SW-IaaS 클라우드 서비스 보안 프레임워크에 관한 연구

최근 발생한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 보안사고는 한 기업의 보안사고 범위를 넘어 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 사용하는 전체 고객에게 보안사고 범위가 확대되고 있다. 이를 위해 클라우드 데이터센터의 전반적인 통합 보안을 위한 관제기술이 요구된다. 본 연구는 기존 관제기술을 이해하고 클라우드 데이터센터 관제를 위하여 추가 및 통합되는 보안요소를 연구하고자 한다. IaaS 클라우드 환경의 이해를 돕고자 CloudStack으로 IaaS 클라우드 환경을 구축하였다. CloudStack의 구조와 NIST에서 제시한 IaaS 클라우드 모델을 접목하여 본 연구에서 제안한 SW-IaaS 클라우드 구조를 제시하였다. SW-IaaS 클라우드의 구성 요소인 Cloud Manager, Cluster Manager, Computer Manager의 각 계층에서 고려해야할 보안 프레임워크를 도출하고자 한다. Cloud computing-related security incidents have occurred recently are beyond the scope of a enterprise’s security incident is expanded to the entire range of customers who use the cloud computing environment. The control technology for the overall integrated security of the cloud data center is required for this purpose. This study research integrated and additional security elements for the cloud data center control to understand the existing control technology. It is a better understanding of the IaaS cloud environment to build the IaaS cloud environment by CloudStack. SW-IaaS cloud structure by combining CloudStack and IaaS cloud model presented by NIST is proposed in this study. This paper derive a security framework to consider in each layer of The SW-IaaS cloud components, which are composed of the Cloud Manager, Cluster Manager, and Computer Manager.

공공기관의 경영평가시스템과 BSC의 통합이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

공공기관은 지속적으로 심화되는 경쟁 환경 속에서 계속기업으로 존속 · 발전하기 위하여 경영전략을 달성할 수 있는 혁신적 관리기법들을 도입함으로써 대외적인 경쟁력을 향상시킨다. 효과적인 경쟁력 향상을 위해서 공공기관은 경영성과에 대한 정확한 측정 및 보상을 위한 성과평가시스템을 구축하고 있다. 본 연구는 BSC 및 성과평가지표와 경영성과의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 BSC가 성과평가지표와 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 본 연구는 BSC의 활용정도에 따라 성과평가유형에 미치는 영향, 성과평가유형과 경영성과간의 영향, BSC활용정도에 따른 경영성과에 미치는 영향 등을 분석한다. This studies shows that Balanced Score-Card(BSC) affects corporate performance and performance measurement systems affect corporate performance, depending on whether they are customer-oriented or finance-oriented. The results of the study are as followings; First, utilization of BSC are significant relationships with performance assessment system. Second, performance assessment system are significant relationships with corporate performance. Third, utilization of Balanced Score-Card(BSC) affects corporate performance.

온라인 음악 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 온라인 음악 청취를 통해 발생하는 쾌락적 반응이 온라인 음악의 다차원적 가치인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 온라인 음악에 대한 가치 인식이 음악 재 경험 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 이것과 구매 의도까지의 연결성을 확인하였다. 기존에 실행되었던 Ching-Wen Chu와 Hsi-Peng Lu(2007)의 온라인 음악 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구에서 더 나아가 온라인 음악을 통한 쾌락적 반응을 확인하기 위해 Lacher(1994)의 연구에서 제시된 감정적, 감각적, 상상적, 분석적 4가지 쾌락적 반응들 본 연구에 적용하였으며 Sweeney와 Soutar(2001)가 제시한 기능적, 감정적, 사회적 차원의 가치인식을 적용해 선행 연구의 가치 인식 차원을 세부적으로 확장하였다.

정보시스템 중요도 분류 방법론에 관한 연구

국가기관 및 공공기관, 민관기관에서 정보보안의 중요성이 나날이 커지고 있다. 정보시스템이 중단되면 대규모의 혼란이 발생할 가능성이 다분하기에, 정보보안관리체계의 확립이 필요하며, 고도화된 새로운 평가방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안의 3요소인 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 기반으로 새로운 평가 지표인 업무영향도 평가를 도입하였고, 실제 사례를 통해 업무영향도 중요도를 등급별로 분류하여 새로운 정보보안 관리실태 평가가 정보보안 거버넌스의 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. The importance of information security is increasing in the public and private organizations. The interruption of the information system might cause massive disorder. To protect information systems effectively, information systems would be categorized and managed in terms of degree of importance. In this study, we suggest a new evaluation method that categorizes information systems based on the three nature of security, confidentiality, integrity and availability. For validation of the method, we use a case study in a public sector. Through the validation of method, the availability of applying the method for categorization information systems to other domains could be suggested.

