군 간부의 가족갈등이 자살행동에 미치는 영향 - 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 군 간부의 가족갈등이 자살행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 군 간부의 자살행동은 한국 군 간부들의 정신건강이 위태로운 상황에 있음을 보여주는 하나의 예로 군대 내 간부 자살행동에 영향을 주는 요인 분석 및 개입 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 2017년 6월부터 2개월간 육군, 해군, 공군의 간부들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 979명의 응답을 최종 표본으로 선정하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 조사대상자 중 6.9%가 군 입대 후 자살행동을 보인 것으로 나타났다. 가족갈등은 직무스트레스를 완전매개하여 군 간부의 자살행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가족갈등으로 인한 직무스트레스에 주목함으로써 가족갈등을 조기에 발견하고 군 간부의 직무스트레스에 적극적으로 개입하여 자살행동을 예방할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제언하였다. The suicide behavior of military officers is an example that shows the mental health of Korean military officers at risk, and it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the suicide behavior of military officers and to intervene. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of family conflict on suicide behavior and to verify the mediating effect of job stress. To this end, from June 2017, a survey was conducted for executives of the Army, Navy, and Air Force for two months, and a logistic regression analysis was performed by selecting 979 responses as the final sample. As a result of the study, 6.9% of the surveyed subjects showed suicide behavior after enlisted in the military. Family conflict was verified to affect suicide behavior of military officers by completely mediating job stress. Based on the results of this study, by focusing on job stress due to family conflict, practical measures to prevent suicide behavior are suggested by early detection of family conflict and active intervention in the job stress of military officers.

청소년 가출과 다중피해의 관계에서 지역사회 무질서의 가중효과

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 가출과 다중피해의 관계에서 지역사회 무질서의 가중효과를 검증하여 이를 바탕으로 정책적, 학술적 함의를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국형사정책연구원에서 2014년 진행한 ‘청소년 대상 범죄피해조사’연구에서 전국의 중․고등학생을 대상으로 수집한 횡단데이터를 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 총 7,109명의 응답을 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 대상자 중 가출 유경험 청소년은 전체의 2.6%(186명)으로 나타났으며, 가출 유경험 청소년일수록 거의 모든 범죄피해 유형에 노출될 승산이 무경험 집단에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 지역사회 무질서 수준을 분석하기 위해 물리적 무질서, 사회적 무질서, 그리고 경찰활동을 투입하여 잠재프로파일을 분석한 결과 무질서 수준에 따라 ‘고’, ‘중’, ‘저’의 세 집단으로 구분되었으며 무질서 수준이 높은 집단일수록 다중피해 유경험자의 비율이 유의미하게 높은 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 모형 분석 결과, 가출 유경험 여부와 지역사회 무질서 수준은 모두 다중피해 위험을 유의미하게 예측하는 가운데, 가출 무경험 청소년의 지역사회 무질서 수준의 증가에 따른 다중피해위험은 3.65배 증가하는 반면, 가출 유경험 청소년은 최대 6.08배 증가하는 것으로 나타나 가출 유경험 청소년에게서 지역사회 무질서의 가중효과가 더욱 가파르게 증가하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년 가출에 대한 인식의 개선 및 이들의 다중피해 예방을 위한 지역사회적 개입의 중요성과 이를 위한 정책적, 학술적 방안을 논의하였다. This study aims to investigate the relationships between runaway youth and poly-victimization, with a focus on the aggravating effect of community disorders. Cross-sectional data taken from 7,109 middle and high school aged adolescents were obtained by the Korean Institute of Criminology in 2014. Frequency and descriptive analysis, latent profile analysis, logistic and negative binomial regression were conducted utilizing both the Mplus 6.0 and Stata 13.0. The findings of this study are as follows. First, 2.6% (n=186) of participants had experience of running away from home, and those subjects were more vulnerable to be exposed to almost all sub-types of poly-victimization. Second, three profiles with levels of community disorders were identified, and the higher level of disorders were associated with the greater level of poly-victimization. Third, participants with experience of having run away from home showed larger aggravating effect as the level of community disorder rose toward polyvictimization than those from the non-experienced group. Based on these results the political, and research implications for mitigating the risks of poly-victimization among runaway youth were discussed.
