중학생의 여가스포츠 참여에 따른 자기효능감 및 대인관계성향 분석

본 연구는 중학생의 여가스포츠 참여에 따른 자기효능감 및 대인관계성향의 차이를 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료수집을 위하여 2007년 서울의 중학교 2학년 학생들 중 여가스포츠에 참여하는 학교 4곳과 학원 4곳에서 각각 200명을 유층집락무선표집 하였으며, 불성실한 자료는 제외하고 최종적으로 본 연구에는 377명을 이용하였다. 측정도구는 설문지를 사용하였고, 통계방법은 SPSS 12.0프로그램으로 분석하였다. 결과를 정리하면, 다양한 학생들이 많은 중학교의 참여자가 대인관계성향요인이 높고, 체계적이고 수준별 학습이 이루어지는 학원 참여자가 자기효능감 요인이 높았다. 또 3개월~6개월 미만의 참여자가 자기중심적 태도와 규범중심적 태도가 높았고, 주4회 이상의 참여자가 자신감과 개성적인 태도와 배려심을 나타내는 타인중심적 태도가 높았다. 또한 2시간~3시간미만의 참여자가 어떤 일이든 수행할 수 있다는 신념인 자기조절효능감과 과제난이도 선호요인, 그리고 규범적인 태도가 높았다. 이에 따라 학교에서 자기효능감과 대인관계성향의 요인을 목적으로 여가스포츠를 운영한다면 본 연구를 참고하여 학교교육으로서의 여가선용에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 참여정도에 따른 타인중심적태도 차이가 없었던 것을 해석해 보면, 현 중학생들이 대체적으로 개인주의에 빠져들어 있지 않은가 우려되기에 타인중심적인 태도에 대한 다각적인 모색이 과제로 남는다. This study aims to analysis differences in self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships of middle school students depending on participation in leisure sports. For data collection, a total of 400 middle school leisure participants - 200 from 4 middle schools and 4 institutions each - were participated in stratified cluster random sampling. Uncertain data was eliminated and the questionnaire result of 377 students were finally used for the study. A questionnaire was used for the survey and analyses were done with SPSS 12.0 program. To conclude, school group who participate in leisure sports with many other different students showed high confidence, and institution group where students learn according to the students' level systematically showed high self-control efficacy and preference of difficult tasks. Regarding the degree of participation, the appropriate period in which characteristic and nonnative attitude is shown a lot is 3 to 6 months. The more frequent, the higher the students' confidence became and the more characteristic and altruistic attitude was created. Regarding the activity, good performance, choosing and setting the right target was high with 2 to 3 hours. This result shows that more programs and supports should be provided to allow students to participate more in leisure sports.
