        미용실의 서비스 스케이프가 고객반응 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향

        Service is not shown in the form like physical product or structure, but consumed as soon as it is produced. As service is shown in the form like convenience, timeliness, pleasure, comfortability, and healthiness, it could be defined as all the economic activities providing the added-value. Because the beauty service business also provides the added-value, it means the physical environment, instead of meaning the internal/external design facilities of service. In the physical and spatial aspect of environment surrounding consumers, customers' perception is influenced through humans' sensory organs. Regarding the emotional expression, positive behaviors are expressed even for customers' many demands. The friendliness from inner side could be a factor having effects on the customer satisfaction and maintenance of continuous relationships. Recently, there have been active researches on emotions felt by consumers, and the influence of these roles is great by consumers. Thus, this study conducted the empirical analysis on total 400 questionnaires targeting male and female ordinary people using beauty shops in Seoul. For the collected data, the frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, reliability analysis, and factor analysis were performed. First, the servicescape was shown as factors like internal environment, dress, and communication. In the results of examining the level of customers' emotional response and customer satisfaction, two factors like customer dissatisfaction and customer satisfaction were drawn through three factors like internal environment, dress, and communication. Second, in the results of understanding the effects of servicescape on the customer response, the factors had different effects on the response to customer dissatisfaction and customer satisfaction. Third, in the results of understanding the effects of servicescape on the customer satisfaction, the factors like internal environment, dress, and communication had the same effects on the customers' WOM intention and satisfaction. The objective of this study is to seek for measures of better service and also to secure customer response and customer satisfaction by servicescape, by understanding the influence relationships between servicescape, customer response, and customer satisfaction of beauty shop.

        자연유기체 조형적 특성의 헤어 디자인에 대한 응용성 고찰 - 헤어 디자인에 나타난 사례분석을 중심으로 -

        Image is materialized and visualized through shape in visual design. And organic forms and structures in nature have unique form and shape to be self controlled and good in order. The rules of power in nature as nature formal characteristics have a direct effect and can be also applied to artificial form. Modern technology has given us the diversification of the society and structural changes and it comes the time when the hair design field that is rapidly growing recently needs original, systematic design development in order to fulfill customer’s desire that diversified and individualized. As we study the aesthetic source, embodied some object can be developed into basic principles. The purpose of this study is to make clear visual quality of organic form and structure that is immanent in nature about a form as formative principles of industrial and hair design. For the method of the study the case study was used books and papers. I expect these study is to prove the application into functional and structural form of hair design. As this study, I expect these expressing presented as the prolongation of vitality will be broadly studied.

        미용사의 근무특성에 따른 동기부여와 조직유효성의 차이 -대형 미용실 종사자를 중심으로-

        This research aimed at analyzing the actual state of beauty shop that has various types of characteristics by verifying difference in motivation and organization effectiveness according to beautician``s working characteristics. As the data collection, the researcher conducted using SPSS 21.0 based on 729 questionnaires on beauticians. as the final analysis data, and the result is as follows. First, as the result of investigating demographic characteristic of examination target, majority of them appeared single women in the age of 20s30s, whose monthly average income appeared below 1 million won. Second, as the result of investigating working characteristics of examination target, also, appeared to work at the beauty shop with over 16 employees, located in the busy street, working experience of 15 years, 1012 daily working hours, below 4 days off a month, employment based on monthly pay. Third, as the result of investigating the level of motivation and organization effectiveness, level of internal and external motive was derived from motivation, and level of organizational commitment and turnover intention was derived from organization effectiveness. Fourth, as the result of investigating difference in motivation according to working characteristics, meaningful difference appeared. Fifth, as the result of investigating difference in organization effectiveness according to working characteristics, meaningful difference appeared. Based on the above research result, it was verified that difference of motivation and organization effectiveness existed according to working characteristics of beauty shop that has various aspects.

        헤어 파팅을 응용한 헤어 디자인 연구 - 창작 스킵웨이브 작품 제작을 중심으로 -

        Following the stream of times, an aesthetic value has been changed differently. As the method showing individual personality, hair style is the part used easily for its change and on special days, it plays a significant role in expressing its own unique image. As using hair setting, one of the area in hair, it can be combined with skip wave and finally it can express the inventive and creative new design, which is the aim of this paper. Because there are little previous papers relating with skip wave, it found theological bases in overseas and domestic literatures and the work was made by them. As using various hair parting, the results of this paper, it is possible to express creative skip wave and make it into various forms by better research. It is thought if contents of this paper are used in real site of beauty treatment in various ways, creative hair designs can be created. Nowadays, because the area of hair setting has little range for using it and it is commonly thought it is difficult area, many persons relating with it avoid it. But if they do away their stereotypes and continuous researches on new area are completed, it is also thought it can be used and developed in various ways.

