태권도 품새 선수가 인식한 지도자의 코칭언어와 지도자의 신뢰 및 지도효율성의 관계

이 연구는 태권도 품새 종목 지도자의 코칭언어에 따른 지도자 신뢰와 지도효율성과의 관계를 규명하여 태권도 품새 지도자의 코칭에 도움을 주고자하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2018년 대한태권도협회에 품새 선수로 등록된 중ㆍ고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 대한태권도협회 승인 대회에 참석 한 태권도 품새 선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 274명의 표본을 수집하였다. 최종 분석에는 총 223명의 자료를 사용하였으며, 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21 및 Amos 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 품새 선수가 지각한 지도자의 코칭언어와 지도자신뢰는 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 품새 선수가 지각한 지도자의 코칭언어와 지도효율성은 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 태권도 품새 선수의 지도자신뢰와 지도효율성은 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상기한 바와 같이 태권도 품새 지도자의 코칭 언어와 지도자 신뢰 및 지도효율성 간에 관계가 있는 것을 알 수 있다. Taekwondo Poomsae has adopted as an Asaian Games programme in 2018 Jakarata Palembang and Republic of Korea won in whole events, two gold medals, a silver and a bronze medal. In addition, it has received substantial attention of media that coaches of two events which Korea could not win were Koreans, Poomsae showed preeminent performance and coaching ability as a Korean national sport. Various coaching methods are applied in practical sessions of Poomsae. One of the most frequently using methods is verbal coaching. Coaching language acts as a main factor for Poomsae athletes in techincal instruction, communication, interaction, et cetera. In particular, The reason why coaching language is crucial particularlly for Poomsae coaches is that they might have a positive influence on plenty of athletes by not only instructing technique to them but also motivating them psychologically. Likewise, the primary factor to determine the capability of coahces is performance enhancement of athletes’ based on confidence towards coaches. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the relationship between coahing language, coach-confidence and instruction-efficiency in order to contribute to the advancement of coaching. For the research, 274 samples were collected by convenience sampling who are registered to Korea Taekwondo Association and have ever participated in authorised competition of it. Overall, 223 of them were analysed by frequency, confirmatory factor, reliability, correlation and structural equating model analysis thorugh SPSS 21 and Amos 21 and the results are followed: Firstly, coaching language which is perceived by athletes has an effect on coach-confidence. Secondly, coaching language perceived by athletes affects on instruction-efficiency. Concretely, negative coaching language has negative impact on instruction-efficiency. Finally, coach-confidence of athletes has positive impact on instruction-efficiency. As mentioned above, there is a relationship between the coaching language of Taekwondo's bird leader and the trust of its leader and the effectiveness of its leadership.

