        대학 스포츠로서의 골프활동에 대한 의식 조사

        The purpose of this study is to recognize, in order to popularize the golf as a university-sports, the relevance between university students` general index(ex. sex, grade, development) and the grade of playing sports, and to illuminate their interesting to the golf and their value to the sports(the value of mental and physical). To realise this purpose, we made investigating sheets that have asked above points. We distributed those to 690(man and woman) the university students in Taegu and we have let them write in the way of self-administration. We got 622 effective samplings. The used program of this material is SPSS 8.0 statistic program. In order to recognize and analyse the relevance between university students` general index(ex. sex, grade, development) and the grade of plying sports, we have used cross-analysis. To their value(mental and physical) to the golf, we have used the Two-way ANOVA. With multiple comparative analysis of Tukey we carried out reproof. According to above process, we had the results, it is followed ; 1. Recognizability of Golf due to the relevance between university students` general index and the grade of playing sports; About the experience of playing golf, the answer `No have been` is in most, and we have quasi-results in the sex, grade, the grad of playing sports, except the development. To the interesting to the golf as a preliminary class, man is higher than woman, junior is higher than freshman and sophomore, we have quasi-result in the sex, grade. To the pupularizability of golf, we have followed result in most, it belongs to the high stratum, women is higher than men, and we have quasi-results in the sex, grade. To the experience to the golf through mass-media, regardless of university students` general index and the grade of playing sports, `Have been` is in most, so it represents the effect of mass-media, we have no quasi-results in this points. To the ratio of strength-consumption, in comparative to other sports, `Less` is more in man than in woman, in freshman is more than in junior. We have quasi-results in the sex, grade. 2. Valuability of Golf due the relevance between university students` general index and the grade of playing sports. To the psyco-value in sex and grade, `More` is represented in the woman as freshman and sophomore, in the man as junior and senior, we have quasi-results in the sex, grade. But, psyco-value and physical-value in sex, development, grade and the grade of playing sports, we don`t have quasi-results. In sum, the indirect experience to the golf is very high, but the direct experience is very low in Korean university students. Until now, they think , playing the golf is belonged to the high stratum, the interesting ratio is very high. So in order to popularize the golf, it is more need that, illuminating the superiority of golf in psyco-value and physical-value and expending the direct experience through the physical class in the university are more useful than simple and indirect experience through mass-media.

        장거리선수 및 일반인의 신체구성과 심폐기능의 관련성

        This study was examined the relationship between body composition and cardiopulmonary function in long distance runners and nonathletes. Arm circumferences, and skinfold thickness of abdomen, suprailiac crest, and calf showed a significant(P<0.05, 0.01) difeerences between two groups. Exercise duration and VO2max of long distance runners showed a significant(P<0.001) higher values than nonathletes. Exercise duration and VO2max showed a significant(P<0.01) correlationship with skinfold thickness of abdomen, suprailiac crest, and calf in total subjects, respectively. Exercise duration and VO2max showed a significant(P<0.01) correlationship with skinfold thickness of calf in long distance runners group, but showed a significant(P<0.01) correlationship with skinfold thickness of abdomen in nonathletes, respectively. This results could be confirmed that the negative effects of skinfold thickness compartment to cardiopulmonary function showed a differences following to the characteristics of subjects.

        에어로빅댄스 참여에 따른 신체상 및 생활만족에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the degree of the satisfaction for the body image and the life satisfaction by general variable of vital statistics and aerobic dance career for aerobic dance participation. It is to present the basic data of adapting and developing the exercise program on the aerobic dance. Subjects were 465 women over age 20 old who participate the aerobic dance in Daegu. As synthesizing the result of this study participation of aerobic dance improved the degree of the satisfaction for the body image and life satisfaction, and longer duration of aerobic dance participation also improved higher degree of the satisfaction.

      • 비만여성들이 편측 웨이트 트레이닝후 신체구성 및 혈중 지질 농도의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of unilateral weight training on the body composition and the concentration of blood lipid of obese women. Fourteen women with %fat over 30% participated in the experiment as subjects, and performed unilateral weight training and jogging for 8 weeks. Overall training included 2 weeks of pre-training session and 8 weeks of training session. During the training session, subjects participated in the 50 min training protocol 3 days a week. For each training protocol, the subject performed weight training of the right side, the intensity of which was 70% of 1 RM. The 1 RM was measured twice, prior to and 4 weeks after the beginning of the training session, and the measured data were used in adjusting the intensity of training. Blood lipid variables, skin fold thickness of 8 sites, and the girth of 10 body segments were also measured before, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks after the beginning of the training session. Results of the study were as the following: 1. Changes in the body composition 1) Thickness of skin fold The skin fold thickness was found to decrease after unilateral weight training in both trained and untrained sides. Although the skin fold thicknesses of the chest and biceps brachii of the trained side were shown to decrease significantly after 4 weeks of unilateral weight training compared to the untrained side, the difference in skin fold thicknesses between the trained and the untrained side was not significant after 8 weeks of training. 2) Body girth The unilateral weight training was shown to affect the girth of upper arm and ankle after 8 weeks of training, the trained side being decreased compared to the untrained side. However, the girth of other body parts was not affected by the unilateral weight training. 2. Changes in blood variables The blood lipid variables were not affected by the unilateral weight training. In conclusion, the unilateral weight training does not seem to have a selective effect on the reduction of fat in the trained side, and the decrease in the skin fold thickness and the girth of body parts in both trained and untrained sides seems to reflect the effect of the amount of overall exercise. Lack of the training effect on the blood lipid variables might have been due to the content and duration of the weight training program.

        중년 비만여성의 웨이트 트레이닝 및 조깅운동후 체력, 체격 및 신체구성변인의 관련성 변화

        The purpose of this study was to compare between the effect of weight training and jogging on the relationship among physical fitness, body composition, and body girth in middle-aged obese women. Forty middle-aged women(2 groups : weight training group and jogging group) with %fat over 30% participated in the experiment as subjects, and performed weight training and jogging for 8 weeks, repectively. During the training session, subjects participated in the 30 min training protocol 3 days a week. For each training protocol, subjects performed weight training, and the intensity of which was 70% of 1 RM. The running speed of jogging was controlled on the basis of 60% target heart rate. The 1 RM and 60% target heart rate were measured twice, prior to and 4 weeks after the beginning of training session, and measured data were used in adjusting the intensity of training. Muscular strength and endurance were found to increase after weight training, and the skinfold thickness was found to decrease in weight training group. But body girth except for upper arm and ankle was not changed. This results suggested the increase of the lean body mass after weight training. Cardiorespiratory function was founds to increase after jogging exercise program, and the skinfold thickness and body girth were found to decrease in jogging group. The results could be considered the preservation of the relationship between body gith and body composition. Therefore we can suggested the combined training with weight training and jogging exercise program for the positive improvement of body shape and physical fitness in middle-aged obese women.
