본 고에서는 2005년도 안전점검 보고서에 나타난 R형 종합방재시스템에 대해 분석해 보고자 한다. R형 종합방재시스템의 설치상황 및 관련 방재기술 연구의 개발 등을 알아봄으로써 안전 담당자들이 안전점검을 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법을 알아본다.

안모의 심미성, 치열의 안정성 및 악구강계의 기능과 밀접한 관련이 있는 절치의 성장에 따른 경사도변화와 기저골의 전후 및 수직 성장발육과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 남·녀 각 20명, 총 40명을 8세에서 16세까지 2년 간격으로 촬영한 200장의 두부방사선규격사진을 재료로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. · 성장에 따른 절치경사도변화는 개인에 따라 변이가 많았으며, 남녀간의 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. · 성장에 따라 상악절치는 남녀 모두 순측경사되었고 하악절치는 두개저에 대하여 설측경사되었으나 하악평면에 대하여 남자는 10세에서 12세사이, 여자는 8세에서 10세사이에 순측경사후 연령증가와 함께 설측경사되는 경향을 보였지만 그 정도는 크지 않았다. · 성장에 따른 기저골의 변화는 하악평면각이 감소하였으며 하악골의 성장이 상악골보다 커서 ANB°가 감소하였고 측모형태는 직선화되는 경향을 보였다. · 두개저에 대한 상·하악 절치경사도와 구개평면에 대한 상악절치 경사도가 기저골 계측항목과 상관성을 보인 경우가 많았으며, 하악평면각이 절치경사도 계측항목과 역상관관계를 보였다. · 성장에 따른 기저골의 변화량에 절치경사도변화의 상관관계는 일부 계측항목에서 유의한 상관성을 보였으나 일관성은 없었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of the incisor inclination depending on the growth and the relationship with the changes of the incisor inclination and the growth of the craniofacial skeleton. The subjects in this study were a total of forty-twenty males, twenty females. Lateral cephalograms were obtained biennially between the age of 8 and 16. The following results were obtained: The changes of the incisor inclination were individually variable without significant difference between male and female. During the growth, the upper incisor labially inclined and the lower incisor lingually inclined for S-N both sexes. For the mandibular plane, the lower incisors were labially inclined between ages of 0-12 in male and 8-10 in female, to be followed by lingual inclination. The change of the lower incisor for the mandibular plane, however, was not considerable. The craniofacial growth changes were that the mandibular plane angle was decrease, the growth in mandible was more than in maxilla and ANB angle was decrease. Lateral profile showed a tendency to be straight. The craniofacial measurements had statistically significant correlationships with the incisor inclination for S-N plane, the upper incisor inclination for the palatal plane. The Mandibular plane angle had negative correlationship with the measurements of the incisor inclination. The correlationship between the incremental change of the craniofacial measurements and the incremental change of the incisor inclination measurements was significant in some measurements, but no cosistent corelationship was noted.
