This study aims at contributing to the development of the Gimcheon area festival by seeking for more efficient strategies and developing plans for the Gimcheon area festival as well as by reviewing the relationship between the satisfactory face tors of the festival and the revisiting intention recognized by the participants of the Gimcheon area festival. The results of this study is as follows. First, Most of respondents selected mud festival as festival that prefer most. Second, In investigation about similarity of festival, Gimcheon grape festival and preference festival answered that people of 46.2% are not alike. And answered that people of 46.2% are not alike in Hwangaksan wild edible greeds cooking festi-val and preference festival. On the other hand, answered that people of 15.3% are not alike in Gimcheon grape festival and IIwangaksan wild edible greeds food fes-tival. Third, While reaction that Gimcheon grape festival is contradictory in satisfaction investigation appears, but Hwangaksan wild edible greeds cooking festival appeared slight but positive reaction. And reaction of respondent appeared posi-tively about all questions in satisfaction investigation of visitors about preference festival. Most festivals of, now, Gimcheon area were placed in difficulty as described in introduction. Festival was lively in beginning but most disappear present or was shrunk. Reason that festival of Gimcheon is short-lived is that personality of festival was ephemeral and exhausting. And period of festival was very short. And people who takepart in festival were the most Gimcheon area people. Festival must detain many visitors to succeed. And must clear cause of visitors' satisfaction and dis-satisfaction. At the same time, improvement plan about proved problems should be established

Death penalty is referred to as the most extreme penalty in the sense that it has the longest history among penalties depriving the criminal of his/her life and annihilating the criminals' social existence permanently. Death system had been executed in a very cruel and atrocious manner until medieval times, and questions on its validity have been continuously raised up to now in countries of the world since Beccaria asserted abolition of the death penalty in 1766 in “About crimes and penalties”. Our country joined the row of death abolition countries as well with enactment of 'day of death abolition' on December 30th, 2007 as an occasion. This follows the international criterion that a country without execution of death for 10 years becomes classified as a 'factually death abolition country'. Last death was executed during Kim Yeongsam's civilian government era, and the period of no execution of death has amounted to 15 years while going through governments of Kim Daejung, Noh Muhyeon, Lee Myeongbak. The present article reviewed pros and cons on whether the death system should really exist or abolished, being a theme for endless debates in our human society, and examined types of the recently occurred violent crimes, following which the present article has been proceeded with an objective set in finding needs, etc. for retaining and executing the death system to suppress such crimes. Purpose of this research wished to know what attitude which social welfare major university students have about wickedness crime and capital punishment. In total number of 151 social welfare major university students in Gimcheon were sampled. Data collection was done between May 1, 20, 2016. To achieve the purpose of this study as stated above, documentary studies and experimental method were selected. I made questionnaire to investigate attitude about social welfare major university students' wickedness crime and capital punishment. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods, such as frequency analysis, technology statistical analysis, average analysis by group. The results of the study were as follows; First, recognition level about wickedness crime of respondents was high level appearing by 4.19. Second, comprehension level about wickedness crime occurrence cause of respondent was average level appearing by 3.37. Third, Attitude level about capital punishment of respondent was usually level appearing by 3.44. Fourth, Result that analyze difference of attitude about capital punishment by statistics of population appeared that first-year student, AB type, more than 5 million wons, inoccupation group are tall.

