AHP 기법을 활용한 지역디지털콘텐츠 구성요소 간 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위에 관한 연구 -충남 공주시를 대상으로-

본 연구는 정보화 사회에서 지역의 디지털존재감을 확보하기 위해 지역의 특성이 반영된 디지털콘텐츠를 개발 및 유통하는데 있어 고려되어야 할 요소가 무엇인지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰을 통해 지역디지털콘텐츠의 개념화를 실시하였으며, 구성요소 도출, 계층화 및 우선순위 도출을 위해 관련 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 진행하였다. 공주시를 대상으로 분석한 결과 상위계층은 지역정체성, 디지털독창성, 상호작용성 순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 하위계층은 지역정체성의 문화적요소와 사회적요소, 디지털독창성의 시나리오, 지역정체성의 자연적요소 등의 순으로 중요도가 도출되었다. 결론적으로 지역디지털콘텐츠의 구성요소 및 우선순위 도출은 향후 민간 및 공공분야에서 지역디지털콘텐츠를 기획 · 제작 · 유통 및 확산함에 있어 타지역과 차별성 확보에 실무적 기여를 할 수 있는 것으로 기대되며, 지역디지털콘텐츠에 대한 다학제적 접근과 향후 연구에서의 기준이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of the study is to grasp the considered elements when developing and circulating digital content that reflect the characteristics of the region, in order to ensure the regional digital presence in the information society. Therefore, the conceptualization of regional digital content is realized through the investigation of the previous research. The questionnaire survey is conducted by the AHP analysis method with relevant experts as the research object so as to derive its constituent elements, structuralization, and priority order. The results of this study show that the importance of regional integrity, digital originality, and interaction of the upper class is ranked in turn, while the importance of each element of the lower class is ranked in turn according to the cultural and social elements of regional integrity, the script of digital originality and the natural elements of regional integrity, etc. Research results present that the derivation of the elements and priority of regional digital content is expected to make a practical contribution to ensuring the differences with other regions in the planning, production, circulation, and diffusion of regional digital content in the private and public spheres in the future, and can become a multi-disciplinary approach to regional digital content and a standard for future research.
