대칭 영역 탐색은 대칭 정보를 이용하여 사전 정보없이 얼굴영역을 추출 할 수 있다. 그러나 눈, 코, 입등과 같은 얼굴의 특징 부위보다 탐색할 마스크의 크기가 커져야 함으로 이 방법은 계산 시간이 많이 걸린다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 영상에 대하여 사전 정보 없이, 적은 계산량으로 얼굴 영역 추출이 간으하도록 대칭 영역 탐색을 이용한 축소 영상에서의 얼굴 영역의 추출과 그 특징에서의 대칭값에 따른 영상을 이용하여 원영상에서는 영역 분할을 통한 얼굴 영역 추출 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 이를 확인하였다. Symmetry region searching can extract face region without a prior information in an image by using symmetric. However, this method requires a plenty of the computation time because the mask size to process symmetry region searching must be larger than the size of object such as eye, nose and mouth in face. In this paper, we proposed symmetric by using symmetry region searching in the reduced image to reduce computation time of symmetry region searching. It was applied to this method in an original image. To extract exact face region, we also experimented face region searching by using domain division in extraction legion.

얼굴 인식은 현재 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 분야이다. 하지만, 이에 따른 많은 문제점들이 선결되어야 하는 실정이다. 우선, 영상 취득과정에서 생기는 다양한 조명 변화와 카메라의 위치 변화를 고려하여 대상 얼굴을 인식해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 PC 카메라 및 주민등록증에 있는 사진을 스캔하여 얼굴 특징점을 정확하고 빠른 계산 시간 안에 찾을 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. RGB 색공간을 YUV로 변환하여 Y성분을 히스토그램 균등화 시켜 휘도에 관계없이 얼굴 피부색을 추출한 후 YUV의 V성분을 변형한 V' 성분을 이용하여 얼굴의 특징점을 찾는 방법이다. 실험결과 주민등록증 사진과 PC카메라에서 입력받은 얼굴 영상이 오류 없이 추출됨이 관찰되었다. A face recognition is currently the field which many research have been processed actively. But many problems must be solved the previous problem. First, We must recognize the face of the object taking a location various lighting change and change of the camera into account. In this paper, we proposed that new method to fund feature within fast and correct computation time after scanning PC camera and ID card picture. It converted RGB color space to YUV. A face skin color extracts which equalize a histogram of Y ingredient without the luminance. After, the method use V' ingredient which transformes V ingredient of YUV and then find the face feature. The reult of the experiment shows getting correct input face image from ID Card picture and PC camera.

With the explosive increace of Internet users, wide installation of fiber optical networks is necessary. However, for various reasons, use of conventional network is still popular as an interim solution to the problems. Among many conventional network technologies to support Internet users, ADSL is one of the most popular one. In this paper we are to analyze the traffic on the network, as the number of simultaneously connected users increase.