Convex Probe 소독 필요성 검증에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대전, 충청지역 초음파실 종사자를 대상으로 병원감염관리에 관한 설문 조사를 실시하여 분석 하였고, ATP를 이용하여 임상에서 사용되는 초음파 Probe의 오염도를 측정하였으며, 70% 알코올 이용하여 소독한 후 결과를 확인하였다. 기본적인 조사 대상자의 일반적인 특성 및 직종 별 대상자의 특성으로 나누어 학력, 직종, 초음파 전문자격증 보유 유무, 기관 내 감염 담당 부서 및 감염 교육의 여부를 분석하였다. 검사 후 젤 제거 여부 및 방법, Probe의 소독여부 및 변수 별 상관분석을 수행하여 초음파 Probe의 세균감 염에 관한 인식 및 세척 및 소독에 대한 수행 정도를 분석하였다. 검사 후 Probe 세척에 관하여 수건을 가장 많이 사용하였으며, Gel 용기는 3개월 이상 교환하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 70% 알코올 소독 후 ATP 오염도는 1055.4±944.2에서 133.5±93.2으로 감소하였고 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다.(ρ<0.01) 병원 균종은 CNS, Gram positive bacillus, Micrococcus species 검출되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 시중에서 손쉽게 구할 수 있는 70% 알코올을 이용하여 소독을 실시하였으며 소독 후 병원균종은 검출되지 않았다. 연구 결과 초음파실을 관리하는 의료인 또는 의료기사 등은 감염관리에 대한 주기적인 교육과 감염예방에 대한 노력이 필요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 70% 알코올은 병원균 사멸에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 의료기 관은 적극적인 병원감염관리 교육을 실시하여 종사자들의 병원감염에 관한 인식을 개선하고, 환자 감염 예방에 기여해야 할 것이다. 또한 본 연구 결과를 적절히 활용한다면 초음파 Probe를 매개로 한 감염 예방에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. The study was conducted surveying ultrasound room workers on hospital infection awareness in Daejeon and Choong-chunng region. The contamination of ultrasonic probes used in clinical trials was measured using ATP, and the results were verified after using 70% alcohol sterilization. It was measured on the group’s general characteristics and the specific categories such as academic background, job type, having professional certificate and infection education. After the examination, the gel removal and method, disinfection status of the probe and variable correlation analysis were performed to analyze the recognition of the ultrasonic probe disinfection. After examination in ultrasound room, it was found that towels were used the most for cleaning, and the gel container was not replaced for more than three months. After 70% alcohol disinfection, ATP contamination was reduced from 1055.4±944.2 to 133.5±93.2 and the result was analyzed to be statistically significant.(ρ<0.01) The found bacteria were CNS, Gram positive bacillus, and Micrococcus specs. In order to solve this problem, 70% alcohol sterilization was applied and the bacteria were not detected after the treatment. The research shows that regular training on infection control and efforts to prevent infection are necessary, and that 70% alcohol is effective in disinfect the bacteria. Therefore, the medical institution should provide active hospital infection control education to improve the awareness of hospital infection among workers and contribute to the prevention of patient infection. It is also understood that proper use of the results of this study will help prevent infection by means of ultrasonic probes.

타겟형 스포츠 선수의 자기조절능력과 스포츠 집중력 및 인지된 경기력 간의 관계

The purpose of this study is to help out with coaching fit for characteristics of events by analyzing the relations among self-regulation ability, sports concentration and perceived athletic performance of target sports players. A survey was carried out 300 players of shooting, archery and curling, and the data of a total of 292 players were used for a final analysis. A frequency analysis, a confirmative f actor analysis, a reliability analysis, a correlation analysis and a standard multiple regression analysis were carried out on the collected using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs, and the results were as follows: First, target sports players" self-regulation ability significantly affected sports concentration. Second, target sports players" self-regulation ability significantly affected perceived athletic performance. Third, target sports players" confidence among sports concentration significantly affect perceived athletic performance.

여고생의 사이클 수업에 대한 수업내용 인식

This study is aimed at understanding the perception of female high school students on cycle class more in depth. For this end, 9 female high school students who have taken the cycle class were sampled by the purpose sampling method among the 3rd grade students attending J high school located in Seoul. With this sample, a qualitative case study was conducted. The study data was collected via in-depth interview, observation and literature review. The collected data was analyzed by inductive category analysis, in which the study ethics and legitimacy were sought for. The summarized results from the processes are as follows: the perceptions of female high school students on the cycle class are; First, they perceived it as interesting through fun activities and free experiences; Second, they perceived that it played positive roles such as help for peer relationship, increase in athletic function and positive attitude formation; Third, they perceive that its performance itself was not difficult and appropriate for women; Finally, they perceived that it is a differentiated class in terms of the differences in class contents, method, and conversion from indifference to interest in the class.

대학교 전문스포츠의 코치와 선수의 상호작용에 따른 코치-선수의 관계와 팀 분위기의 관계

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between coaches-athletes relations and team atmosphere, depending on interactions between professional sports coaches and athletes in universities. To this end, it selected 451 professional sport athletes in universities as the subjects, and the following results were drawn from frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, interaction, multi-regression analysis using SPSS 22.0: First, the interactions between professional sports coaches and athletes in universities have partially positive effects on the coaches-athletes relations. Second, the interactions between professional sports coaches and athletes have partially positive effects on the team atmosphere. Third, professional sports coaches-athletes relations have partially positive effects on the team atmosphere.

