This study is about the E-Commerce that has brought big changes on the traditional commerce process in terms of rapidity of transition and efficiency. From the moment of continuous soaring growth, the E-Commerce sector of market is becoming bigger than at any time before, especially, in publishing industry. However, researches about the characteristics of the on-line bookstores do not meet the needs. The reason is that the attributes of internet bookstores are included in the concept of E-Commerce and on-line bookstore is considered as one of the E-Commerce practices. This paper is intended to study the effects of E-Commerce success factors and on-line bookstore characteristics on customer satisfaction and re-purchasing process. The result of this study is as follows: First, similar with many preceded studies, the customer satisfaction is revealed to be an important factor of re-purchasing process. Second, the attributes of On-line bookstores and E-Commerce success factors such as price, convenience of searching product, and variety of product have significant impacts on the customer satisfaction.

선형 로지스틱 모형은 신용위험 관리를 위한 신용평점 모형 구축에 있어서 널리 쓰이고 있는 방법론이다. 본 논문에서는 신용평점화를 위하여 로지스틱 회귀 방법에 기초한 스플라인 방법론을 다루고자 한다. 선형 스플라인과 자동적인 변수선택 방법을 채택하였다. 모의 실험을 통하여 스플라인 방법의 성능을 규명하였다. Linear logistic regression is one of the most widely used method for credit scoring in credit risk management. This paper deals with credit scoring using splines based on Logistic regression. Linear splines and an automatic basis selection algorithm are adopted. The final model is an example of the generalized additive model. A simulation using a real data set is used to illustrate the performance of the spline method.
