인젝터 형상 변화에 따른 Gel 추진제의 유동 특성 연구

다양한 형상의 인젝터 내부 젤 추진제 유동을 수치적으로 연구하였다. 모사 젤 추진제의 유변학적 물성치를 측정하고 plain-orifice, chamfered-orifice 및 venturi 형상 인젝터의 유동 특성을 분석하였다. Plain-orifice 및 chamfered-orifice 인젝터의 경우 하류방향으로 유동이 진행할수록 점도가 높아지는 특성이 나타났으며 Venturi 형상의 경우 인젝터 내부 유동에서 낮은 점도가 지속적으로 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. Reynolds 수가 증가할수록 이러한 경향이 뚜렷하게 나타나는 것이 확인되었다. The present study investigates the flow characteristics of simulant gel propellant(carbopol 0.5%wt) in a variety of injectors. Rheological data for gel propellant has been measured and injector flow characteristics for plain-orifice, chamfered-orifice and venturi type injector have been numerically analyzed. The apparent viscosity of plain-orifice and chamfered-orifice have tendency to increase along axial direction, whereas for venturi type injector, low viscosity has been achieved in the injector flow. This phenomenon was clearly pronounced as Reynolds number is increased.

The outpur-coupling curve of a He-SE^+ laser in dependence on the He4- or He3- discharge measured and compared. The laser parameter of the individual lines are very different. Thus it is necessary, which measurement not in the total output power, but to passed through at the individual lines. In order to output -couple the laser beam from the resonator, was installed in the resonator quartz disk. A computer steers the measuring system. During the measurement were selected the individual line with a birefringent filters. At the strong lines(397.57nm, 499.27nm, 506.87nm, 522.75nm, 530,54nm) lie the output-coupling rate with He3 higher than with He4, i.e. the strong lines with He3 have the higher gain. From altogether 23 lines have 12 lines with He3 a higher gain as with He4.

The purpose of this study is to measure and compare the output power characteristics and optical gain for selenium vapour laser depending on the He gas purity. The purity of the He gas was improved with a special He-filter. During the measurement the individual wavelengths were selected with a birefringent filter. The result shows that compared with those of laser without He-filter, the output-coupling power and small signal gain of laser with I-Ie-filter increase in the most of the lines. Especially, the output-coupling power and small signal gain for the strong lines (497.6 nm, 499.3 nm, 506.9 nm, 517.6 nm, 522.8 nm, 530.5 nm), blue(460.4 nm, 464.8 nm) and red(644.4 nm, 649.1 nm) lines lies nutably higher.
삼색선 레이저를 위한 가시광역대에서 발진하는 HeSe^+ -레이저

The HeSe∧+ - laser emits large number of lines in the visible and near infrared spectral range. On each of these lines it can be voted with a simple optical component. The HeSe∧+ - laser emits two strong blue lines at 460nm and 465nm, two strong red lines at 644nm and 649nm, as well as strong green lines at 506.86nm, 517.6nm, 522.7nm, 525.4nm or 530.5nm. Because these lines lie very well in the corners of the color triangle, it can be realized with the laser a three color laser, with next to all mixed colors can be produced including white light. The HeSe∧+ - laser is suitable for it, to scan color photos with high speed, in order to store them electronically and to give again. Above all the HeSe∧+ - laser can be inserted for it, to transfer with TV-cameras taken in and electronically stored pictures on film material. With it the HeSe∧+ - laser has broad potential of application in the optical measurement technology, medical engineering, process engineering and for the video-film-conversion as well as for turning back process.