최근 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업의 성과 분석 및 도입에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구가 사례 중심으로 제시되지만, ERP시스템을 도입한 기업이 성과를 거두기 위해서 ERP 시스템의 사용 만족에 마치는 품질 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템을 사용하는 사용자들을 중심으로 ERP시스템의 서비스 품질과 시스템 품질을 측정하고 각각의 품질이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 측정하고, 사용자의 ERP시스템에 대한 만족도를 측정한다. Researches on performances analysis of companies which adopted ERP system and factors influencing introduction of ERP system have been conducted. This study presents service quality and system quality on ERP system and verifies how each factor influences the users satisfaction. This study finally verifies relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and satisfaction of system.

정보보호정책의 성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

조직은 정보의 획득과 관리를 통하여 조직의 전략을 관철한다. 특히 기술과 같은 기업의 사활을 결정짓는 중요한 정보의 유출은 조직의 생존에도 영향을 미친다. 따라서 조직의 효과적인 정보보호관리를 위해서 정보보호관리체계 및 정보보호정책의 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 조직의 정보보호에 근간이 되는 정보보호정책의 성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 문헌 연구를 통해서 분석하고, 정보보호정책의 성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증한다. 본 연구는 정보보호정책의 수립과 정보보호수준 제고를 위한 연구의 이론적 토대를 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 국가 및 민간기관이 효과적으로 정보보호 정책의 수립을 위한 방향성을 제시하고 있다. Enterprises accomplish their missions through obtaining and managing information. The unintended disclose of enterprises’ sensitive information causes serious damage to enterprises, resulting in disruptive management. For effective security of enterprises, information security management systems and information security policy owing clear goals should be firmly established. This study analyzes factors influencing maturity of information security policy. and gives important hints to execute information security policy

제도적 메커니즘이 플랫폼 비즈니스의 성과에 미치는 연구

최근 공유자원의 가치 창출과 공조, 에너지절약 및 감축 등의 가치관이 널리 보급돼 공유경제에 참여하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 교통·운송 서비스 분야에서는 승차공유 차량의 사용이 사람들의 일상에 새로운 방식이 되었다. 하지만 신흥 업종의 성장과 더불어 개인정보 및 안전에 관련된 여러 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 승차 공유 차량을 이용하는 소비자가 플랫폼을 신뢰하고 지속적인 사용을 가능하게 하는 요인에 살펴보았다. 중국의 대표적인 승차공유 서비스 플랫폼 디디추싱 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사하여 총 307건에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 피드백, 가격결정, 지급안전, 운전자 인증 등의 플랫폼을 보장하는 제도적 메커니즘과 사회적 요인들이 플랫폼에 대한 신뢰 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 소비자로 하여금 지속적인 사용의도를 갖게 한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문은 효과적인 제도적 메커니즘과 신뢰의 영향관계를 실증함으로써 공유 플랫폼의 지속가능한 성장과 안전한 온라인 거래 환경의 기반을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. Recently, a growing number of consumers are participating in the shared economy as values such as creation of shared resources, cooperation, energy conservation and reduction have been widely distributed. In the area of transportation services, using shared vehicles has become a new way of life for people. However, with the growth of emerging industries, a number of privacy and safety concerns are arising. This study looked at factors that make it possible for consumers who use ride-sharing vehicles to trust the platform and continue to use it. A total of 307 cases were analyzed by surveying users of China’s representative ride-sharing service platform Didi Chuxing. This study shows that institutional mechanisms such as result, feedback, pricing, payment safety, and driver authentication, which guarantee safe usage of platforms and social factors have a positive impact on the formation of trust in the platform, making consumers use it continuously. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the base of a secure online trading environment and the sustainable growth of shared platforms by demonstrating effective institutional mechanisms and cause-effect relationships.
