In this paper, we designed linearized detecting circuit with respect to the detector that converts to Direct Current(DC) to be observed the transmission output power in real time. We used a schottky diode for detecting the output power. Also we used a logarithmic amplifier (Logarithmic Amplifier) in order to linearize the output power having a non-linear characteristics, and used the Thermistor for temperature compensation. The measurement result was obtained linearity of the output power in 0~+22dBm range, the detector precision with respect to temperature was get the excellent properties of less than ±2dB. The designed detector that output power is linearized is shown that can be used detector circuit of transmitter in a wireless communication network system.
무인항공기 통신 시스템용 Ku 대역 저잡음 증폭기 구현

In this paper, we implemented LNA module for signal of Ku band which is main communication link to make reliable communication systems, through being acquired stable communication link of UAV. A designed LNA module is made up of low noise amplifiers, temperature compensator, power amplifier, power supply. It amplifies with low noise the Ku-band signal received from the duplexer, and performs as outputs frequency converter. In addition, some of the output signals from the LNA module via internal directional coupler implemented with output port to connect with outside separately. Measurement of manufactured LNA module obtain excellent properties of gain 39.446dB, gain flatness 0.064, noise figure 1.23dB at center frequency of 15 GHz.
