      • Sensitivity Design Management of Markets

        Reliable designers should have exuberant imaginations regarding their products, and designers also should be able to acknowledge various relationship between their "duties" with products. The ideal corporation with proper design spirit is a corporation that provides complete supports to their designers in order to play major roles to bring new renovations along with new technologies. With their chairman"s complete supports and encouragement, many designers may able to bring their unique creativities into their products in order to create their unique stories for products. In 21st century, corporation should be able to create their unique cultures through their products as a storyteller rather than mere satisfaction with their functional and effective management system. This study concentrate on the obvious reason of design management and providing five unique distinctions of "Sensitivity Market" for "Dream Society", which demand unique brands stories for their products. It also offers needs of design manage ment with sensitivities. Current market is kind of free-for-all market, and many corporations should give tremendous efforts to see an adequate-planned vision and proper preparations with absolute perspicacious adaptiveness for upcoming future. It is absolutely inevitable to most design managements that demand to discern regarding their adaptiveness for upcoming future. In order to survive in current market, which is self-evolved frequently, it is obvious to have design management with sensitivities so that it may lead them express their unique creativeness. Rather than satisfying with old mere functional strategies, corporations should be able to acknowledge a new concept that they need to be armed with new attitudes for their visions so that they may able to produce storytelling goods. However, the most important matter is that CEO and designers must to be creative storytellers first in order to pursue their visions. In the age of Web 20, which is based on nee-liberalistic economic market system, corporations must be able to create their unique stories consistently through self-renovations in order to become a powerful engine for corporation"s benefit so that they may able to find proper responses for current fast-phasing and self-evolved market. Current market demand corporations to create storytelling of brands with great sensitivities, and it also demands corporations to have adequate competitive power in "sensitive design management" in order to create unique design for stories that the product involved. Corporations in modem era could be able to survive if they are able execute the principle concept of "Dream Society", which they are able to operate "sensitivity design management" properly in order to produce their own unique stories for their products.

        국가이미지가 지각된 품질, 고객만족 및 구매행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The subjects of this study were adults aged 20 Chinese female or over who had experienced in the purchase of cosmetics products. The survey filled out the questionnaire survey in Korea and in China. Through the process of survey, 417 valid data were obtained and were analyzed by path analysis with SPSS and AMOS. The results are as summarized follows: First, the results of data analysis suggested that the measurement scales to measure country image of Korea have been categorized 4 factors: economy image, company/technology image, social/political image, cultural image. Second, the measurement scales to measure perceived quality of cosmetics have been categorized 3 factors: trust of quality, function of quality, and product price. This study might be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of country image of Korea on cosmetics" perceived quality, customer satisfaction and behavior intention by involvement. The findings of this study implied country image of good social/political image should maintain and the most important thing is trust of quality for customer satisfaction.