만학활동이 가족의 건강성에 미치는 영향

Family is the first social unit that is in charge of the upbringing, education and socialization of children, as well as the important unit that produces human resources for the next generation. The importance of human resources development is rapidly becoming more salient in a knowledge-based society and an information technology-oriented world. Accordingly, the role and function of family as the hub of human resource development are also gaining much more importance. Considering such points, we can not emphasize too much the importance of family strengths to create a healthy society and to enable individuals to live healthy, happy live in such a society. By verifying the variables that influence family strengths, this study will help to recover such strengths and to find ways for families to maintain happy, healthy, lives. With this study’s result, we also aim to strengthen the family in terms of societal aspects, and to contribute to the creation and maintenance of a better society by supporting the recovery of family strengths. The results of the study were as follows; First, the perceived family health was higher than average(1-5 likkert). Also the self-esteem and pro-social behavior were higher than average(1-5 Likert). That is, the participants' family was relatively healthy in general context. Second, the higher the family's economic status, the higher were the reported family health and self-esteem scores. Third, the analysis of the data also demonstrated that there were positive correlations among family health, self-esteem, and pro-social behaviors. That is, the higher the estimated family health, the greater self-esteem and pro-social behaviors they reported.

한국 노인수발보험제도에 관한 고찰

In Korea, the aging society is going in most rapid progress than any other coun-tries. In 2000, the aging people who are over 65 year old was over a percentage of 7.2 in Korean population, and we entered the aging society. In 2026, the aging people will be more a percentage of 20.8 in korean population. In these situation we face the supporting problem of aging people, and long-term care insurance system for aging people will be started on July 2008. The structure of thesis is as follows. In the first chapter, the needs of this study and target of this study are described. In the second chapter, for understanding of long-term care insurance system, this chapter is focused on the study of the lit- eratures on this subject through investigating and analyzing the case history of the foreign country in order to research into the insurance system of the long-term care. In the third chapter, the thesis represents the future vision of the long-term care insurance system for aging people in Korea. and The last chapter is conclu- sion.

The purpose of this thesis is to estimate efficiency of internet marketing. This study found out that the new developments as well as management environments on the Internet would introduce our industry to considering this : 1. The Internet is like television in its ability to convey your ideas with pictures. But the Internet allows the viewer to control the stream of information rather than just watching. And the Internet provides the viewer the opportunity to act on his desire to have the product or learn more about the service immediately and with minimal effort, increasing the likehood that he will identify himself as a prospect. 2. The Internet is like print media in that the reader has a permanent record of your message, unlike television and radio, where your forum lasts for seconds. However, unlike print media, the message stays before the reafer permanently. People eventually throw out their old newspapers. With the Net, other page may change around yours, but you have the opportunity to keep your message in front of the reader. 3. The Internet is like direct mail, where you can personalize your message to the individual reader. With the Internet, readers can even personalize the message themselves. 4. 사회복지사의 직무만족에 관한 연구 : 김천시를 중심으로

This study has its objectives in understanding the degree of social workers’job satisfaction and clarifying main factors to evoke satisfaction and dissatisfaction, so presenting useful data to help effective agency operation and personnel management in the end. In total number of 168 social workers who work in welfare agencies in Gimcheon were sampled. Data collection was done between July 1, 20, 2015. To achieve the purpose of this study as stated above, documentary studies and experimental method were selected. Regarding the documentary study, it explored the definition of job satisfaction and deciding factors of job satisfaction throughout preceding studies, so tried to establish theoretical basis for survey. Regarding the experimental study on the job satisfaction, it tried to investigate the actual conditions of social workers’job satisfaction and grasp the main factors to affect job satisfaction. I made the questionnaire to measure job satisfaction on the basis of MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire). Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods, such as frequencies, One-Way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows; First, General job satisfaction of respondents was 3.43, it belongs to the degree of average satisfaction. Second, Marital status, agency which worker belongs to, experiences respondents took part in, social-work-field and religion were social workers’instincts which meaningly affected job satisfaction. The married presented the higher job satisfaction than the single, and the longer they worked, the more job satisfaction elevated. And the Catholics revealed higher job satisfaction than other respondents. And Multipurpose Senior Center showed higher job satisfaction than any other agencies which were included in this survey. According to analysis, the results showed that, as personal instincts, experience, religion, the type of agency and marital status were the meaningful factors to affect job satisfaction. Third, As a result, job satisfaction should be understood as the multi-dimensional concept to be mixed of personal instincts, work itself, the administration and organizational system of agency, co-workers and so on.
