      • 무역 HUB 구축을 위한 정보화 전략계획 고려요인에 관한 연구

        김학민(Hag-Min Kim),최승신(Seung-Shin Choi) 한국무역학회 2004 國際學術大會 論文集 Vol.2004 No.4

The objective of this paper is to investigate important factors when one can consider an implementation of global trade hub. The Hub construction is assumed to be a development of global e-trade and thus this paper intends to derive what factors we should consider in information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. Many works in the global e-trade area have been focusing on research issues related to EDI implementation and trade process automation after legal trade contracts are made. Therefore, more complete and exclusive factors in pre-contract stage should be considered when one can make an information strategic plan for global e-trade hub. As a result, four factors are derived for the trade hub and those are: (1)corporate strategy, (2)trade process automation, (3)information technology, (4)organization & people. Many previous researches support the use of these factors. Once the planning factors are derived, then an evaluation model needs to be developed so that the model can show current status of a level of global e-trade in am organization, in which finally corrective actions can be made to improve its trade hub system performance. An evaluation framework and its specific measurements are also provided in this paper. But more research activities should be sought to obtain empirical test results in the near future.

Vol.6 No.2

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of addition levels of coffee and green tea by products extract including polyphenols through hot water extraction on rumen fermentation. The treatment groups consisted of coffee extract (CO), green tea extract (GR) and mixed extract (MIX), and the addition level was 10 μL, 20 μL and 30 μL of three levels. The experiment consisted of a total of 10 experimental groups including the control group, and a full factorial design was used. The effect of polyphenol addition in coffee and green tea by-products was analyzed through main and interaction effect of statistical analysis. The total polyphenol content of the extracts was 106.15, 79.10 and 185.25 μg GAE/g DM for coffee by-product, green tea by-product and mixture, respectively. Total gas production was significantly lower in the treatment groups than in the control (114.00 mL/gDM) (p<0.05). Methane emission tended to decrease as the polyphenol addition level increased. Moreover, the MIX showed the lowest methane emission when 30 μL was added (p<0.05). Volatile fatty acids showed a significant difference compared to the treatment group as a control (98.06 mM) (p<0.05), but there was no change according to the level of polyphenols. As a result of the main effect and interaction, it is thought that the effect on methane reduction and improvement of rumen fermentation in MIX20 can be expected. In a series of studies, the addition of 20 μL of a blended extract of coffee and green tea by-products is thought to reduce methane to levels that do not inhibit rumen fermentation.
