      • 퍼스널트레이너가 지각하는 직무만족과 몰입 그리고 조직몰입간의 관계 분석

        이 연구는 스포츠센터에서 퍼스널트레이닝 프로그램의 운영효과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하기위해 퍼스널트레이너의 직무만족과 몰입 그리고 조직몰입간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상으로는 서울지역에 위치한 스포츠센터와 휘트니스클럽에서 근무 중인 퍼스널트레이너 185명이었다. 자료처리는 SPSSWIN 18.0 과 AMOS 18.0 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 이에 다른 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 퍼스널트레이너의 직무 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 하위요소들로 직무열의, 근무환경, 동료, 보수, 그리고 보람 및 긍지가 확인되었다. 둘째, 퍼스널트레이너의 직무만족은 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 퍼스널트레이너의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 퍼스널트레이너의 직무몰입은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among personal trainers` job satisfaction and commitment, and organizational commitment so as to improve operational effects of personal training programs in sport centers. Study participants were 185 people who have been working as personal trainers in sport centers or fitness clubs located on Seoul metropolitan area by means of convenient sampling. SPSS WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for frequency test, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations test, and structural equation modeling. The conclusion were as follows. First, passion for work, work environment, reward system, colleagues, and pride were confirmed as sub-factors consisting of personal trainers` job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction positively affected job commitment. Third, job commitment positively affected organizational commitment. Finally, job satisfaction did not affect organizational commitment. Reflecting these facts, sport centers should consider how to effectively increase each individual satisfactory factors to achieve organizational goals and objectives in operating personal training programs.

        대학스포츠 팀 속성, 동일시, 충성도 및 라이센싱제품 구매 의도간의 관계

        The purpose of the study was to identify causality between collegiate team attributes, team identification, team loyalty and purchase intention and to be help to establish marketing strategy for collegiate team vitalization. For this, 445 collegiate students who are attending Y and K university in Seoul were recruited with convenience sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results via the above analysis are as follow. First, collegiate team attributes had a significant impact on team identification. Second, collegiate team identification significantly impacted on team loyalty, but not purchase intention. Third, collegiate team loyalty has a significant effect on purchase intention. Lastly, collegiate team attributes significantly impacted on team loyalty and purchase intention. To sum up, collegiate team attributes influenced significantly on team identification, team loyalty, and purchase intention. Although team identification had not significant on purchase intention, it has indirect effect mediated by team identification on team loyalty and purchase intention. This suggested that team identification was an important mediated variables. That is, it can be possible if team attributes is enhanced, team identification would be higher and has a significant impact on purchase intention.

        퍼스널트레이닝 참가자의 참여 동기, 운동만족도 및 몰입도의 관계모형 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among personal training participants' motivation, satisfaction, and commitment. Study participants were 234 people who have been participated in PT program of sport centers located on Seoul metropolitan area by means of convenient sampling. SPSS 15.0 program and AMOS 7.0 were used for analyzing data. The conclusion were as follows. The PT participants' motivation related with deficient needs did not affect their satisfaction and motivation. However, the PT participants' motivation related with growth needs positively affected their satisfaction and motivation. Finally, the PT participants' satisfaction positively affected commitment to the PT program. In conclusion, it is recommended that personal trainers continuously motivate PT participants' growth needs. This fact should be reflected on setting personalized exercise goals. Implementing exercise method and contests, developing trainers's ability, and providing appropriate facility and equipments for personal training.