초등학교 축구팀 우수지도자의 지도요인 탐색

In order to examine the unique ways for excellent leaders of an elementary school soccer team to organize and maintain an excellent team, data was collected and analyzed by using a qualitative research method. The study results are as below. First, an elementary school soccer team has a system of paying scouting costs to recruit outstanding players, and executes professional training programs for each grade. And leaders manage their excellent team, having smooth relationships with parents and coaches. Second, excellent leaders of an elementary school soccer team use various ways to form trust with players, and combine theoretical teaching with field education. They have an ability to grasp not only the characteristics of their players but those of others. They organize and maintain an outstanding team through acts of managing themselves constantly.

학교 체육교과내용으로서의 무도수업의 특성과 효과

본 연구는 학교 체육교과내용으로서의 무도수업의 특성과 효과를 탐색하여 학교 수업으로서의 무도수업의 가치를 재정립하고 이를 통해 무도가 공교육으로서 효율적이고 지속적으로 실시되고 정착할 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로는 무도수업 및 수련의 특성과 효과에 관련된 각종 문헌자료를 바탕으로 그 속에 내재되어 있는 가치를 탐색하였다. 무도수업은 남녀 혼성수업이 가능하며, 기능 수준에 관계없이 함께 교육할 수 있다. 무도수업은 남녀 모두 도복만 준비하면 실내의 좁은 장소에서 계절과 날씨에 구애받지 않고 수업을 할 수 있다. 부가적으로 수업을 마치고 기능 수준이 높아지면 평가를 통하여 승단을 할 수 있다. 승단을 하면 군인, 경찰공무원시험 등에서 가산점을 받을 수 있다. 무도는 신체수련과 동시에 `예로 시작해서 예로 끝난다.`는 말과 같이 정서적인 면의 예의를 기를 수 있다. 수련을 하면서 상대선수, 지도자, 심판에게 올바른 예의범절과 태도로 행동할 것을 강조한다. 또한, 대인 투기경기인 무도는 상대와 겨루는 가운데 인내력과 도전정신, 긍정적 인간관계 등을 배우게 되어 신체적, 정서적으로 감수성이 예민한 학생들의 바람직한 생활태도 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 무도수업을 통하여 다양한 기술을 배우고 숙달함으로써 타인으로부터의 공격이나 위급한 상황에서 자신의 신체를 보호하고 이겨낼 수 있는 호신의 능력을 갖게 된다. The purpose of this study is about searching character and effect of martial art as physical education and to establish martial arts`s value by sustaining it as the public education. For the purpose of the study, it adopts the descriptive methods to review features and effects of martial arts in various literatures to know its value. The martial art class can have male and female students in the same class regardless of a level of technique. Once students prepare uniforms, the class can proceed in a small indoor place regardless of weather or season. Additionally, they can achieve a degree promotion as their technique improves. The promotion may help to get additional points in various public examinations such as military or police exams. Martial art helps students build mental manners as shown at the proverb `It begins with manners and ends with it` along with physical training. It emphasizes to behave with right etiquette and attitudes toward a respective player, a trainer and a referee during a drill. In addition, it can help to build desirable life attitude of the students who are physically and emotionally sensitive as they learn patience, challenging spirit and positive human relations while having a drill with the other player. As students learn various techniques through martial art, they can protect their own bodies in an emergency situation or from others` attack.

대학교 엘리트 선수들의 슬럼프 원인과 극복방법

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes and overcome methods for slump of college athletes. The open-ended questionnaire was distributed to 190 college athletes by the use of cluster sampling methods. The data collected form the college athletes was analyzed using the statistical software of SPSS 15.0 in order to examine frequency and percentage for inductive method analysis. The results were obtained by following results. First, the causes of slump were examined by three domains which consisted of small (18 fields), middle (5 fields), and large stages (2 fields) area in the open-ended questionnaire. the large area was organized by internal and external factors. In the internal factors were types of injury, cause of mental, and decline of performance level. Secondly, the causes of slump were different based on the types of competitive sports and level of performance. Thirdly, the methods of overcoming were examined by small (14 fields), middle (4 field), and large (3 field) areas. In the internal factor for large area, an effort oneself, change of training methods were examined. In the external factor for large area, help of coach and parents. Lastly, the methods of overcoming were different based on the sex and the causes of slump.
