영유아기 자녀와의 아버지 놀이참여태도에 대한 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA)

본 연구는 영유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 놀이참여태도에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 살펴보고, 이를 IPA기법으로 분석함으로써 영유아와의 놀이 시 유지되거나 개선·지원되어야 할 놀이참여태도를 밝히고 이를 위한 지원방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G시에 거주하는 영유아의 아버지를 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 246명의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 아버지 놀이참여태도에 대한 중요도가 실행도보다 높게 나타났으며, 중요도와 실행도 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 아버지 놀이참여태도의 하위요인 중 ‘반응적으로 놀기’는 중요도와 실행도가 모두 높아 지속적인 유지 영역, ‘즐겁게 놀기’는 중요도는 높으나 실행도는 낮아 개선이 필요한 영역, ‘민감하게 놀기’는 중요도와 실행도가 모두 낮은 영역으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 영유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지들의 놀이참여태도를 점검하고 아버지 놀이참여 활성화를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. This study aimed to identify fathers’ attitude toward participation in play activities with infants and young children through Importance-Practice Analysis (IPA) to provide recommendations for enhancing fathers’ play participation attitude. The participants comprised 246 fathers of young children from childcare centers in G city. Data analysis employed paired t-tests and IPA. The findings revealed several key points: First, the importance level of father's attitude toward play participation was high, yet their performance level was lower. Second, according to IPA, “reactive playing” was noted in the “keep up the good work” area (area I), while “enjoyable playing” was noted in the “concentrate here” area (area II). Additionally, “sensitive playing” was identified as a “low priority” area(area Ⅲ). Subsequently, this study delved into direction for improvement and practical applications regarding fathers’ attitude toward play participation in play with infants and young children.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of fatigue, depression and anxiety on quality of life in pregnant women with preterm labor. Methods: With a survey design, data were collected from 138 mothers who were admitted at a hospital in Seoul, between June 2014 and September 2015. Instruments used to collect the data for the study were: Fatigue Continuum Form, Depression anxiety stress scale (DASS-21) and maternal postpartum quality of life (MAPP-QOL). Results: The mean fatigue score was 68.30 with 50.7% of women being depressed and 79.7% of the 138 women being anxious. The mean quality of life was 18.92 with quality of life being associated with fatigue, depression and anxiety. Depression and fatigue explained 26% of the variance in quality of life. Conclusion: Depression and fatigue adversely affected women`s quality of life. It is important to address appropriate management of depression and fatigue in order to improve quality of life in pregnant women with preterm labor.