        Beauty treatment became a habit of mankind, as a part of life since the life of mankind started and have been developing, by harmonizing individual personality and fashion sense with curl and wave by the hands of cosmeticians. When looking at the previous studies to date, there are hair cut, firmware, up style and make up, but there is no skip wave process. One of the subjects for hair. Thus, firstly, this researcher directs a design in the new development process through creative skip wave process which has never been studied until now. Secondly, this study aims to direct the creative works by using the design formative principles being focused on original setting and propose whether it can be put into a practical use as an artistic expression and products. In this study, creative works are directed with the motifs of emphasis, symmetry and progress among the design formative principles. As a result of directing works, skip wave has been found as a field of hair which can express infinite creativity and artistry in directing works based on design formative principles as motifs.         미용업 종사자의 조직유효성이 경력정체유형과 직무태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용업 종사자의 경력정체가 조직원뿐만아니라 조직에 악영향을 미쳐 이직 현상과 직무만족도의 저하를 불러일으키는 현 시점에서 인력 관리를 통한 조직의 효율성을 재고하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적에 따라 조직유효성, 경력정체, 직무태도에 대한 이론을 고찰하고, 미용업 종사자의 조직유효성이 경력정체유형과 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 자료 수집은 서울지역에 근무하는 미용업 종사자를 대상으로 하였다. 측정도구는 인구통계적 특성, 조직유효성, 경력정체유형, 직무태도로 구성되었다. 수집된 509부의 설문지를 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 미용업 종사자의 경력정체를 방지하기 위해서는 조직에서 종사자들의 직업에 대한 애착심 고취와 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육이 내부적으로 이루어지거나 혹은 외부 교육업체를 통한 정기적인 교육이 실시되는 제도적 시스템이 마련되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 조직에 대한 종사자들의 소속감은 종사자의 이직률을 낮추고, 직업에 대한 애착과 교육훈련이 병행되어질 때 직무만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으므로 종사자들이 도태되지 않도록 개인과 조직의 미래에 대한 비젼을 끊임없이 제시하고, 종사자들이 자기계발을 하는 시간을 할애하는 데 있어서 불이익을 받지 않도록 조직 차원에서의 자기계발 명목의 시간적, 혹은 금전적 배려가 동반되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 이상의 결과를 통해 인적자원에 의존도가 높은 미용업에서는 조직원의 경력정체를 방지하고 긍정적인 직무태도를 위하여 조직의 효율성을 재고하기 위한 지속적인 검토가 필요하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구의 한계점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 조사대상이 서울지역에 근무하는 미용업 종사자로 한정되었으므로 연구결과를 일반화시키기에는 한계가 있다. 표본설계의 객관성 확보를 위해 지역 범위를 확대하여 연구해볼 필요성이 제기된다. 후속연구로는 차후 연구에서는 경력정체유형을 기준으로 조사대상을 세분집단으로 나누어 조직유효성의 차이를 검증하여 집단의 특성별로 조직유효성을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다. 그리고 본 연구는 종사자의 입장에서만 연구 되어졌지만 차후 연구에서는 종사자와 샵의 오너, 즉관리자가 지각하는 조직유효성과 경력정체유형, 직무태도에 관해 차이를 검증함으로써 현 실태를 분석하고 종사자와 관리자가 모두 최적의 환경에서 근무할 수 있는 방안이 검토되는 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다. Since it is reasonably believed that the career plateau of the employees in beauty parlor business has currently had adverse effect on not only the employees themselves but also organizations they belong to and furthermore causes job transfer and dissatisfaction, the present study is aimed to find a way to enhance organizational efficiency through personnel management; review the theories concerning and analyze organizational efficiency, career plateau and job attitude by objective; and analyze the impact of the organizational efficiency of the employees in beauty parlor business upon the type of career plateau and job attitude. For analysis, data was collected from the employees in beauty parlor business in Seoul areas. Measurements consist of demographics, organizational efficiency, type of career plateau and job attitude. 509 collected questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and the results came out as follows. To prevent career plateau, it turned out that an organization should establish a system by which education and training should be provided either internally or externally to its employees on regular base so that they can improve their attachment to their jobs and practical skills. In addition, it was proved that a improved sense of belonging reduces job transfer and when the employees have tighter attachment to their organization through training and education, their job satisfaction enhances. Therefore, it is thought that an organization should keep rendering the promising visions of its employees both individual and group base and be considerate in providing them with extra time and monetary benefits at company level so that they cannot be left behind but keep developing themselves. Judging from the results above, it is concluded that beauty parlor business that highly relies upon human resources needs to keep reviewing itself to enhance organizational efficiency as a means of preventing the career plateau of employees and helping them build a positive job attitude. This study has following limitations and implications for future studies. The present study limited its research object to the employees of beauty parlor business in Seoul area so that it is not appropriate to generalize the findings of this study. Therefore, the scope of research area is necessary to be broadened to secure the objectivity of sample design. For future study, it is expected that research objects need dividing into sub groups by the type of career plateau to find out the difference of organizational efficiency between groups. And this study took the analysis only from employee’s point of view. Therefore, following studies are expected to look into a topic from various angles such as shop owner. That is, it is expected to know if there is difference in organizational efficiency, type of career plateau and job attitude between owner and employee. Through the diverse perspectives, optimal working conditions should be examined for both employees and their manager (or owner).

