Since 1990’s, a flooring based on plywood has gotten customers’ demand. Costs of raw material and production increased because of changed environment of industry. Tropical timber such as Red Meranti (Shorea acuminate) used for raw material of the floor has been depleting beside countries in South Eastern Asia changed species of afforestation. As a result, it gets hard to secure good quality of raw material for plywood. Moreover plywood price is increased suddenly after earthquake in Japan. Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) in china has been using for raw material as a countermeasure of changed environment of industry. In this study, possibility of using flooring consisted of Eucalyptus veneer as a core layer was checked by heat transfer experiments. Flooring consisted of Red Meranti was used for comparison. Two factors which impact on heat transfer are a type of density gradient and density difference between Long-grain veneer and Short-grain veneer. Red Meranti samples are ‘M’ type of density gradient on the other hand Eucalyptus samples are ‘W’ type of density gradient.

본 연구는 학교폭력예방법과 소년법의 법조항의 공통점 5가지를 중심으로 비교분석한 결과와 논의는 다음과 같다. 첫째 학교폭력예방법과 소년법의 법적용 대상은 상호보완적 관계를 가진다. 둘째, 학교폭력예방법의 예방교육의 대상이 소년법의 예방교육 대상보다 더 포괄적이므로 소년법의 예방교육대상을 보완해준다. 셋째, 학교폭력예방법상의 자치위원회 위원 중 과반수가 학부모위원임을 고려할 때, 비밀누설금지조항 에 관한 법률적 보완이 필요하다. 넷째, 소년법과 비교해 볼 때 자치위원회 및 지역위 원회 위원들의 법률적 전문성과 중립성이 객관적으로 보장되지 않으므로, 자치위원들 의 전문성 보완을 위한 법적 개선 방안이 필요하다. 다섯째, 학교폭력예방법에 따른 가해학생의 처분이 생활기록에 기재되는데 반해, 소년법에 따라 내려진 조치들은 생활기록부상에 기재되고 있지 않고 있으므로 이에 대한 명확한 법적근거를 제시할 필 요가 있다. 본 연구는 관련 있는 두 법의 법조항을 비교 분석하면서 법적 쟁점을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있으나, 앞으로 실제 사례나 판례를 통한 면밀한 분석이 필요하다. In this study, The legal provisions of the Juvenile Act and Act on the prevention of and countermeasures against violence in schools("School Violence Prevention Act"), central part of the five kinds of common were studied. Discussion is as follows. First, The law’s application Object of the School Violence Prevention Act and Juvenile Act have a complementary relationship. Second, The target of school violence prevention Act more comprehensive than the Juvenile Act’s, so It complements juvenile Act’s prevented. Third, Considering that a majority of school violence autonomy committee members when parents, Legal supplement is needed about provision of secret leakage prohibition. Fourth, When compared with the Juvenile Act, autonomy committee and regional council’s Legal expertise and neutrality enemy is not guaranteed. So committee member ‘s complementary expertise is needed for improving the law. Finally, on the Prevention of School Violence Act, offending student’s disposal is written on life record. but on the Juvenile Act, offending student’s disposal is not listed on life record. therefore in this regard, Legal basis should be clearly presented. This study, the relevant legal provisions in a comparative analysis of the two methods was investigated neunde the significance of the legal issues. Forward, through real-world examples and case law, careful analysis is required.
