration with multinucleated giant cells and engulfing elastic fibers. We, herein, report an unusual case of papular elastolytic giant cell granuloma, which occurred on non-sun-exposed skin.