        연구논문 : 미용서비스 이용자의 인구 통계적 특성과 미용서비스 이용행태에 따른 옥외간판 디자인 선호도

        The following study is to discuss the importance of designs of the outside signboards and suggest what designs would be more appealing to lure customers and generate more profit. Configure the questionnaire as a research method was carried out for the customers of beauty salons use of 40s from 20s Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong Province of the region. To sum up the result, older customers prefer bright, vivid, warm and vibrant outside polls that show the exact name of the head designer. Respondents answered that affect outside signboards is black, purple, and customers who often prefer the salon is the most favored red. Customers who pay more money on a single visit tend to like the signboards showing hair designers names and prefer franchise signboards. The assumption is the customers prefer them because they feel secure and relieved believing that the salons showing the designer names or franchise itself does lower the possibility of failure even if customers visit them for the first time. Therefore, the results of the present study is the name of the customer prefers, color, shape, typeface and provided, basic data, such as outdoor signage design considering the material produced is significant in that.

        쇼 헤어스타일 조형원리를 응용한 살롱 업스타일 연구

        Today, hair beauty is greatly developed from the aspect of art, hair art, getting out of salon style. Current hair art has a strong factor of show, so tends to regard as the part completely different from salon style. So, this researcher changed show hair style to salon style through the concept of contrarian, displayed up style and manufactured work with expectation that show hair style is greatly related to salon style and it will be high-quality work through the mutual structure. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to create hair style that shows hair style can be applied by actual salon and improve the technical quality with various expressions. For the method of studying, with the motif materials of Kwon, Ki Hyung’ s volunteer hair show and OMC hair world hair show, formative theory was replaced and salon up style was displayed with new technology and creative method. As the result of this study, the formative theory shown in show hair style can be applied to salon up style and salon up style added by creative idea can be realized according to the understanding degree of individual work. And, it suggests possibility that the work whose design is splendid and individuality is plentiful can be displayed as a salon style again. The possibility is helpful to improve the quality of beauty techniques and develop new trends as well as is considered to give motivation for technical acquisition and improve the degree of interests.

        감성지능과 감정노동이 헤어미용종사자의 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to recognize the effect of emotional intelligence and emotional labor on job accomplishment of the hairdressers. The survey was conducted for hairdressers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and the measuring instruments were frequency analysis, factors analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, and SPSS 21.0 program to analysis 292 questionnaires. As the result, Emotional Intelligence and Job Performance level is three-dimensional factor has been derived each dimension is emotio nal labor are two factors were derived. Also, individuals who have achieved EQ than others tend to also achieve the higher job accomplishment.This research can be a reference for base meterial of increasing salon management by increasing job performance of Hairdressers and it claims necessity of the program s to develop inner act factors of EQ and emotional labor. As the future work, we will study about programs in detail and their adaptation for actual training of hairdressers to prove the effect and result what we concluded in this research.
